Into Thine Nightmare

Aye, 'twas a fine catch that day, the fishermen reeled in their haul and paddled their long-boats back into the shoreline for their nightly harvest. But of the coming travails, they had no knowledge, for their eyes were but mortal ones.

There were but three craft that set out, be they ships, or alien craft, was naught revealed to me. To be beset by peril on all sides, aye, mayhaps not to finish their oddyssey. Each man allowed one object to haul in the hold, be it grain, or merely a book. Of the latter, I soon realized the former would be more of use, and sought out the cooking-hall to change my portion.

Upon my arrival it became night, and the others brought along set out to find what of the craft I had not sought out.

And o, the crew had been spared, fixing to elect a leader out from amongst themselves that they might further operate well. But aye, they had failed, for bowser and it's mythical artisans had duped them, leading them further towards failure.

But o wind and wave, I had failed, seeing the sun rise before me upon ret-

"WARNING: AN ARTIFICIAL AUTOMATA HAST BECOME KNOWN TO US, THAT IT MIGHT BE CONSTRUCTING A MASS THAT WOULD INTERFERE WITH THINE CURRENT TRAJECTORY"

But a travail had been lost, and our excursion, yea, our better judgement, had doomed us to the space-suit. For I had been selected out of a gathered mass amoung others five, to carry out some hidden duty, to stop said automata.

But nay, for the rock that separated our surface from that which lay beyond others 3 began to be pulled by some cosmic trick of physiks, I strained and was pulled into a small crack, squiggling my way out I was beset with horror, for my compatriots had nowhere to be found. As I turned below the rocky face and into the twisted jungle below I sa-
