Prologue

Prologue:

In the swirling abyss of memories, clarity was a luxury.

Bound by an enigmatic purpose, I found myself alongside two shadowy figures. We stood on the precipice of obscurity, the shimmering colors around us an eerie spectacle. A disquieting green contrasted against my world of cold gray.

A sensation of nothingness threatened to consume me. Suddenly, one silhouette disappeared into the void. Their absence was a chilling reminder of our fragility and what I had done. But in their wake, the nothingness no longer threatened to consume me. In the vast expanse of the place, I felt inconsequential, a mere bob in the current.

Screams of despair echoed, but were lost to the void. Each desperate reach only deepened the abyss.

Then, a current took us, dragging us closer to its heart. My journey, though shadowed in the green that had done this to US.

A thunder heralded another phase. As though bound by unseen chains, we danced to the rhythm of a cosmic play. Our paths, though separate, seemed preordained.

Amid the tumultuous seas of shifting realms, a shadowy abyss loomed. Its foreboding presence promised both an end and a deeper descent into the unknown.

Our near endless journey, ended in a place that demanded sacrifices. Every step forward seemed to tear away a part of our being. Yet amidst this desolation, moments of understanding surfaced, giving fleeting hope, that turned into a drive to not be lost to this place and to grow stronger until I could remain myself.

The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

Emerging from this spectral haze, a void consumed me. But from this emptiness, a torrent of emotions burst forth, threatening to drown me.

From the shadows, colossal figures took form. Their presence was both soothing and ominous. As shards of recollection pieced together, a realization struck: these weren’t mere phantoms, they were my parents.

Emotions flowed between us a haunting blend of sorrow, confusion, and fleeting hope. In my confusion, their touch wasn't mere comfort; it was a tether to sanity.

And the darkness took over once again drowning me in it's shattered world, I observed from high above, gazing down on a verdant and ethereal realm with a gaping chasm below.

It was an unfathomable abyss, threatening to consume everything that I was. Yet, it was the only path forward.

Before the chasm, a throng of green wisps gathered, as if awaiting something.

Then, the skies tore open, and a deluge ensued. Each wisp plummeted, not merely shredded but... eviscerated. Every one of them was gutted, their being stripped away before the chasm claimed it as they fell deeper with in.

I awoke from the world again into this new place. An unfamiliar, cold environment. Three enigmatic figures looking at me. Their intent, radiated a calming energy. My parents, I could feel them torn between something and the unknown, they whispered in hushed, anxious tones. The weight of their decisions, their fears, and hopes, hung heavily in the cold air.

As my parents retreated, the final figure's lingering gaze bore into me before they also walked away, And I once again fell into slumber.
