How annoying. Didn't I tell those idiots to settle down?
As her mind started to slowly awaken, Euphoria realized that the multiple voices she was hearing were unfamiliar. She slowly opened her eyes as her brows knitted together. Her gaze immediately landed on the red-haired, armored man that stood in front of the stone table. The man was the one she had seen before she fell asleep.
Currently, the man was quarreling with the ordinary priestess from before. The man looked quite annoyed and serious, rather than the silly individual Euphoria had seen before. The priestess, on the other hand, looked to be in a fit of rage as she yelled at the man.
Euphoria's gaze floated back and forth between the two. After several annoying, long minutes, another man stepped forward as if to remind the individuals of his presence. The man had waist-length, blond hair and piercingly golden eyes. His young face was that of an angel's. There was only one word for this man.
Terrifying.
Euphoria could feel every muscle in her body tense up as she looked at the man. His aura was as if death himself had descended upon the world, and he decided to pay the newborn a visit. Even though Euphoria had worked with many vicious people in her past, she has never met anyone like this. Cold sweat had started to run down the side of her face. All her instincts told her that she was in danger, but her body was extremely heavy.
W-who is t-this guy? H-hey! M-mystery box!
Ding!

What is with all the damn question marks?! Just show me the damn thing!
Euphoria let out an angry cry in her rage, causing everyone in the room to fall silent and look at her.
Feeling the gazes on her body, she slowly looked up from the box. She did not notice that the box disappeared once she took her gaze away.
Elaine, who had been holding the infant as she coldly gazed at the other three individuals, looked down at her child and rocked her gently to try to appease her.
"*** ****** ***** *** ***!" She exclaimed to the other three. Her words were full of hostility. They caused the priestess to redden, Ambrose to stiffen, and her husband to lower his head. Right afterwards, she gave her little girl a sweet, loving smile.
Sucks for you three. I am on the safe side!
Euphoria's heart instantly calmed upon the rocking and smile. It was as if the danger she felt had never even existed. She then watched as the person she can assume is her father took a step back, but he stayed in front of the table with a hand on the hilt of his longsword.
Yes. Fight him. Get him to go away.
The infant's eyes sparkled as she watched the man before it quickly dimmed as she heard Ambrose speak. He spoke in a calm, warm tone as he tried to seemingly coax the father. As he spoke, he gestured to the newborn that had been quietly watching.
The father nodded slowly after what seemed like an eternity of listening to the priest.
Ambrose slowly walked forward and slowly reached for Euphoria.
On the other hand, Euphoria weakly wiggled away and in to her mother's embrace. Whenever the hands came closer again, she gave them a hard bite with her little gums.
The priest let out a helpless sigh and said something to Elaine. Even though there was a retort from the father, Elaine slowly nodded to what was said. The priest then snapped his fingers, causing everything to go black once again.
