Another 2 years had passed since Bale hatched up a plan to help Johny get back at his father, Viscount Carl Vaz Edmont. Since that time, Bale had created several inventions such as the bicycle, the wind up clock, several board games, bleach, and the microscope. Then he had Johny Jay Edmont take all the credit as the inventor.
However at this very moment, none of that mattered. Back on Earth, Johar is now 10 years old, and his sister Emily is 13 years old. She had skipped a grade due to her high scores and is now in highschool.
Johar had been waiting at the entrance of St. Molly's highschool. It's a public school, but is well known for its advancement programs. Flower petals from the nearby white dogwood trees litter the well-manicured lawn and concrete walkways even though it's still the middle of summer.
Students pass by Johar as the highschool ends for the day, chatting amongst themselves. Some seem to be close friends, and others still-nervous newbies.
And then there is his sister Emily and her companion Rosie, chatting happily with some male students as they approach Johar. They're about 6 feet tall, but their young faces hardly match their big bodies. "Hey Johar! Did you come to pick us up?!" Emily rushes to Johar and pats his shoulder. "Yeah sis." "Hello Johar!" Rosie waves at him. Her green hair and scrunchies frolicking in the wind as she does so.
"Yo." Johar says with dejection aparrent in his voice. (Normally I'd be estatic that Emily's 1st day of school is going so well for her, but...). He then glares at the 2 highschool boys playing nice with Emily and Rosie. (These guys are the ones who hung out with Renalt. Ash and Ken...)
"Oh hey who's that shrimp?" One of the boys grin at him. He is wearing a black short-sleeved school uniform, and his long black hair is slicked back, leaving 2 thick strands of hair over his forehead.
The other boy bends over as he rubs Johar's head in a playful manner. His short red hair is fashioned in a quarter part fade – if his head was a clock, his hair would be parted at the 11 oclock mark. It matched well with his golden eyes. "What's the matter?" He smiles at Johar's stern expression.
"Sister, are these your friends?" Johar asks Emily as she stands back up. "Yes, they helped me out so much on my first day of school." She smiles blissfully.
"This guy's Ash Penner..." Rosie motions to the towering boy with long slicked back hair "...and this guy is Ken Gunther." She then points to the 6 foot tall red haired boy. "His parents are policemen, and he's really good at basketball."
"Yo!" "Hello!" They both give Johar their best smile. "Let's get along yea?" Ash bends down and offers a hand to Johar, aiming for a hand-shake.
"Fuck off." Johar slaps the hand away.
"Huh? What gives?" Ash is puzzled at the sudden hostility. "Pretty brave for a short man." Ken grins in amusement. Normally children would be afraid of them, but not Johar.
"Johar! What's going on?!" Emily too, is puzzled by her usually relaxed little brother's sudden hostile behavior.
"Come on, let's go Emily." He grabs Emily's hands and starts to pull her away.
"Ah sorry guys! I'll see you tomorrow!" Emily waves at them as Johar continues to pull her along.
"..." Rosie's eyes darts between Johar, Emily, Ash and Ken. She seems to be thinking hard about something.
"Come on Rosie!" Emily shouts. "Coming!"
◈━◈━◈━◈━◈
"Johar can you please tell me what's going on?" Emily asks with a slightly annoyed tone. A few moments later she finally loses her patience, and breaks Johar out of his trance by yanking hard on the hand that's pulling her. Rosie is right behind them, watching curiously.
"Emily, those two guys...they're dangerous." Johar finally exhales. He then turns back to stare at her "If you hang out with them they're going to hurt you!" He shouts at her in a desperate tone.
"What? How do you know that? Ken's parents are policemen you know!" Emily angrily puts her hands on her waist.
"They're planning on drugging you and making you do indecent things! And if his parents find out, they'll just cover for him and his friends!" Johar shouts.
"And just how do you know all that Johar?!" Emily shouts angrily. Her kind little brother had suddenly became possessive and started making up vulgar lies, it unsettled her.
"I just....can see the future." Johar looks at her sternly, hoping that she would believe his lie.
"Uh huh..." Emily responds in a sarcastic tone.
(I can't tell her about what happened to her in my past life... would she be okay if she knew what I did to protect her?) Johar clenches his fists in frustration (...would she be scared of me? Would she hate me...? I....can't take that chance!).
"Bale, I mean Johar....it's okay to tell her." Rosie puts a hand on Johar's shoulder. "I'll back you up."
"You too Rosie? What's going on?" Emily frowns.
"Come on, lets go find somewhere we can talk." Rosie exhales.

The trio decided to settle down inside an empty grilling gazebo of a nearby park. It's not the weekend so nobody is using the dirty grills. There, Johar began to tell Emily about his past life as Rosie listened in. He told her about her rape, about her suicide and how Renalt and his friends got away with it. Emily listened in silence, with a mixture of disbelief and unease on her face.
Johar finally told Emily about his family in Etheria, and....adimtted the fact that he killed Renalt in this life.
"There, that's everything that's happened." "..." Emily looks down for a moment before speaking up "That sounds so crazy, but it's not something you can make up..." She then hesitantly asks him "...I had always thought that I imagined you kicking father through that brick wall...maybe it never happened. It's all a blur..." She then continues "...can you show me the power of the Zodiac stone?"
Johar silently nods and opens his palm "Fireball."
Ebina shrinks back in surprise as a ball of fire appears over Johar's outstretched palm. It then grows extremely large and violent, then shrinks back down and disappears when Johar closes his hand.
"I can control it's size and power depending on how much mana I channel."
"I knew it." Rosie furrows her brows.
"I'm sorry for keeping it a secret from you." Johar looks downwards.
"Hic...." Emily begins weeping as she wipes her tears. The fire in her chest began to rise when he began telling her his story, but now it's become unbearable "J-Johar, I'm so sorry! I didn't know you were going through so much for me!" She then suddenly pulls him into an embrace "Now I know just how much you love me! I'm so lucky to have you as a brother!"
"You're not...mad at me?" Johar asks, bewildered. "I...killed Renalt and his entire family you know..."

Emily looks deep into Johar's eyes. It's true that she was frightened at first, but she can still see a glimpse of her beloved Johar within the eyes of this stranger before her. "You did it for me, right?"
"Everything was for you."
"Then I forgive you." She smiles.
"Thank you, Emily." Johar sighs in relief.
Emily then frowns "But from now on, don't just go around killing people alright? I don't want you to become someone that I don't recognize."
"But what about Ash and Ken? I can't say that they're planning something, but those bastards will do something given the opportunity." Johar frowns. "I can't protect you because I can't go to the same school yet."
"No, don't kill them." Emily points at him.
"...can I at least threaten or hurt them?"
"No." Emily crosses her arms defiantly.
"They haven't done anything yet, and you said the future can change right?" She furrows her brows.
"Yeah sister."
"So if I just stay away from those boys and turn them down I should be fine."
"But they're scum, they need to die before they hurt someone else!" Johar balls up his hands into fists, expressing his desire to rid the world of those two boys.
"Johar, that's enough. Listen to your sister okay?" Rosie interrupts him and firmly grabs his shoulder.
"Don't you agree with me Rosie?!" Johar turns to face her.
"Yes, but....look at your sister." Rosie appears to be playing the mediator for both sides.
"!!!" Johar turns to see Emily trying to supress the tears welling in her eyes. Her teeth are clenched and her body quivering.
"Please...don't lose your humaity." She hugs him tightly. "I'll keep a distance from them. I'll do anything you say, just don't....lose yourself."
"..." Johar casts his gaze downwards. This is the gentle sister that he loved. And not wanting to upset her any further, he decides to give in.
"I'm sorry." Johar returns her embrace. "I will give them a chance."
She agonized over her beloved brother no longer having his innocence, she didn't want him to throw away what was left of his old self to protect her. But now that she's calmed down, she was also glad to know that she had a guardian angel watching over her. (It's alright if all I have is Johar and Rosie) she thought to herself. But now more pressing matters find their way into her thoughts.
"So you have a real family that loves you in Etheria? I'm kinda jealous." She pokes Johar's cheeks.
"Don't worry, I still love you just as much, sister." Johar smiles at her, relieved she seemed to have returned to her old self.
"I wanted to tell you so much about them, but I didn't want you to feel left out." Johar looks downwards.
"Don't worry about it, it can't be helped." Emily puts her hands together. She then tilts her head playfully "You better treat them well."
"Of course haha."
"Have you told them about me...?" She looks downwards as she hesitantly asks.
"No..." Johar looks away. "But I plan to some day when things settle down over there."
"I see. I hope we can meet someday too, that would be nice." Emily imagines herself waving to Johar's Etherian family as they greet each other on some imaginary grassy meadow.
Johar then sweats "I don't think it's possible unfortunately. They all might as well just be my delusions to you."
"Why not?" Rosie interrupts curiously.
"Well you see... I was trying to teach the metalsmiths about the theory of electricity so that they can help me build electric generators and motors. But while teaching them about using the right hand rule of magnetic fields....I discovered that it was wrong. Somehow it was backwards. The left hand rule works for magnetic fields in Etheria instead."
"So you're saying that the magnetic fields are reversed in Etheria? What does that entail?" Rosie and Emily lean on each other, imploring Johar for an answer.
"It means that whether it's in another world, or just somewhere on the other end of this universe...Etheria is made of anti-matter."
"Oh..." A vague sense of loss overcomes Emily as realization hits her.
"Anti-matter? What's that?" Rosie asks.
"We are made of matter. If matter and anti-matter ever come into contact, they'll annihilate each other to cancel out their atomic spins." Emily furrows her brows, deflated at the thought of not ever being able to see Johar's other family.
"Oh..." Rosie pouts. "So not only are they impossibly far away, but even if you can get there it wouldn't end well."
The siblings silently nod in confirmation.
Emily then smiles to brighten up the mood "Oh well, how about you tell me all about them instead? Your family in Etheria."
"Yea, I'd like to know more about them too. We still have several hours before the orphanage-imposed curfew." Rosie rests an arm over each of the siblings shoulders.
"Heh, alright. I've been dying to tell you all about them anyway." Johar then delightfully begins to tell the girls about his family's features as demonkin, and how he is helping his sister achieve her dream of becoming a singer in the other world as they eagerly listen – with wonder and awe in their expressions.

Several days have gone by uneventfully. And as usual, Johar is waiting by the gate for his sister Emily and her friend Rosie while ignoring everyone else that passes by.
"Hey! We already said we're not interested!" Johar turns to the source of the familiar voices. His temperature immediately rises as sees Ash and Ken grabbing a hold of Emily and Rosie's wrists. "Come on, let's just go watch a movie! Isn't it so boring at the orphanage?" Ken grins. "We'll have a lot of fun." Ash smiles smugly.
"Why are you so forceful? Women hate guys like that you know?" Rosie frowns at the boys towering over her and her friend Emily.
"You've been ignoring us for the last couple days you know? Did we do something wrong? We just wanna get closer!" Ken chuckles as the other students look away, fearing the wrath of highschool jocks. A normal reaction for the youths of Earth.
"Please stop! We already have plans!" Emily struggles to free herself unsuccessfully from Ken's overpowering grip.
"Let them go." Johar balls his hands into fists as he approaches them.
"Huh? Your're here again kid?" Ash looks annoyed at Johar's interference.
"Johar!" Emily looks at Johar worriedly. Concerned that he might do something he may not be able to take back.
"Let them go or else." Johar spaces his feet apart as he gets into a fighting stance.
"Um yea I think you should do as he says." Emily big-sweats, knowing the power of the Zodiac stones at Johar's disposal.
"Let them go? What are you, a siscon? We were just going to have a little bit of fun!" Ash sneers like a hyena unwilling to relinquish his prey to an oncoming lion.
"Body enhancement." Johar utters as the wind around him suddenly goes wild.
"Hmph, what the hell are you going to do shrimp?" Ash towers over the approaching Johar.
"Shin kick!" Johar kicks Ash in the shin as a sharp crack could be heard. "UWAHHH!!!!" Ash suddenly falls onto the floor, clutching his crooked leg. "You motherfucker! What the fuck?!" Ash angrily curses at the unjust assault. His basketball career is suddenly on hold.
"What the hell?! Are you joking Ash?!" Ken gazes bewilderedly at Ash who is rolling on the floor. "Is this some kinda prank?" He glances at Johar who is now standing next to him.
"Let my sister go." Johar sternly demands.
"Fuck you! Think you're hot shit?!" Ken throws a right hook as hard as he could. He felt it connect, but Johar did not even flinch. Something didn't feel right, so he brings up his offending fist to his face – only to see his fingers bent in unnatural directions. It felt as if he had punched a concrete-filled punching bag with all his might.
"UWAHHH!!!" Ken lets go of Emily and cradles his broken hand while stumbling back.
"Sorry sister, but some people can only be taught with fear and pain." Johar faces Emily, but his eyes are looking away - too afraid to see what expression she might have for him.
"Johar, no! Don't do it! I'm fine!" Emily rubs her sore wrists as she pleads for him to stop.
"I gave them a chance and they screwed it up. But don't worry, I won't kill them."
Emily tries to step forward to grab Johar, but stopped in her tracks as she was hit with a sudden realization. The broken boy in front of her had taken over the body of her little brother. The boy she knew as Johar had disappeared.
"Who the fuck are you?!" Ken shouts angrily as he hesitates to throw a kick at Johar's head, fearing a broken leg.
"I'm Emily's brother, stay away from her or else I'll kill both of you next time." He stares into Ken's eyes and sees defiance and anger. (It looks like this guy needs to feel a little more pain).
"What?! Kill me?! My parents are policemen!" Ken proudly – yet tearfully – proclaims. He is in the right because his parents are policemen. They will protect him and uphold the law.
"Your parents can't protect you." Johar grins as he spins and kicks Ken in the leg. A loud crack could be heard as Ken crumples onto the floor, holding his warped leg.
"UWAHH!!!! SHIT!" Ken shouts into the air. Now that Johar is standing over him, he grabs onto his hair and stares him in the face "I'll kill your parents too. And I'll be out of prison within a month because I'm still just a minor." The coldness in his tone was enough to cool off Ken's fiery rage in an instant. Ken's primal instincts screamed at him to submit. And thus he promptly does so. "O-okay man just chill!" Ken utters through his clenched teeth, tearing up from the pain. "I-I won't bother them anymore dammit!" He shouts.
"Good man." Johar lightly slaps Ken's cheeks in affirmation of his submission, and lets go of his hair. He then turns around to walk away. But before doing so, he glances back one last time "I'll be seeing you around."
The stunned onlookers can only watch with their mouth agape. A short boy under 5 feet tall just man-handled two 6 foot tall highschool athletes, it was a feat that had to be seen to be believed – and nobody thought to record it with their phones.
Johar then walks up to Rosie, who stares at him with an uneasy expression. "Sorry about that, I might've gone overboard." He scratches the back of his head. "Where'd Emily go?" He looks around worriedly.
"She stormed off angrily." Rosie exhales. "Oh..." Johar looks downwards. "Didn't you promise her that you wouldn't threaten them?" She chatises him. "What was I supposed to do?!" Johar snaps back at her. "Look the other way while she gets raped?!"
"Woah there, don't snap at me! I'm only the messenger!" Rosie scowls in defense. "I'm actually thankful you know." She glares at him. "Oh, you're welcome." Johar looks away. "Let's go home." He exhales as they begin to walk away.
"So what're you going to do about Emily?" Rosie asks worriedly.
"I don't know, but... I suddenly don't feel like going back to the orphanage." Johar's eyes wander off into the distance. "Maybe I'll hang out at the park for a bit."
