Prologue

Rain was falling over Tirana the capital of Albania. The weather was never stable there especially during fall. A 16 year old young man was walking during that rain embracing  mother nature work on his body while trying to go to the bank.

Today was the day that he would take the money from the bank or better say his monthly allowance. It was just 300 dollar per month but it covered a few things. Someone might wonder why would this young man take money from bank, that was because he was an orphan.

His father was a soldier, a brave one at that because he went  where tension was the highest, Afghanistan .Actually his reason was not one of pride but rather one of economic wellbeing. Life in a post-communist country was never easy and at 2010 it was hard for a man to win bread for his family.

They pay was high, it was around 80 000 lek which conversed to dollar would be 760-800 dollar. It was less what soldiers from other countries did but that was a wage comparable to a high position inside the goverment and it was an interesing deal to him. He worked hard to go to that place because even getting the opportunity was hard. He was more of a mercenary than a soldier but for their family a true man can do anything and selling their life isn't below it. He was called Shkelzen which is the name of a mountain from his hometown and the true meaning of the word is splendor. He lived true to his name and did his duty as a soldier, he protected a couple of civils from a terrorist attack, the civils were saved while his life was not. His death was an admirable one, saving civil unarmed humans from a terrorist attack but a dead man is a dead man and a dead man can not change anything in the world of the living.

The news came at his at 10 year old son but he barely understood what death was and hearing that he can't see his father anymore was disastrous to him. His world changed, he did not have anymore a father and his mother died shortly after, she could not take it, she could not live from the despair of her husband dying. He had the great honor of shaking hands with the president, prime minister and a few generals but that did not bring his father to life.

. He loved his father and still does inside his heart.Father and mother were one of the things that he will never stop missing.Arber could remember like it was today when he saw his fathers back leaving the home and never returning. When his father never came back and the news came home his mother changed. She was unresponsive, more of a corpse than a human and ended her life by drinking a pill.It was fast and painless. He could remember his mothers smile and his fathers warm gaze.Arber could still feel the security that came frin his fathers back, it was high and broad standing at 196 cm, it was a mountain for him that stopped any wind which might harm him.

Stolen from its rightful place, this narrative is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.

Arber was in despair but he was taught better by his father and he carried the blood of a Tropojan within him, crying did not carry well within his blood so he did something.Under the silence of the now empty home he did a promise. He would carry on for where his parents did not, he would make the surname of his bloodline Gashi, carry on with brilliance upon itself he would change what made his father leave him, he would stop the wars he would make sure that no other child would not see his father return home.

The rain made Arber nostalgic making him remember memories that he had buried deep within. He did not usually think about those dark times but today was one of those rare days when the memory gates were opened. He felt some salty warm water over his lips, rain certainly was not salty or warm.

The boy entered the bank while being wetter than walking in it right after he went out of the sea. An unnatural silence was in it and then Arber noticed two people wearing civil clothes holding on their hands ak-47.His blood froze , his legs were shaky and his body was sweating, a cold sweat which made it all more uncomfortable. Everyone turned their heads at the door and unluckily the robbers turned their rifles toward him. His lips were trembling and he wanted to just run out of the door but the robbers were not giving him that chance. He was told to stand in a row with the other hostages while the robbers were taking the money. Strangely no police sirens were coming from outside, no one had noticed anything.

The first robber secured all the cash that the bank had and gave a signal with his hand to the other robber. Gunshots were heard and Arber's body was punctured with multiple bullets together with the other hostages.

He fell at the floor bleeding and knowing full well that he was going to die. Life had not been easy on him but knowing that all his aspirations, all his wishes, all his dreams had been for naught. If he knew that he would die at a bank like this for no other reason than some filthy robber stealing money and saving no hostage. Was this the fate of his life, at the last moments of his life at this planet two streams of tears made their way under his eyes. Crying was not in his blood for sure but  his blood was already on the ground in a warm fuzzy pool.

He woke up in a room whiter than anything he had over seen and he was in the center of it together with a circle, an ouroboros with a radius of 1.5 meter  inside it a hologram of Arber.
