The unfortunate truth is that I underprepared for creating a story. I had a general outline of where it was going to go, but not a plan of how to get there. As it is, I feel stuck and unsure how to move the story forward. It's just too open and I need to fix that. However I have things the continuously creep up on me. This is not a goodbye, this is me giving myself room to grow before I come back. I need to cut my teeth on some simpler story telling before I try something this open. It will be a while before I post a new story to take this one's place, as I want to make sure I have a REAL backlog rather than a few buffer chapters. I regret that I was underprepared, but this was a learning experience for me. When I return to this story I will have a better idea of where to go and what I want out of it. Trust me, I WILL be returning to this story. I enjoyed writing it even if I couldn't find a firm direction for it, and refuse to leave the story unfinished when I have so many ideas left in my head.
A case of theft: this story is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.
In the mean time? I'm going to be making up for lost time. See you when I return!
