It's been a week longer than I said I was going to start posting again so thought an update was warranted.

Essentially, I didn't plan my post-dungeon arc well enough and as a result felt like it was treading water, finding it hard to write new chapters, and the chapters I did write weren't up to my standards.

After some encouragement from author friends I decided to work on it rather than give up, so I'm doing an edit, then will do a proper plan for the post-dungeon arc, then will get back to writing chapters.

I'm currently on chapter 14 in terms of edits, and while this isn't a total rewrite by any means, its more than just a spellcheck and grammar read through. Im doing roughly 1 chapter a day on work days, and 2-3 on non work days, so will hopefully catch up with the RR chapters in a couple of weeks. At that point I'll try to go back to a proper posting schedule, while building back some patren chapters.

I appreciate all the comments and people still reading, so please bear with me while I fix things :)

UPDATE AS OF 29/06/24 - My second daughter was born on Monday, so that's taken a bit of crowbar to my writing, but as I write this I am up to chapter 23. It took me a week to get the Vyran (new name) fight scenes and everything up to my standards. Thank you all for waiting, the support you guys give is all really uplifting!
