----------------------------------------

Planet: Primeval

Population: 15 Trillion

Capital: Primus: The Shining City

Main Races: Dragons, Kaijus, Dinosaurs

Origins:

In a universe where the skies burn and the lands tremble, two almighty Dragons, Zalama and Drekagyðja, clashed with the omnipotent Kaiju, Gorira, and his mate, Dea dei Souri. Their epic confrontation birthed the world known as Primeval, a land teeming with Dragons, Kaiju, and Dinosaurs.

Inhabitants:

The Primeval is home to three primary races: Dragons, Kaiju, and Dinosaurs. Among them, the Dragons or Dracones (also known as the Wyrm-kin) possess a vast array of powers and the ability to perform magic. From the elegant serpent-like Eastern Dragons to the mighty Western Dragons that bring death and destruction, these beings are diverse in shape and color.

Dragon Race:

Dragons, known for their intelligence and power, possess a unique physiological structure. With an average height of around 18ft (5.45m) and weighing about 2,200lb (998kg), these magnificent beings boast armor-like scales. Depending upon their power and mana control, they can alter these physical attributes. Dragons' life expectancy is highly influenced by their mana quantity and quality. With clear, pure blood and dense, robust bones, Dragons are designed for exceptional physical labor.

Mana Core:

At the center of their chest, Dragons have a unique organ - the Mana Core. It's not just their heart but also their primary reservoir of mana. As they cultivate their mana, they form chambers within this core, each one serving as a separate tank for storing mana. The more chambers they unlock, the greater their power potential becomes.

Dragon Language and Capital City:

Dragons communicate using Draconic, a sophisticated language that encapsulates their wisdom and grandeur. The epicenter of the Dragon civilization is Primus, the grand capital city situated on the home planet of Primeval, which boasts a population of 15 trillion.

Dragon Subraces, Hybrid Forms, and Marital Customs:

Dragons divide into two major subspecies — Eastern and Western Dragons, each with distinctive lifestyles and characteristics. Furthermore, due to their interaction with humans and other species, Dragons developed Hybrid forms, maintaining their dragon attributes in a humanoid shell. Dragons practice monogamous soul-bonding, creating a deep connection between mates, and polygamy is unique to males through the rare "Soul Nexus" phenomenon.

Dragonflies:

Dragonflies are ethereal, magical AI-like creatures bonded to Dragons from birth. They assist their dragons in various tasks, acting as guides, companions, and magical aids. Their rarity and usefulness make them highly treasured in Dragon society.

Dragon Worlds and Minor Strongholds:

Apart from Primeval, Dragons inhabit several worlds, each governed by different clans based on their elemental affinities. These include the Fire Dragon's world, Fira, with a population of 3 million, and the capital, Pyropolis, among other elemental worlds such as Hidra (Water), Serenia (Ice), Turma (Lightning), Vela (Wind), Prana (Light), Nirushaak (Darkness), Quiros (Earth), Golgax (Wood), and Nrox (Metal).

Dragon-Kaiju-Dinosaur Hybrids:

The complex biosphere of Primeval also includes rare and powerful hybrids, offspring from the rare unions of Dragons, Kaiju, and Dinosaurs. These hybrids inherit unique traits from their parent races and often possess unprecedented power levels and abilities.

Relations with Kaiju and Dinosaurs:

Dragons maintain a delicate balance with the Kaijus and Dinosaurs of Primeval. While there are historical conflicts and power struggles, the three races often work together to protect their home from external threats. The Kaijus, massive creatures of unimaginable strength, serve as the world's protectors, while the Dinosaurs, an ancient and noble race standing over 25 feet tall, are the planet's backbone, contributing to the ecology and often serving as allies to Dragons and Kaiju alike.

History and Culture:

In the history of Primeval, Dragons have had epic sagas and tales. Ten Legendary Dragons, representing the ten elemental attributes, once defeated The God of Chaos, an Abyss Alpha Demon. This victory resulted in them becoming the progenitors of various Dragon species, known as the Mythoi and other races. These races further expanded and diversified, giving birth to Dragonkind's current vast diversity.

Dragonkind includes Fire, Water, Wind, Thunder, Ice, Earth, Wood, Light, Darkness, and Metal Dragons. Each of these dragon families resides in a unique clanhold or house and is identified by their characteristic hair and eye color inherited from their respective ancestors. Though diverged over time, all dragons have the blood of the Legendary Dragons flowing through their veins.

Dragon society, shared with Kaijus and Dinosaurs, is a polytheism-imperialist society. They revere Zalama, the Creator Dragon, Gojuria, Father of All Kaiju, and Dinosaurs as Ancients. Dragon society is further divided into three pillars - Body, Mind, and Soul - which govern all aspects of life in Primeval. Each pillar, representing the military, mercantile, and spiritual aspects of society, is managed by a respected leader - Bellum Dei, Mercator Deus, and Divinus.

Language:

Dragons communicate through an ancient language known as "Draconic". It is a complex language that incorporates physical gestures, tonal roars, and even mana fluctuations, making it difficult for non-Dragons to comprehend fully. Over the years, Draconic has been further refined and diversified into dialects across different Dragonholds.

Biology and Appearance:

Dragons are highly intelligent and powerful beings. The average Dragon stands at around 18ft (5.45 m) from the ground to the tip of their wings, weighs about 2,200 lb (998 kg), and has scales covering their bodies, acting like armor. However, these parameters can vary based on power and mana control. Their hearts, serving both as an organ and mana core, are located near the center of the chest.

Dragon males are larger than females and possess large horns, claws, and fangs. In contrast, Dragon females are smaller, faster, and more agile. Despite the sexual dimorphism, both males and females possess an incredibly high capacity for physical labor and magic abilities.

Dragons' longevity is determined by the amount and quality of their mana. Their blood is clear and pure, their bones dense and strong, able to walk over sharp stones and spikes without injury.
