Thank you to everyone who has read with me as I wrote this. I figured since this wasn't gaining much traction, I would start a new story. But, this last weekend, I went to the Vision Christian Writers' Conference and got to sit under the instruction of the managing editor of Enclave Publishing (https://www.enclavepublishing.com/). She told me in no uncertain terms that she wanted to see this book. My writing craft has increased since I last published here, and I got a 6 out of 7 score for a small bit of writing I submitted to the conference. So, I am stopping this permanently but will publish a new chapter when the book is available. That will likely be in 2026, given the publishing schedule at Enclave, but it could be in 2025 if the stars align and I have the time to edit the heck out of the manuscript and add the last chapters.

Again, thanks for reading, and I apologize for ending too soon. But there is hope for Lance and his friends yet.
