Prologue Part 1
In the distant past, the world of Paradiso was a magical land filled with tons of magical energy. Nature was plentiful and many civilizations were in a state of prosperity. The residents of that world were magical beings called Seraphs and they used their powers to live happily.
The future of that world might've continued to prosper if it weren’t for these certain events. It started with a few Seraphs causing many crimes to get what they want.
These seven Seraphs soon coveted the precious energy of Paradiso and attacked their own brethren to get their hands on it.
Soon after, the seven were defeated by the other residents and cast out of Paradiso into the world with little magic known as Earth where the residents were called humans.
On Earth, these seven Seraphs endured the harshness of that world as they sought revenge on their former homeland. Soon, they gained new power that rivals the power of Paradiso and changed to their new identities as the sign of casting away their divine presence.
Lucifer, the Great Demon King of Pride.
Mammon, the Demon King of Avarice.
Asmodai, the Demon King of Lust.
Leviathan, the Demon King of Envy.
Beelzebub, the Demon King of Gluttony.
Amon, the Demon King of Wrath.
Belphegor, the Demon King of Sloth.
These Seraphs have called themselves Demon Kings with Lucifer as their leader. They have begun a war against residents of Paradiso and created a path of destruction on that world and Earth.
The Paradisians fought back with all of their strengths. However, the Demon Kings are using their newfound powers known as Vice, the dark and negative desires of humanity, to control the thoughts and emotions of any individuals as they cause countless Seraphs and humans fall to their desires and converted them to their side.
Not only that, the Demon Kings created their own army called Akumas, monsters created from the very same power they hold.
Facing those factors, the Seraphs were fell into a desperate situation and were about to lose against the evil forces of the Demon Kings.
Just as they saw their incoming demise, a new hope appears before them with the discovery of a new power called Purity. The pure and positive emotions of humanity that were used to counter the power of Vice. Armed with this knowledge, the Seraphs selected seven individuals, two Seraphs and five humans, to gain the power to control this energy.
Castitas, Fortitudo, Fides, Industria, Patientia, Justitia, and Spes.
These seven heroes became the new hope for the Seraphs as they fought bravely against the Demon Kings. That event became known as the Paradiso war and countless Seraphs and humans have lost their lives in the conflict between good and evil as the war went on and on.
After many years of struggling, good has finally triumphed over evil as the Heroes slay the six Demon Kings and sealed away the last one forever. They brought peace to Paradiso and Earth, but with a heavy price. The land of Paradiso was devastated by the war and there are fewer Seraphs left as the previous leaders have died in the war.
The two Seraphs heroes, Justitia and Spes, became the new rulers of Paradiso as they establish two countries, Aurora and Corona, to rebuild their world and lead their race to a better future. They also selected some chosen humans to their world in order to refill the population and further advanced their civilization.
The five human heroes returned to Earth to protect their kind from falling into evil as Vice still roam in the hearts of mankind. The Akumas created by the Demon Kings are also still existed as they now feed on the negativity of mankind on Earth. Not only that, they can reproduce themselves now and continually increasing their numbers. The heroes from the war recruited other brave souls to purge the darkness that is plaguing their lands.
This is the recorded history of Paradiso and Earth as well as the origin of the Seraph’s sins. The peace between Paradiso and Earth continues for many centuries.

2500 years after the Paradiso War-
In the Aurora Kingdom, there’s a capital that is the symbol of this country, Radiantia. The city is a beautiful metropolis consisting of shops, houses and numerous residences that are designed in a fantasy-like architecture. Many Seraphs and humans roaming the streets under a clear sky. It was a peaceful day for them.
In the middle of the capital is a large lake that separates from the city proper and the huge palace that is placed on a small island. It is the Radiantia Castle which is the most prominent landmark of the capital. It is the home of the royal family descended from one of the heroes from the Paradiso War, Spes the Hope.
Underneath the beautiful chalk white castle is the underground dungeon where they imprison numerous criminals for over the centuries for their heinous acts. The dark and depressing atmosphere is greatly contrasted from above.
One person is walking down the spiraling stairs into the dark corridors of the dungeon. It is a young girl wearing a white dress and a tiara on top of her long platinum blonde hair. Her skin was white and smooth as if it was highlighted and looked shining.
She is a girl with a beauty this transcendent as if a fairy walking through the night, shining in the dark and cold stairway. Despite her beautiful looks, the girl’s face is full of uncertainty and uneasiness as she continues to walk down the stairs.
Eventually, she arrives at the deepest part of the dungeon and stands in front of a huge metal door. This is where they keep the foulest and dangerous individual forever imprisoned for the rest of his life. It is heavy inscribed by a magical formation that makes it impossible for everyone to break through in and out. Only the royal family can unlock this seal.
‘Calm down. In order to save the future of Paradiso and Earth, I have to make this gamble!’
The girl persuades herself to ease her worries and makes her resolute expression as she held up her hand while reciting a spell.
[Lumen Aperto! (Open the light!)]
She is cover in light aura while the glow on her hand has gone even brighter.
The magic seal on the door shines in response to her call and the doors open itself in front of her as she felt the wind pushing forward, letting her glittering, long hair flowing at the back of her head.
She begins walking inside the sealed room and was about to approach the individual she wants to meet when she heard strange noises echoing throughout the room.
[Hih! I-, insidee……I, feel……it]
[Ahau! Mmm, haaan!]
[Don’t……my voice will come out. If anybody notices……]
[I, I can’t hold on! I’m coming~!]
[Oh, my… Is he playing another strange game again?]
The girl blushes when she heard those obscene voices from the distances. She tries not to pay attention to them as she walks to the person who’s behind those noises.
The interior of the room is greatly different from the outside. In the room, there is a bed, a desk, a TV, a game console, and a few bookshelves filled with manga, light novels, thin books, and eroges. There are also ones that couldn’t be put on the shelves so they were scattered all over the room as they made towers. Look closely enough to see that several books and games have adult contents and other things related to it in them.
Compared to the dark, forbidding and gloomy dungeon outside, the room here looks completely normal for anyone can live here comfortably.
‘Seriously, how did he managed to gain these stuff while being sealed inside?’ The girl makes a wry smile at the fact that their impenetrable magic seal couldn’t manage to contain this individual as she looks at the man who’s currently playing his eroge.
The person in question looked around his twenties and despite many years has passed, he still retained his youthful appearance.
He has long purple hair that extended to the bottom of the floor and his current outfit is a prisoner rag that looked decayed for over the centuries. At least it covers some important parts of his lower part.
One of his notable features is the two horns on his head and dark markings on his face. It is greatly contrasted to the rest of his body. If it weren’t for these and his hair color, he would’ve been a very attracted man that the women would fell for.
It seems that he doesn’t take notice of the girl’s arrival as she attempts to call him out.
[Ano, excuse me…]
[Man, the developers really put much effort into making this game. The scenarios and the story development are interesting.]
[Can I have your attention please?]
[But the voice of the heroine sounds a bit forceful. It makes me think that it sounds a bit fake.]
[Are you listening to me?]
[This voice actress doesn’t seem to have a lot of sexual experiences for this character role. If I have my way with her…]
The girl’s words don’t seem to reach him who is letting out his comments about the game. She is a very important person in the kingdom and nobody ever dares to ignore her before except for this very man here.
The girl puffs her cheeks in aggravation as she raises her voice.
[LISTEN TO ME, ASMODAI-SAN!]
(Asmodai) [Yes, your highness~]
[Eh.]
The girl let out a stupefied voice when she saw that he easily responded as Asmodai facing her directly with a cunning grin on his face. He already turned off the TV and place down his console.
It appears that he already noticed her presence and pretends to ignore her words as a way of teasing her. Figuring his reason, her face turns red in embarrassment as her body trembles.
[Y, you bully! Asmodai-san already noticed me yet you treated me like nothing. It is rude to ignore a woman’s calls.]
(Asmodai) [Hehehe. Sorry! I can’t help but wanted to tease Prima-chan cause I want to see that lovely embarrassing expression of yours! After all, you hadn’t visited me for a long time.]

(Prima) [That’s because I’m a queen now! And you are one of the Demon Kings who tries to ruin the world. It is not easy for me to sneak through my guards in order to get here.]
(Asmodai) [Yeah, I know your position very well. Still, it is very shocking to your people that their queen has a relationship with Asmodai, the Demon King of Lust.]
(Prima) [Moi, Asmodai-san is mean…]
Prima pouted her lips in annoyance when she saw him laughing at her expression.
This girl here is the current queen of the Aurora Kingdom, Prima Spes Aurora. She carries the blood of one of the legendary heroes who saved Paradiso and Earth.
The man in front of her is Asmodai, the Demon King of Lust and also one of the individuals who caused many casualties in the Paradiso War long ago. He is still alive and was currently imprisoned in the deepest part of the dungeon.
In the recorded history, it said that six Demon Kings were slain in battle aside from Asmodai and he was the only one who been sealed away in this dungeon for a very long time for his crimes.
It was told that the reason they couldn’t kill him was that he was too strong for the past heroes to deal with. He was believed to caused many women to fell for his sexual advances and messing around with the heroes many times in the past. They call him the enemy of all women and devoured them for their bodies which cause many females to fear him.
However, the person in front of her was different from the legends which is why Prima acted normal around him. They are having a very friendly conversation with each other regardless of their current positions.
(Asmodai) [Although I appreciate you being here, I’m very curious about your intentions. There’s no way that you came all of the way here just for talking to an old friend at this time.]
(Prima) [Y, yes! I have something like a request for you.]
(Asmodai) “Really? The queen of the Aurora Kingdom wanted something from me?”
Asmodai raises his eyebrow in interests. Seeing that she has his full attention, Prima regained her composure and act like a proper noble.
Prima was a kind, wise, and talented lady at the age of fourteen when she became queen. She wants to help her people in any way as possible and cares about them which is why she works harder as their queen.
Platinum blonde haired and blued eyed, she was both beautiful and popular amongst the people. She is really a transcendent beauty from a noble birth.
Asmodai can’t help to admire her looks as Prima begins to speak out her intentions.
(Prima) “[Asmodai-san, I need your help to save Paradiso and Earth together with me.]
Asmodai widen his eyes in shock when he heard that unexpected request from the queen. Then he narrowed his eyes at Prima in suspicion.
(Asmodai) [Oh? That is an unexpected request for someone like me. Are you serious?]
(Prima) [Yes, I’m requesting your help to prevent the incoming crisis in the future.]
(Asmodai) [Care to fill me in on the details? I can’t easily give out my answer without knowing the reason.]
Prima nodded her head as she understood his confusion and start giving out her explanation of her unusual request.
The current situation of Paradiso is normal and there are no immediate dangers around it. Earth is the same as well as it was being protected by the warriors who take up the will of the five heroes.
One day, Queen Prima received a forbidding vision from the future during her dreams. Her ability is predication which allows her to see in the distant future. It is very useful to predict for any kind of dangers happening to this kingdom. It was one of the traits she inherited from her ancestor, Spes Aurora.
The vision she saw was the Earth has transformed into a dark and chaotic place where the humans are suffering from the hands of the Akumas. After that Paradiso will soon follow the same fate and her vision ends with that.
Fearing the possible future, the queen uses her power to see other possibilities of the future, but they mostly ended with the same results. She keeps using her ability every day to find a way to avoid that horrible future.
She beginning to lose hope until she arrived at a certain vision recently that might give them a chance to avoid the incoming disaster.
(Asmodai) [You saw me in your vision?]
(Prima) [Yes. You were standing next to our warriors and confronted the horrible disaster in my vision.]
(Asmodai) [Is that so?]
(Prima) [Well, in my dream, Asmodai-san is in a different form than your current appearance. You are in a human form during the vision.]
(Asmodai) [Me as a human? Then how can you tell that it was me?]
(Prima) [A woman's intuition.]
Asmodai was baffled when he heard that as she continues her explanation.
(Prima) [This vision is the only one where you are saving both worlds from destruction. The more I dream about it, Asmodai-san’s appearance became gradually more clear... It had convinced me enough to trust you for this task. That’s why I came here to ask for your help.]
(Asmodai) [That sounds a bit absurd. I mean me, saving the world? Do you tell anyone about this yet?]
(Prima) [Only a handful of people I trust, but they said it was too risky of setting you free. They said that Asmodai-san couldn’t be trusted and might be the cause for the upcoming future. They only know you in our legends.]
(Asmodai) [Well I can’t blame them for thinking like that.]
(Prima) [So I decided to sneak out and coming here without everyone knowing. After all, I’m the queen so I can move anywhere I want!]
(Asmodai) [That’s not how the queen should normally behave.]
Prima stuck her chest when she makes that statement which Asmodai delivers a retort to that.
By the way, the handful of people she talking about were right now frantically searching for Prima when they found her room empty. Soon the rumors of her disappearance were spread within the castle causing a panic among the masses and they also searched for their missing queen.
The people who thought her behavior finally settle down received a headache from this yet still searching for their beloved queen. That’s how much popular she is to her loyal subjects and the people.
Asmodai remembered that she did this a lot when she was younger and wasn’t a queen yet due to her mother was still alive at that time. She sneaks out from the castle a lot of times to satisfied her curiosity and went to different places in the kingdom, including Asmodai’s prison where she first met him.
Although her behavior changed slowly when she took the throne, she is still the same beautiful and kind girl who came to Asmodai without any fear of him.
(Asmodai) [Well it is nice to hear that from the queen who highly depends on me.]
(Prima) [Then-]
(Asmodai) [However, I’m still doubting your vision. After all, why do you easily believe that I will help you? I’m the Demon King of Lust, the enemy of mankind. What if I am the one who will cause that very same disaster in the future?]
Prima was taken back from my words while my face turned expressionless, but she immediately regains her composure and stares at my eyes.
(Prima) [That’s because I know that Asmodai-san isn’t a bad person I initially thought you would be when we first met. You are a friendly person who treated me like an equal.]
(Asmodai) [But what if I’m tricking you in order to set me free. I might want to get revenge on the people who imprisoned me.]
(Prima) [I don’t believe you will do that. The proof is in this very room. We didn’t even give these to you yet somehow you managed to bring these items undetected.]
Asmodai stay silent when Prima pointed out that fact as she looks around his room.
Her people and her royal descendants didn’t provide any entertainment or things for Asmodai when he was imprisoned here yet he managed to these items right under their supervision. The fact that the Demon King Asmodai managed to bypass their magical seal upsets them badly.
However, if Asmodai was able to do this easily then he should be able to leave here without everyone noticing yet he choose to stay in his cell. When they ask him about it-
(Asmodai) ‘There’s nothing interesting for me out there. That’s why. Besides I’m already have everything I need.’
His answer causes everyone to become speechless. They easily don’t believe his claim and tries to pry more answers, but Asmodai keeps giving them the same response every time.
Seeing he doesn’t want to tell his real reasons and doesn’t appear to have any desire to leave his prison, they reluctantly give up while deciding to keep a closer look on him in case he changes his mind.
(Asmodai) [Even so, there’s no way this will make everyone accepting your decision. This will be view as an act of treason from the neighborhood kingdom.]
(Prima) [I know about the risks of doing this but it is for the safety of all people living on Paradiso and Earth.]
(Asmodai) [You will be a more dangerous position if you release me on your will. In the worst case scenario, you might get executed.]
(Prima) [I have made my decision. Asmodai-san, this is your chance to redeem yourself of your sins. Please help me.]
Prima looks straight at him with her big blue eyes, she shook with determination and tension. Asmodai could not see any lies within her eyes as he keeps staring at the young queen.
Of course, such a wild arbitrary decision, would not be permitted amongst the royal family or anyone from the capital for that matter. This is the reason she kept her plan a secret and sneaked out from the castle with no guards.
That means that forbidding vision must be terrible for her to bare and choose to seek Asmodai’s help when she finally saw a faint hope. Furthermore, this girl believes in Asmodai’s innocence than anyone he knows after he was imprisoned.
As part of the royal family, Prima was used to the compliments and flattery paid by the gentry, imperial envoys and the people of the cities and towns. As such, she had trained herself to become adept at looking past these masks and discerning their true intentions.
When she sneaks out and first met Asmodai, she was initially believed that he was a cruel Demon King that eats up women in the legends. However, her impression of him changed when she finds out about his playful personality and her tensions against him were lessen.
Her impression changed even further when she heard the truth after she became queen. That’s why she decided to make this gamble of asking his help.
Both of them kept staring for a long while. Asmodai then breaks into a grin and starts to chuckle, causing Prima to tilt her head.
(Asmodai) [You have an interesting way of believing this Demon King. Alright! I’ll do it! This is too interesting to pass up!]
(Prima) [Really?!]
(Asmodai) [Yeah, you have my full support! After all, I can’t just refuse a girl in trouble.]
(Prima) [Thank you, Asmodai-san!]
Prima broke out a smile. ‘As I thought, that smile is very fitting for her’ Asmodai thought that she looked very pretty and shining right now.
