It's been several months since I last updated this story, and most readers probably don't hold an interest in it any longer. I must say, I don't think I do either.

Previously, I'd expressed my desire to continue pushing the story forward and 'fixing things as I go along', despite doing a poll where the majority believed a rewrite was in order.

I was wrong in my decision.

Continuing a story that I was questioning the quality of was a desire I held because of both my hesitance and ignorance. This story was initially made to test my writing abilities, so I became blind to the idea of revamping or restarting to create a quality story using the template this one formed.

The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.

This story will be drafted, and in the future, rewritten. I lost sight of where I wanted the story to go following the entry to the Black Layer. I'm certain it was obvious with the sporadic direction the story went in many instances.

I'll start again.
