(Ray wakes up with a startle scarring Rafiki a bit)

(Ray gets out of bed and walks over to the window)
Ray- *opening blinds* Looks like it’s already morning

Milenya- Then get dressed and come to the dining hall breakfast is ready

(She leaves and just then Ray’s bedside alarm goes off and he runs over ot turn it off)

Ray- *chuckles* Whatever man *sits down and gets served pancakes and sausage by Milenya*
Milenya- Ray make sure to finish your breakfast and then meet me in the car once you have all your stuff

(cut to Ray getting all his stuff packed and getting into the car with Milenya they soon reach the school after a jazz filled drive from Milenya which Ray actually started to vibe to)

Ms. Galen- Comes and hand out these papers
(Carlton get up and passes the papers to everyone in the class)

(He looks over to Sofia)
Ray- Looks like we gotta work together on this *swatting paper*

(They start getting to work and Harriot looks over too them getting jealous)

Blitz- SPARRING! *in head- maybe with this that “Denizen” will get knocked down a peg he may excel in physical prowess but weapon practice is a whole different ball game
(Some of the students want to, others would rather not and the remainders just wanted to get this over with; Ray signs it thinking “I’ll probably be able to surprise Milenya and William into either letting me off the hook or lessening my training if I suddenly improve fast enough, Maria not so much.)

(The whole class is a mixture of confused and snickering)
Blitz- *shit eating grin on face* Well if you don’t have a Crux then I guess you’ll just have to take a weapon from the bin over there
(There is a bin lying by the trash with dusty old weapons all metal and all blunt cleary used for almost real weapon sparring; Ray walks over to it and picks up the staff then heads back to the matts)
Blitz- Alright, so like I said before; you are all going to go up against him one at a time the first one to make him admit defeat or disable him is the winner and gets an extra 20 points on everything; now mess that “VAGRANT” up
(this riled everyone up as they got in line to try and take out Ray who was looking rather pissed off)
Blitz- First one up uhh Mr….Wellington
(Wellington whips out his crux which is apparently a pistol)
Blitz- *in head* Ooh a pistol so he has the range advantage; this is perfect that denizen won't even know what hit him especially with that stick he has
(Ray starts to mimic the stance that Death used in their sparring sessions)
Death- You know you could let me take over
Ray- *in head* And let you go crazy? no thanks I’ll do this shit on my own
Death- *scoffs* Fiiiiiiiine
Wellington- Just so you know I won’t go easy on you
Ray- Likewise
Blitz- Alright you both read
(Both combatants glare at each other)
Blitz- FIGHT
(Wellington fires a barrage of 5 shots at Ray which Ray dodges at blistering speed)
Ray- Pretty good aim
(Ray then regains and posture starts to walk around Wellington sizing him up like Death did assessing his weaknesses. Wellington then fires another 5 shot volley at Ray which Ray dodges but one of the bullets hits the staff.)
Death- *tsk tsk* Getting sloppy
Ray- *in head* Shh
(Ray then does his walk around again then says)
Ray- Got it
(Ray then waits for another volley of bullets to come his way and when they make it to him, he hits them out of the way and goes straight for Wellington)
Wellington- Wha-
(Ray then uses the staff the knock the gun out Wellingtons hand and then twirls and swings the staff straight into his side)
Wellington- Gah! *falls to the ground*
Blitz- *speechless* Uh the winner is Ray
(No one claps for him)
Ray- *in head* Assholes
(The next hour of class goes as is Ray is hopelessly dismantling the entire male population of his class while getting chastised by Death for not letting her take over)
Blitz- *checks the time* Well that marks the end of class; have a good day everyone we will continue this tomorrow
Ray- So that's it huh *he looks at the staff that he used and sees the aging and marks *
Death- That thing has been through alot
Ray- I can tell
(He goes over to the bucket and places the staff back in there gently)
Ray- Until tomorrow *leaves*

(Ray is sitting at lunch by himself again until Mann comes over and sits next to him)

Ray- Nothing much just had to fight half of the dudes in my gym class *takes a bite of food*

Ray- My gym teacher basically made it to where I had to fight half of my gym class for some reason it was fun though

(They sit there for a bit until Mann starts trying to talk to Sofia about school things and then Sofia responds back Ray notices Mann’s enthusiasm and eagerness when talking to her and Sofia’s reciprocation when she answers; Lunch ends and everyone leaves with Mann saying “See ya later” to Sofia)
Mann- *waving*

Mann- *embarrassed* Huh? What do you mean?

Ray- Nothing man just pointing it out

(SHe walks up to the group and singles out Ray)
