so yeah this has been a LONG volume... Like 500 pages of LONG...
anyway for all you fans waiting on the next chapter and the begining of volume 2 sorry to say but you're in for a bit of a wait. Mainly because i want to play around with some other story ideas and i'm also trying to decide the format of writing D.I. will be done in from now on.
"So far the writing format has been like this... what i'll be calling a web-novelish style of writing" (AaronDragon)
"But after writing in this more traditional style for a while i'm finding it harder to write in that web-novelish style..." AaronDragon said with resignation.
so yeah, that's a problem too and i'm leaning towards just editing/rewriting volume 1 in that more traditional style. that would take some time and would delay the release of volume 2 for a bit (Though i can just as easily write the next chapters while also editing the e-book for publishing... might just go with that idea actually...)
though it might not change my opinion on this whole style/format change i would like to hear you guys, the fans, opinion on which style you'd like to see. it would give me a better idea of what my reader base would be comfortable with reading...
If you come across this story on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen from Royal Road. Please report it.
So i guess long story short, D.I. will be coming back with volume 2 in 2017...
----------------------------------------
In other news i'm starting a story that i've been considering since my early writing days... in fact this was one of the story ideas that i was considering alongside Black Blood, so it's about a year old and i figured i might as well start it now. It's a sort of necromancy story that's loosely inspired by things like Overlord and various other stories...
here's the synopsis i've come up with so far:
Life is cruel but death is fair, at least that is the lie that all the living are lead to believe. Death is fair because it is unbiased and unprejudiced, it comes for everyone equally and randomly. If everyone dies and everything dies then death must be fair, but what if it simply wasn’t. What if death was far from being fair. It’s an idea that the living instinctively recoil from, because if even death isn’t fair then nothing can be.
Alex Grimm didn’t panic when the first few videos began popping up on the web, he didn’t cower when the nightmare reached his school, and most of all he didn’t pretend that nothing was happening and everything would be alright. Alex Grimm had been called many things in his life: Gamer, Geek, Loner, but the one thing most didn’t know about him, the thing he hadn’t even known about himself, was that Alex Grimm was a determined survivor. And in a time that’s being called Armageddon, being a survivor is a damn good thing…
I'll be putting this story out in a few weeks... maybe... depends on how much writing i can get in...

So yeah some stuff to look foreward too... a new story and volume 2 of D.I.
hope you all stick around for whats to come
