Hikari sat down to meditate again the next day, but unfortunately, he was not successful in gathering any more mana. He felt a sense of disappointment and frustration, he had been so close to reaching the 100 mana he needed to select a class. He tried to focus and clear his mind, but he couldn't seem to gather any more mana. He decided to take a break and went hunting for some small animals. As he hunted, he tried to think of any other ways to gather mana, but he couldn't think of anything. He felt like he had hit a dead end, he knew that he needed more mana to select a class and gain the abilities and skills that come with it, but he didn't know how to get it. He felt a sense of hopelessness, but he didn't give up, he knew that he had to find a way to survive in this new world. He decided to keep trying and looking for answers, he knew that he couldn't give up.
Later that day, Hikari decided to check the pouch he had taken from the corpse he had found earlier. He was disappointed to find that all the gems had lost their color. They were now dull and lifeless, unlike when he had first found them. He knew that these gems were important, he just didn't know how they were important yet. He started to think back to when he had first found them and how they had caught his attention. He realized that these gems might be the key to gathering more mana. He decided to go out and look for more of these gems. He searched through the ruins and the surrounding area, but he couldn't find any more gems. He knew that he had to keep looking and that he wouldn't give up until he found more of them.
Hikari wandered around the city, searching for more gems. He searched through the ruins and the surrounding area, but he couldn't find any more gems. He knew that these gems were crucial to his survival in this new world, and he wouldn't give up until he found more of them. He decided to go back to the location where he had first found the gems, thinking that maybe he had missed something. But, even after searching the area thoroughly, he could not find anything new. He felt a sense of disappointment and frustration, but he refused to give up. He had to keep up the searching, he couldn't give up now. He decided to expand his search area and explore new places, determined to find more gems and gather more mana. He knew that it would be a difficult journey, but he was willing to do whatever it takes.
The next day, Hikari stumbled upon a building that looked more complete than the others he had seen. He was intrigued and decided to search the building. As he entered the building, he found himself in large hall with a counter in the centre and a room at each corner. He went to the room in the back and there were stairs going up, he went their and found himself in corridor with doors lining the side walls and a large double door at the end. He searched each room but most of them were empty with some rotten furniture and books inside them. He looked at the books and found out he could not read them as he was unfamiliar with the language. Then he went to the large doors at the end of the corridor and opened them. There was a pit which went down. He dropped a book and found out that it was not very deep but deep enough to break his bones. He figured that he could descend down slowly by forcing his feet and back against the walls of the pit. So began to climb down slow and after some excruciating five minutes reached the bottom. Then he opened another set of doors and there was yet another corridor with what looked like a vault door at the end. When he went into the corridor and looked to his sides, he saw two set of stairs leading upward. He smacked his head and his cheeks turned red. At least nobody saw him, he thought to himself. Looking on the bright side, this apocalypse saved him from possible embarrassment.

To his surprise, the vault moved open. Inside the vault, there were many gems, but all of them were of a purple color. His eyes went wide in excitement. He couldn't believe his luck; he had finally found more gems. He carefully collected them and put them in his pouch, feeling a sense of accomplishment and relief. He knew that these purple gems would be useful for him. He decided to leave the building and continue his journey, determined to find more answers and gather more mana.
