When I found a good spot, far away from the goats, I slowly dropped my body on the ground and pulled my limbs into my shell.

My days always past like that. I woke up because of the sun, I walked to find a place that I can rest, I slept even though the trees hurt my body, and when the night came I walked back to my original sleeping spot.

While I was thinking how boring my life is, someone tapped my shell.

“Hey, 2LGT, how are you?”

As I bring my limbs out, he jumped in front of me so I can see him.

“Hi 5LBR, I’m fine.”

“What are you doing here, Weren’t you living near the lake, what are you doing at west side?”

“There was some problems so I decided to come here.”

“Let me guess, the new guards were the reason.”

“Yeah.”

“Ah, I wish I was with you, we could kill them.”

I looked at 5LBR. He was the calmest rabbit I saw. Without jumping around, he was standing still,

leaning against his big sword.

“No, it would cause more problems. They won’t mess with me again.”

“If you say so.”

We just stood there without saying anything. After a while, he tried to continue the talk.

“Why don’t you let us level you up? There is a village 3 days away. We can bring the injured and let you kill them.”

What he said made me little angry. But I didn’t let him know that.

“Didn’t I say that before? Even if I get to level 7, there is no attack skill for me to use.”

This wasn't the true reason actually. It was true but even if I didn't gain any attack skills, I could still get stronger.

We lost badly against the humans. Assaulting a small human village was only pitiful in my eyes.

“Whatever, we are not fighting with humans anyway. Actually, I think the demons are retreating.”

“What?”

“The Lord Demon of this forest wasn’t here for almost two months. Maybe two guards came, but 10 guards went with the Lord as well.”

There were only 20 guards protecting this forest from humans. I mean, all of the animals knew how to fight of course but Devil didn’t trust us to leave only 12 guards without the Lord. We could betray them. There was something else behind this "retreating".

“That's interesting. The sun is setting by the way. It would be better if I go.”

5LBR seemed unhappy.

“Okay. I wanted to talk a little more but you like sleeping, right? Can I come to talk to you tomorrow?”

Hmm…

“I don’t know about tomorrow, but you can come anytime else.”

He seemed a little confused. Because I didn’t do anything other than sleeping so he wasn’t waiting this answer.

“O-of course. See you later then.”

“Bye.”

I turned and slowly walked to south-east. The lake was at that direction.

But, when 5LBR went west as he jumped, I turned back and started to go west.

I guess I can’t sleep tonight. I need to see a friend.
