Gargoyles
“The gargoyles were made by gravestones or statues mixed with a lesser demon, and were found standing on top of other statues and gravestones. The gravestones stood in a strange pattern, they stood in lines but every other gravestone wasn’t there. The gargoyles were the reason the graveyard was both infested and desolate at the same time, they were wicked guards.
Gargoyles had similar faces to humans, faces that were stained in a mix between ludicrousy and rage, filled with crooks and crevices alongside two horns on top of their heads. They were normally the size of human midgets made only out of stone and iron, and had the wings of bats. This was the average form but could vary very much, the same way every human was both similar and different at the same time.
Also, and very importantly, they have long cute succubus devil tails.
The primary way to spot a gargoyle was through its shape, since they always stood still in day time, sneakily moving their eyes. During night they would run around the area of their spawn, fulfilling their inner demon. This didn’t mean that they couldn’t attack during the day, it meant that they didn’t.
Sadly for my father, any gargoyle can beat his strongest warriors, well not any per say… there are exceptions, the midgets of the gargoyle society perhaps. In other words, a gargoyle whose skin is of exceptionally poor quality, or a gargoyle containing an exceptionally weak demon. Any other scenario, and his orcs would die.
There were methods of gauging how strong the demons inside gargoyles were, but sadly they were never certain. A gargoyle who stood far away from everyone else, could either be too violent for gargoyles or too weak. A gargoyle whose eyes never moved was either scared or bored. Seemingly, finding a gargoyle with a poor body is an easier and safer task.”
Jake’s own diary.
Jerome and Jake walked around the graveyard. It was both quiet and desolate. All around them they saw gargoyles and if they’d stare at the gargoyles, they’d see the gargoyles slyly looking at them. Jake was sure that gargoyles don’t attack during the day, but he made sure to keep his distance and walk with his chin up. He heard giggles every now and then, and sometimes whispers, in the corner of his eye he saw movement.
“What a pleasant surprise.”
“oooh”

“hehehe”
“Stay around.
As they wandered around the graveyard looking for the midget gargoyle, Jake saw Jerome shake. He rubbed his arms forming a cross with his hand, his eyes staring at something in the distance.
“What is it Jerome?” Jake asked.
“Don’t you see it?” Jerome answered.
“No.” Jake said
“You will soon.” Jerome answered.
When Jake saw it he was equally as disturbed. There was a giant gargoyle, made of only iron, standing on top of a house. It’s body was turned away from them, but it had twisted its neck and stared at them with a broad smile.
Eventually they found the legendary midget gargoyle. It was one that was considerably smaller than the other ones, it’s body had rust and cracks all over. Its limbs were pointy and rockish. Strangely, it stared at them equally as menacing as the giant gargoyle, except it didn't carry any weight due to the lack of a body.
“Jerome. Take this one.”
“Are you sure? We’re kinda surrounded and pissing them off sounds like a bad idea.”
“Don’t worry, they won’t interfere, it's not in their nature.”
“Okay well not my life on the line.”
Suddenly, they heard a roaring voice alongside the flapping of wings.
“muahahaha, this better be fun.” Before they knew it the iron gargoyle was standing behind them, hovering above them with a smile. “Brother, if this orc beats you, you don’t deserve to stay here.” The rusty gargoyle responded with a snarl.
Jerome started shaking and almost pissed himself, orcs had a built in instinct to gauge an enemy's strength and that instinct plagued him right now. Nevertheless, the orc began walking towards the gargoyle, to which the gargoyle stood still. He put his left hand on the gargoyle's head, clenching it, and winds his right arm. He propels his arm towards the gargoyle and punches the gargoyle, it flies backwards into another grave. It stands up, half its face is crumbled.
The gargoyles in the area begin laughing, especially the giant one, booming an almost deafening laugh. The midget gargoyle shrieks as he rushes back towards the orc, he grabs his waist and makes the orc fall over, mounts the orc as he begins beating him. Jake swallowed dry saliva.
Suddenly, Jerome let’s out a roar, something’s changed in his eyes. They were glowing. His hands wrap around the gargoyle wasit and throw it into the air, the gargoyle begins flapping its wings but Jerome had jumped up and grabbed it, shoving it back into the ground. Jerome mounts the orc and begins bashing it’s head away.
The gargoyle continues to shriek, and tries to defend itself by bringing its hands up, but the orcs smash through them. “Restrain him.” Jake suddenly says to deaf ears, being slightly worried of there not being a head he kicks the orc in the back. Jerome who’d beat the gargoyle until it didn’t move stood up, towering over Jake and stared at him. Jake stood straight, and stared back at the orc.
The orc’s eyes return to normal, he walks back to the gargoyle and grabs it’s shoulders. Jake walks over to the gargoyle's head and puts his hand on it’s head, technically pressing it down. The gargoyle shrieks incredibly loud those last three seconds.
Suddenly, Jake finds himself back in the classroom in front of the white ball. The teacher is looking at him in approval, “a gargoyle, what a fine choice.” He instantly notices that the amount of bad looks he had been getting got fiercer. The second person in line got up for the test, it was Charlie.
