- Chapter 1 

I woke up and I realized that it was yet another day in this god forsaken world, as you might be wondering what I'm talking about and who I am, well let me explain myself. My name is Alexander Smith,I know a pretty lame and common name but its mine god dammit, now if you are wondering who I am well this is my story. I was born in Ohio,lived a pretty normal life grew up in a pretty normal family and in life I had one dream and obsession,to die and reincarnate myself in a world filled with magic and wonder.I know what you must be thinking who the hell is this nutjob well first of all it's Alex, second of all I always found It hilarious that people's hope and desire for an afterlife was that when they died they would go to a place called heaven,where they would spend eternity with their family,which while it does sound pretty good its also extremely boring.

Now let's get back on topic,as i said previously name is Alex born in ohio to a pretty normal family,I'didn't have that many friends but hey its their loss they didn't get the privilege to know and enjoy my magnanimous self.No,im not bitter that I had difficulty making friends...shut up.Anyways all things considered I lived a pretty happy life until that infamous day.I was going home from school it was raining I was walking and thinking about one of the most deep and profound questions that humans have pondered and obsessed over with,why the fuck did Eddard Stark confess to cercei fucking lannister that she was fucking her own brother I mean what did he think was going to happen. Which by the way its up there as far as the most idiotic decisions ever made.But it doesn't even come close to hi my name is Voldemort and even though im one of the most powerful wizards in the world and I've delved into the abyss that is magic more deeply than any wizard before me Im gonna kill this one-year-old baby,because one of my followers,who is definitely trustworthy overheard a conversation in a freaking pub of all places that he was going to vanquish me one day sigh...Anyways,let's get back to the story,we were getting of track as I was saying it was raining and I decided to cross the street without looking both ways like a moron,and yes its the most cliche of all cliches a freaking truck came out of nowhere speeding like a lunatic and erased me from existence.Truck-kun : 1 / Alexander : 0.

Now for people that think that, that was cliche well listen to this.As I came too I had a mild panic attack jesus what happened the last thing I remember is that a freaking truck squashed me...Are You kidding ME,did I just die by a freaking Truck I swear to god if this is not a fantasy isekai story I want my refund now,as I was having my very 'mild' panic attack I started looking around and realised that I was in a void of sorts there was nothing for miles and all I could see in any direction was darkness except as I squinted in the horizon I barely could see a light in the far off distance.Trying to ascertain the nature of the light I squinted as hard as I could and the only thing I could make out was what appeared to be a candle.I realised that I had to get closer to get a good look which by the way its not like there is anything to do around here.As I slowly but surely approched the apparant candle I started to ponder upon what this was.Was this the afterlife,because if it was,I wish I could see the faces of all those people who preached zealously about heaven and the supremacy of their religion only to end up here...ahahaha.As I was busy imaganing the faces of all those extremely zealous nutjobs I finally came close enough to the light source to realise what it was.And I was right It was a single candle that sat upon an exquisitely made wooden table upon which was an extremely old looking black book.As I was about to open the book and perhaps get a clue about what was really going on I was interrupted.

"Please, don't touch that book,the consequences might be Fatal."

I panicked and I whirled around and came face to face with...what might only be described as the most random looking person ive ever seen.He had a Hawaiian shirt on,sweat pants,a fedora and what looked like a pina colada in his hands.Okay what the hell,I came across a lunatic with no sense of style, and given all the information and my suspicions of where this whole thing was going.Im going to go on a whim and say that this is potentially a god.I started to have a mild panic attack okay remember what your karate teacher taught you,show no fear and ascertain the situation calmly...Easier said than done when you're in the middle of a black space that seems to go on forever and you're looking at someone who would fit more on a cruise boat than in the void of space.

"Ummm, hi can you please explain to me what the hell is going!"

I tried ,to sound as composed as I could but in reality I was having an intense panic attack Its a miracle in and of itself that I wasn't heaving and panting and overall embarassing myself right about now.

The figure approached me slowly but surely,while at the same time sipping on his drink as if he was on a beach in the Bahamas and not totally out of place in the middle of a void that apparently went of forever.

"Sigh... why do I have to do this.Listen let me introduce myself, the name I go by these days is Vero and i am a god , so now that the introductions are out of the way let's get this over with I was just about to hook up with one of the most bea-..."

"uhhh..." What the fuck, who the hell was this guy,did I have to get the most perverted god of all time!

"Never mind that,well I have some good news for you and some bad news,which do you want to hear first."

Okay, this was not what I was expecting at all well.

"Give me both"

"The good news is that, you will get a second chance at life"

What , I stumbled slightly due to the shock of this revelation, and even though I found myself stuck in a black void speaking to what appeared to be the most perverted deity of all time,it still was extremely shocking to be confronted with a reality that while throughout my whole adult life was a dream of mine to be reincarnated in another world the shock of it being potentially real was just that overwhelming.

"What?!" I pretty much shouted with as much angst and shock in my voice that I could.

"Yes , you see mostly everybody who die and pass away get reincarnated and subsequently get thrown in another universe to experience a new life.The only difference is that between everybody else and you, you will get to keep your memories of your past life,enjoy!"

As I was trying to process the situation I found myself in.I realized something, that this might be the best thing that has happened to me.You see before that truck hit me and brought me to who knows where we are right now I wasn't doing well in life mediocre job,no friends and on top of everything a bad relationship with my parents.Wait a minute.

"Why, do I get to keep all my memories,what's the catch?!"

If that didn't sound suspicious I don't know what will.As they say there is no free lunch in life and I doubt, that will change with a god of all people.

"AHAHAHAHA I like you , there is no catch I just want you to entertain me you have no idea how boring it gets sometimes.So your only condition so to speak is to cause as much chaos and mischief as you can."

I stood there looking at him with a dumbfounded expression.I coulnd't believe this I get a whole new life in another world and the only so called price is to cause chaos.. what a bargain.

"Im in I am ready" I said as confidently as I could.

"Good , well I had this whole monologue prepared for you where I was going to explain to you the why of everything but I think because you seem so eager It would be more fun this way, tata and enjoy your new life" He said while looking as smug as humanly possible.At the same time a blue hole appeared behind me and I was so shocked by that development that I didn't notice until it was too late that I was getting pulled into it.

"No no ,wait,wait" I shouted as I was pulled into the blue vortex of doom.And as fast It came to be it was already gone.

The remaining figure walked towards the innocent looking book on the table, and started leafing through it.The figure stopped and looked onto a blank page that only had one thing written on it,Alexander Smith...

"Hihihihi, entertain me young one,I wonder how my sister will react when she learns I stole her champion...!?
