15 I’m Going to Kill Them All

Leonar felt a strange tingling in his palm as the metallic sphere began sinking into his skin.

With a slight tremor and a look of disbelief, he watched the sphere slowly merge with his hand.

"What are you doing?" Leonar asked, bewildered.

Now, hearing the girl's voice from the back of his mind, she replied,

"Wow... Honestly, I didn't expect your physical condition to be this bad."

"Are you going to give me powers, or are you just here to criticize me?"

Ignoring his response, she added,

"And to make things worse, your mana capacity is pitiful…"

The voice sighed, as though the situation was more of an inconvenience than she had anticipated.

Before Leonar could fully process what was happening, a goblin, noticing his odd behavior, approached him.

Its eyes glinted with curiosity as it clenched one of its sharp claws.

"Are you going to play or not, human? Time's running out."

'Oh, right… the game. Hey, since you can hear my thoughts, what should I do now?'

But before Leonar could ask more, the voice responded,

"I'm going to borrow your body."

And before Leonar could say anything further, everything went dark for him in an instant.

It was as if a relentless shadow had snuffed out his vision, and suddenly, the voice was in control of his body.

The voice took a deep breath and let out a sound of disgust.

"Ugh, the air in this place stinks," she commented aloud, wrinkling her nose disdainfully.

Unauthorized tale usage: if you spot this story on Amazon, report the violation.

The goblin's reaction was immediate; with a snarl of irritation, it replied,

"Then play if you don't like being here."

The voice, now controlling Leonar's body, let out a cold laugh and turned to face the goblin with a look of scorn.

"Do you really think I'm going to fall for your pathetic trap, monster?"

To the voice's surprise, that insult caused an uproar.

Nearby goblins moved closer, curious and offended, muttering indignantly.

"What's wrong with this human?"

"Yeah, what the hell's his problem? Doesn't he know how lucky he is we're even giving him a shot?" another one added.

"Comparing us to ordinary monsters… We're goblins, human!"

Unfazed, the voice retorted coolly,

"Monsters are monsters."

And no sooner had she said that than the goblins began muttering nonsense again—from her point of view, at least. Without hesitation, she seized the moment to think,

'Alright. This human's body is trash, so taking on all these monsters in a fight is too risky, even if I can regenerate… I suppose I'll have to use that.'

Coughing briefly, the voice whispered,

"Release restriction."

Instantly, a window popped up in her field of vision:

[Releasing Eleonora's power...]

Another warning appeared quickly.

[Warning: User level is very low.]

The voice replied without hesitation,

"Activate anyway."

A third warning appeared right away:

[Warning: User's body can only withstand 5 seconds of Eleonora's power. Exceeding this time will result in death. Do you wish to release the power anyway?]

With a smile on her face, she whispered,

"Yes."

[Eleonora's power released]

At that precise moment, the voice's perception expanded, reaching beyond the dungeon walls.

'Here we go…'

She could feel the water flowing through deep layers underground, and, as though pulling on invisible strings, began to draw all that water with unstoppable force.

The dungeon walls trembled, a deep echo that alarmed both goblins and humans alike.

Some glanced around in confusion, murmuring about the source of the vibrations.

The voice, controlling Leonar's body, smiled with a flash of excitement as every movement drew the water closer.

"Are you crazy, human?!"

"You think we're just playing around with you? Answer us!"

"Yeah! Answer!"

With a glint of satisfaction, the voice responded,

"I'm going to kill every single one of you."

Before the goblins in front of her could react, a torrent of water burst through the casino's main entrance.

The flood swept across the floor, surging with a deafening roar that engulfed everyone in its path.

"What the hell?!" one of the humans shouted, seeing the approaching water.

"Run!"

Both humans and goblins screamed, some trying to scale the walls, others shoving each other in the chaos.

And just as the water was about to reach Leonar, standing before all those goblins, a message appeared before his eyes.

[Eleonora's power has been sealed]
