Finally noticing that the hero had awoken, a look of surprise and excitement could be seen plastered on their faces. Just when Ave was about to speak, the hero spoke first.
“Would you two be so kind as to remove your hands, please?” he said in a soft yet stern voice with a smiling face while motioning with his eyes for them to look down. Following his eyesight, the two realize that they both were still in the process of removing the sleeping hero’s undergarments with both their hands still tucked into the bottom half. Blushing, they quickly removed their hands from the man and backed off a bit, embarrassment on their faces.
Looking at these two beautiful women, Shango wondered if he should feel proud that he was being taken advantage of or not? It was not the first time he had been taken advantage of in his sleep. He once caught Yuki doing similar things to him when they were young and grilled her about it. He found out she had been doing these types of things to him for many years out of curiosity. Thinking about it now, Shango didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
With Shango lost in his thoughts, the room was filled with an awkward silence. Ave and Rolla looked at each other and then back at the hero. With a nod, a silent agreement was reached between the two that they would pretend like nothing happened. With that decision made, Ave walked closer towards the hero with shining eyes and spoke. “Hello Hero, my name is Avelina, ninth princess of the Sliverflight Kingdom, but those close to me call me Ave. This one here is Rolla, my maid and most trusted friend.”
“Greetings, hero.” Rolla spoke as she gave a bow to the hero.
Their voices brought Shango back from his thoughts. He sat up off of the bed and looked at the two. Slowly getting entranced by their beauty, he realized that they were more beautiful than he initially thought.
Returning to his senses, he replied, “Hello, my name is Shango,” and smiled.
Avelina moved closer to Shango and used both of her hands to grip his. “Shango, what a wonderful name for a hero,” she said with a thrilled expression.
“Truly a good name for a hero,” Rolla said as she brought her two hands together.
“Hold up!” Shango said firmly while looking Ave dead in the eyes. Turing his head around and finally paying attention to his surroundings, his noticed that that room he was in had a medieval feel to it. Even the dresses Ave and Rolla wore looked like they came straight out of the middle ages, as did they robe that he was wearing. He also felt strange being called a hero by both of them. After looking around and thinking for a moment, he returned his eyes to Ave and spoke.

“I’ve wondering this for a while now, but where am I and who are you calling a hero?” Removing his hand from Ave’s grip and folding his arms, he then looked at her for answers.
Ave and Rolla looked at each other than back at Shango before Rolla then nudged Ave forward a bit, as if telling her to explain the situation to Shango.
Taking a deep breath, Ave then told Shango all about the hero summoning and the situation in the Kingdom, but before she could finish, Shango interrupted her.
“So let me get this straight.” he said with a bit of irritation in his voice. “You’re telling me you forcibly kidnapped me from my world and you’re going to force me into dangerous situations to help solve your problems?” He looked at them with a deadpan face.
“I would not quite put it that way,” Ave said while lowering her head.
“You kidnapped me, right?” he said, raising his voice.
“If you want to say it that way, then yes,” Ave said with downcast eyes.
“You’re planning to put me to work, right? To help fix your problems, right?”
“Yes,” Ave answered in an even lower voice.
“Then which part did I get wrong?”
“....” Ave could not think of anything to refute. She knew that the person summoned would have had to be taken from their world and never get to see their family and friends again. She also knew that the summoned hero was used mostly to wage war. So when Shango spoke on those issues, Ave felt guilty; it could be seen all over her face.
Looking at how pitiful Ave had become, Shango softened his tone a little. Even though he had just met this girl, his instincts were telling him she was a nice person.
Looking at her reminded him a bit of Yuki when she sulked. It was nearly impossible to stay mad at Yuki when she was like that, and today he had met someone just like her. Even though he was still upset, he decided it was best to let it go for now.
“Fine. First, let’s put our earlier topic to the side. I will need some proof that this is another world, and that some delusional cosplayer has not just kidnaped me. Can I see some magic or something?”
Noticing that the hero would not push the topic anymore, Ave’s mood visibly lightened. She then took out a small book from her sleeve.
“Sure.” Ave then begun to chant a spell. She was going to use the most fantastic spell in her arsenal; she wanted to blow Shango’s mind. A moment passed, but nothing happened.
“So, a delusional cosplayer kidnapped me,” Shango said with a bitter smile.
Rolla stepped forward and whispered something into Ave’s ear. A look of utter embarrassment washed over her face. “Hmmm, right now I’m unable to use that. I hope a simpler one will be ok.” she said with a sad look.
“Sure.” As long as I get to see something, I’m cool with it, Shango thought.
Ave nodded but before she could perform the next spell, a knock was heard from the door.
“Your majesty has arrived!
