Fear spread across their faces.
“What the…hell?” Mark cursed his voice in a whisper.
The woman whose face had been on the desk since was now looking at them. Her mouth hung open widely in an abnormal manner, her eyes were no longer in their sockets.
An unsettling silence spread across the room. She wasn't doing anything, just there.
“W..what is she doing?” Hope asked, frightened.
All of a sudden, the hollow spaces in the woman's face began to discharge yellowish brown gas.
Realization dawned on Hyung’s face and he yelled out “Don't inhale it, cover your nose!”
They did.
“To hell with this!” Mark cursed and went up to the door. He pulled on the door but it was locked “what the hell! Let us out!” He yelled.
The door was locked!. The windows were locked and the pace at which the gas was being released sped up.
Mark kept banging on the door “Hey! Who's out there! Open the door, we're stuck!” He yelled
At the windows, Hope and Noel screamed out “Help us! Help!”. Their screams were futile.
In less than five minutes, the entire room was filled with gas. On the floor, the seven of them laid unconscious.

“Ow! My head.." Hope exclaimed, holding her head. Being the first person to wake up, she sat up immediately. Her eyes darted around the white place in confusion.
It took her a minute to regain her composure.
Her eyes searched through the others who were still unconscious, and landed on Noel where she lay next to Hyung. She walked up to Noel. Shaking her vigorously, she tried to wake her. After a series of non-stop shaking, Hope gave her a hard hit across the face.
Noel jerked up, and impulsively grabbed her by the throat. Hope cried out in hot tears “It's me!, It's me!”.
Noel blinked, her grip still firm on Hope's throat. She quickly let go and looked around.
“Where are we?” She asked
Hope, still recovering from almost being choked to death answered in a whisper “I don't know”

Noel wasn't the smart type but she could tell they were just nabbed from the school's detention class. Her eyes scrutinized the odd room. Everything was completely white, with four school desks in the middle of the room also painted white.
“Should we wake Ahmed up?” Hope asked quietly.
Noel shook her head, studying the place “What would Ahmed do? Hug you out of this situation?. We need the nerd boy, wake him up instead and I'll wake Grug.”
Hope nodded at her and went to Hyung. She stared down at his sleeping face. His glasses were still balanced on his nose bridge.
The sudden presence of something above him caused Hyung to move slightly. He slowly opened his eyes.
“Ah!” He jolted up and his head collided with Hope's.
“Hey!” She stumbled back.
Hyung stood up immediately, straightening his glasses “What do you think you're d-” His eyes widened, “where are we?”
“We don't know” Hope stood up, pushing strands of her blonde hair at the back of her ear.
Unable to wake Grug up, Noel moved closer to Hope and Hyung “Can you use some of your knowledge to find out where we are?” She asked
He looked at her “That's not how it works. We should wake the others first.”
They both nodded and moved to wake the rest. Grug, Ahmed, and Mark got up, had their moment of puzzlement and sat leaning against the wall afterwards.
“Hyung?” Rachael muttered while opening her eyes. “Where are we?” She asked.
Hyung gave her a hand, “I'm not sure but all I can say is that we're in the white house.”
She gave him a dry look after standing. Hyung looked behind her at the boys and they shook their heads at him. He shrugged.
“What is this place?...it's all white” asked Grug.
“I think we just got abducted,” Ahmed said.
Mark sneered, “whoever's doing must be bold, my family will make sure they rot in jail for the rest of their lives!”
“That's…. unlikely” Hyung cut in and they all looked at him.
“What did you say nerd boy?” Mark asked, threats lurking in his voice.
Hyung stood, hands akimbo, looking around. “It's unlikely you'd be able to jail who has done this when you signed up for it yourself.”
“What are you saying?” Mark asked impatiently
“Yeah man, speak clearly” Ahmed urged
Realization dawned on Noel's face “He's saying…..this is the game we signed up for, isn't it?”
“Exactly.” Hyung responded without looking back.
Mark raised an eyebrow and stood up “What kind of stupid game is this?”
Hyung bit on his lower lip and walked up to the wall on his right. He placed his hand on the wall. Everything was completely white but it felt like the walls were made of marble tile.
An inkling in mind, Hyung said “The voice said ‘play my game ENIGMA’ so I'm guessing this is some kind of puzzle game,”
Rachael stood up slowly while saying “an escape room…”
Hyung turned to her and nodded “yeah, something like that”. He leaned against the wall.
Ahmed tilted his head “so we need to escape this white room?”
Hyung nodded. In the next moment, he felt the wall behind him sink in. He quickly retrieved himself and looked at it. The others stood up at the sudden change in the room.
A clack sound was heard and the wall returned to normal. Curious, Hyung reached out to the wall.
“Careful Hyung!” Rachael exclaimed.
He ignored her and placed his hand on the wall. When nothing happened, he pressed on that spot. The wall was back to being stuck.
“Look!” Hope pointed to the front wall right before the ceiling.
