Awakening

*BEEP*

"AAHH!"

"Oh, I forgot. Its my first day at the robotics research center."

I get out of bed and head over to my dresser. The dresser opens with a loud click and I begin to rummage through it looking for clothes to put on. Soon I find a nice looking blue shirt and gray cargo shorts. Afterwards, I put on my hat and grabbed my keys.

My car beeps as I press the unlock on my car keys. I have always been interested in robotics and studied hard through high school and college to be able to get a job at the robotics research center.

My car roars to life as I turn the keys. The headlights of the car light up and The engine roars louder as I put my car in reverse and begin to back out of the parking lot.

A large explosion sounds overhead.

"Huh? what was tha-"

A large piece of debris flies through my car windshield and hits me in the head.

I felt like I was falling. Then almost instantly I woke up in a pitch black room with no doors or windows.

From the ceiling, a large burst of light could be seen. The light lowered itself to the ground and began to shift and turn into a mostly humanoid shape.

"Greetings, human. I am Emira, The Machine Wizard. I have chose you to bring automation to this dungeon. May I have your name?"

"I am Adrian. And what was with the debris flying into my brain? IT HURT," I said angrily.

"I am sorry, Adrian. I cannot control in what way my chosen are brought to me. I will give you an advanced robotic body along with some knowledge of machines that may be used to upgrade yourself, and your empire. You may contact me any time through thinking my name. I wish you luck, Adrian." Emira announced.

Suddenly, a bright light surrounded me. I could feel my body being flung through space at an incredible rate. In a split second I am inside a corridor with stone bricks in disrepair.

A bright notification shines in front of my vision.
