The cold air engulfs the world as it crumbles apart. Why did it end up being like this? I should have stopped him, but I just couldn't kill my own son. Luke is the only person she had left me. The world is crumbling apart, and it is my fault for not paying attention to the prophecy that was given to me.

The wind picked up, and created many funnel clouds that instantly turned into destructive tornadoes. I raised my hand, and used my energy to create a field around me. I need to get to the island as fast as possible! Before I could even take a step, I heard the sound of a woman. "Are you really going to leave like that?"

I turned to face the woman that had spoken, and I froze. The person before me was none other than my wife, Annabeth Sickle. "I..I thought that you were dead!?"

"I am dead, but it seems as though I was called over here for some work."

Work? "You mean to say that the dead actually doesn't live in peace, and have to work. I don't think that that is right. Does this mean that the worlds are converging together?! This is bad!" Annabeth just shook her head in agreement, and started to build up energy.

"I have a faster way to get to where you need, but it can be bumpy for the living. Are you ready?" Well as of right now, we have no time to lose, so I have no other choice. I simply nodded my head slightly. Annabeth smiled back before my vision became white from her spell.

When my eyes adjusted, I noticed that the sky was red, and that I am in a place where space and time is messed up. Where am I? "Welcome to my domain father! Do you like it? I made it just for you, mother, and I."

I quickly turned around to see Luke sitting in a throne-like chair. "You aren't my son! You are only the demon who has taken over his body." To prove my point, Luke's eyes began to change to many colors as the energy around him began to stir.

"Father, why are you being like this? Don't you want to be together forever?"

"At once I did, but that all changed when you took over Luke's body and used it for your own purposes! You are using the anc..." A strong hand held my throat tightly, choking me. I looked at the throne to see that Luke was gone, so there was only one other option.

"Why did you have to ruin that moment? Luke told me to say those words when I saw you, but here you are dying by my hands instead." The voice is no longer Luke's. It's deeper, and most definitely demonic.

I managed to grab his arm, and use my energy to snap it. The body that the demon is using right now is human, so it has little resistance to energy levels that high. "Ack.." The atmosphere instantly became intense.

This is finally it! The moment of truth has arrived! The once white energy became black, and started to flow towards Luke's body. The dark energy twirled around until it was a cocoon. After a few moments of waiting, you could hear the loud crack. More and more came until it was covered with them.

*psh* The demon emerged from using Luke's body as its core. I twitched slightly at the thought of it, and started to gather energy before the big clash. "Let me ask you one thing before we start this. Will Luke's body be safe if I hit you with all I've got?"

Yes, it will, but yours I'm not so sure about." The demon has long black hair and red eyes, along with some black feathery wings. "Bye!" Pain erupted through my body when I noticed that he had disappeared from my eyesight. So fast!

I fell down to the ground when he took his hand out from my chest. I already knew what that means. I have failed the universe, and all of its people. Sorry.

Those were my last thoughts.

Many feelings began to sprout at the same time as I felt my body come back to life. "You aren't the only one in this. I will help you save me and my people!"

I felt so much energy coursing through me, that I thought that I was glowing. I stood back up to see the demon's surprised look, and I smiled. I used one of my most simple spells, the lightning strike. A strong electric beam fell down from the sky, and landed where the demon was standing.

I held up my hand with shock. "Don't be frightened. This is our power combined." The voice of the universe assured me. What spell can finish him off fastest?

"It's a forbidden spell, and it will obliterate your son's body too. Are you sure that you want that to happen?"

No, I want to at least see my son once more.

As if the demon was reading my thoughts as he was recovering from the aftershock of the spell, he replaced his face with Luke's. His eyes were sad, yet furious. Why does the demon make such a face? It's weird.

The demon attacked once again, but this time I got the better of him. I quickly moved away, and began the meteor shower spell. Then I noticed Luke's face once again, and stopped the spell almost instantly. Is there a way to get Luke's body away from the demon's grasp?

There is, but it's too tricky for you to handle. I'll have to go into your body, but it may be destroyed from the pure energy I have.

I don't care!

Very well then. Here I go! Everything went black.

When I came to, Luke was beside me, and I smiled. I lifted my arm to touch his forehead, only to notice that both of them were gone. I held back a scream that was painful to hold.

I told you didn't I? With your body in this condition, you can only cast one more spell in your entire life. I'll teach you the forbidden spell now since you only have one shot at this, so watch carefully.

Images played through my mind like a movie. Once it stopped, I was more than ready to begin.

"The sun's quake, and the earth's wind

come together and heed my call

the time has come to obliterate thy enemy

now!"

Time and space themselves shook as the spell erupted back into existence. Clouds began to cover the sky, yet the sun shone even more brightly. A funnel cloud began to form as something shot out of the sun, and they both merged to create the forbidden spell. Nova Twister is its name, and the last spell I would ever cast.

Nova Twister hit the ground, and swept up everything including the castor, and destroys the body with the flames inside. At the very least, the universe is saved. Now I can die in peace!

You don't deserve death. You will have another life in a new world that isn't that different from your own. You aren't dead, so get up.

"I said get up, ya lazy butt!" A kick to the stomach is not my favorite thing to wake up to.

"Mom, why do you always have to do that?!" But this place isn't so bad. Even though there is no magic here, it's probably one of the most peaceful worlds. I wander how my old world is doing?
