On the morning of August 16, 2023 while walking towards school, I heard a sound from a far as if someone was screaming.
"hEEEYYYYYY!!!!!! MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!!!"
As the sound slowly turns louder and louder as time past by, I slowly turned my head in a 90 degree angle, facing towards the person who's screaming from a far.
"I-I SAID MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!!! I CAN'T CONTROL THIS SCOOTER!!"
While in a calm manner, I gently moved to the across of the intersection in order to make way for the girl with her uncontrolled scooter that is heading towards a dead end.
After the girl has passed me, I paused for awhile and saw her crashed at the dead end. As I saw the wreckage that occured in front of me, I went in to see if she was fine. Seeing her all covered in dirt and being pinned by her scooter.
"Are you perhaps alright?" I said in a slightly worried way.
"I'm a-aalwiiight~ ahahahaaaaa~"
Even though she went full speed and crashed on the dead end I doubt that anyone can't be alright after all that.
"T-that looks heavy, are you sure you're alright? I'll help you get that off."
"Twaaank ywouu~"
As I helped the mysterious girl get her scooter out of the way I noticed a bright red spot in both her ankles and blood was slowly dripping from her head down her chin. Judging by her school uniform, we surely go to the same school and it seems that she is a year below me making her my underclassmen.
"Are you still with me, come, get on my back I will carry you to school, good thing that we're already close or else we will get in big trouble. I'll treat your wounds in the nurse's office"
"A-alright, I guess I don't have a choice.. I'm sorry for being a klutz... I just got that scooter recently so I don't know how to use it. Ahahaha..."
It seems she got her senses back, and I'm somehow surprised that she was very cooperative with me. In the light-novels that i read on my free time that rarely comes, during these moments the person that crashed and is injured are not very cooperative and refuses help from the ones who saved them.
"I think you mean "thank you for rescuing me" even though I only made way for you to pass me.."
"Y-yeah, then.. thank you for rescuin' me!"
With her smiling face and her long dark curly hair that reaches the bottom of her knee, she reminded me of my friend Hina who is always energetic even if there's a storm raging. Though the morning is cloudy, I feel like that I'm carrying the sun on my back.
"W-wait, y-y-you're too bright aaaaahhhckk!"
"E-eh?!!! I-I'm sorry!!!"

After reaching the school, we headed towards the nurses office so I can treat her wounds and wrap some bandages around her feet in order for it to heal.

Hearing the name Io suddenly struck my head as if I was the one who got hit by her scooter head first. I thought to myself surprisingly "Did Hina told me that she has a little sister?!"
"Bea-senpai? are you okay? you look rather pale."
"A-ah AH!- Y-YES I'M FWI-"
As I panicked I suddenly bit my tongue and then passed out, as time goes by I heard a recognizable voice calling the nickname that I despised the most.
"Mikan, oi mikaaaaaannn! wake up!!"
"W-wha--- Hina??"
"Why are you still sleeping? It's already lunchtime."
I bolted out of the hospital bed to check the wall clock at the top of the nurse's desk.
"N-NOOOoO!!!!! M-MY PERFECT ATTENDANCE!!"
"Geez, it's the first time I've seen you like this. When I went to see my little sister she told me that you were the one who rescued her and carried her all the way here. So.. thank you for that."
As I accepted my fate of not having a perfect attendance anymore, I collected myself and breathe deeply and let out a huge sigh.
"Ahem, sorry that you have to see all of that."
"No biggies, by the way, we have library duties after lunch so you need to get yourself together. Also here's the handout on today's class."
"I-I see., Thank you."
Hina Io, A girl of many mysteries. She is different from her little sister Hana, She has a long dark curly hair with a silver eye while Hina has a silver short straight hair with a bun that has french braids and black obsidian eyes that has white stroke as if there's always a shooting stars in her eyes.
Although they have different hairstyles and eyes, both of them have the same type of personality. Going back to the present, despite of them being energetic and all.. I'm very surprised that they're both cooperative with me. A cold sweat suddenly drips down my back and I slowly got engulf by a cold aura of some sort.
"Mikan! Are you there? Earth to mikan!! Geez, why do you keep always spacing out."
"Uh-AH! D-don't suddenly poke my stomach like that or else I'll-"
My stomach suddenly let out a huge growl that can be heard from across the room. My face became flush with a bright red color, filled with embarrasment I bolted out of the room without my bag leaving the two sisters dumbfounded and went towards my secret hideout.
"uwaaAAAAA!!"
"e-eh? Mikan!?"
"Bea-senpai?!"
