Out in the ashen sea a horde of undead cross shambling with their leader, a horrid amalgam of bones pushed together into one form sacrificing flexibility for structure made into a spider like legs and a torso of skeletons pushed together into one form and its head, being a collation of skulls with a crimson stone on the front most facing skull, paving a path for the weak and unstable skeletons that move mindlessly behind their leader.

One of the skeletons is notably shorter then the rest but equally as damaged from the heat. for the skeleton is of a young kobold, the lesser draconic being, and as is shambles past the some of the heaver skeletons, lighter then the others, but just as worn just as the others but what sets it apart from the others is it's withered and dried up heart is still in it's place.

As the sun falls in to the horizon the leader starts to pick up the pace but, because of all the shambling of the horde of rushing skeletons, they encounter a scorned scorpion which then attacks the leader for it's the biggest threat, it attempts to sting the amalgamation but is proved pointless for it just grazed past it's torso, then the monstrosity climes on top of the scorpion but it grabs it's body and one leg of it's legs, leaving a crack in it's body and it losing one of it's legs

but as the leader was close enough it sends and piercing screech debilitating the scorpion and successfully mounting the monster, which kept it from moving from the weight, then it called and told the horde to attack, and so then as leader held the scorpion in place the group of moving bones start to claw at bite it slowly killing it by absorbing it's internal mana, but they spent to long dealing with the enemy ,resulting for the time to be close to night, and with the leader hurt they head towards the scorpions den in hopes of finding a safe place from the mana purge for a environment filled with more calm mana, which they need in order to stay together.

with the leader showing the path utilizing it's mana stone, which was put on it's head, and the dead scorpion's mana trail they reach their destination before it's to late, and as then stop the leader orders to dig in order to get to the den and as the purge was happening the ground gave way and they fell into a mana rich cavern that was the scorpion's den
