The Super Soldier Serum or S.S.S. has been perfected and is safe for use in humans with a 100.00009% success rate. Once cleared for military use, families of low income and poverty sections of countries were selected for use of the soldier serum. Young adults, in varying ages, are selected after rigorous tests to find the most physically, emotionally, and mentally elite. Of the thousands selected very few were actually chosen. Those that didn't make it were compensated heavily for the amount of time spent during the tests. This story, set in the far dystopian future, follows the lives of thirteen who passed the tests, and the war they weren't ready to fight.
