As I John the last in line of house of Jacob go to the Human Alliance HQ. I know, I will be called out of retirement to fight this losing war. I had over 550 knights at my command... In my peak days. When I walk through the door, I see 50 knights making sure the lines move smoothly and no funny buisness occurs. I go to the back of the line. I used to not even have to go in the line. I would have just walked to the counter. 2 and a half hours later it is my turn. I say I have a sponsership request for the house of Jacob and a request to make the person an heir to the house also. The guy at the counter raises his eyebrows and says name and or description of individual. Here is the description. I give him the desciption paperwork my son gave me. At first the man smiles then he frowns. Then he goes to the women next to him. She hands him a sheet of paper. He shows her the paper I gave him. Her mouth opens then closes then gives the paper back and nods. She looks at me then gets back to helping her customer. He walks back shows me two paperworks. One has a name with the same descriptions as the one my son gave me. My mouth opens and closes and I nod my head. Then I look at under the rewards for knowledge of who he is a 100 knights and any knights on loan... My heart skips a couple of beats. I think 600 knights. I then say "thank you but do you really have 600 knights lying around for me?" The room goes quiet.  The man says excuse me. I said I have 500 knights on loan and you just offered another 100 to that. The man then said "follow me and I'll take you to the guild leader for aproval." I follow him to a back room that has an elevator. He pushes a button. 3 minutes later we get on. He pushes the button for the highest floor which is level 249. 15 minutes later we are there. He leads me to the only door and knocks. The door clicks and then he opens the door. He walks in and says John house of Jacob successfully requests his 500 troops back with an aditional 100 troops due to the unknown boy in beastman lands. My eyebrows raise at this development thinking that is imposible. My son spotted him 2 weeks ago in the other direction and it should take 2 to 3 weeks to get to beastman lands. I ask where in beastman teritory. The CEO of the Human Alliance said in the middle just south of the beastman capital. I keep my mouth shut as he looks at the paperwork. He said all is in order. You will meet me at the lobby at 6 o'clock tonight in what you are wearing now. I nod... Then the CEO said do not forget the cloak though. I lossed the right to wear a cloak right after I saw my son the last time 7 years ago. I had less than 250 men. I ask what color cloak. He nods his head and said "grey since you are awaiting the kings response." I will have it made by tonight and is that all.  The CEO nods his head and says "yes you may go." The guy at the counter then says follow me. We get on the elevator to get back down. "You got the CEOs sponsorship on the mystery man of the hour congrats" says the guy at the counter as we go down to the lobby. 

  I leave the building shocked only people with extreme power are able to wear the grey cloak in front of the king. Normally you dont get to wear one if you have not earned it yet. I ask my men has sally's clothing supplies closed yet. They nod and I am screwed. That was my cloak go to gal. I ask them where can I get a cloak made today. 2 of them looked to the guy in the middle he says my aunt makes fine clothes.. If its for me she would get it done within the hour. I say lead on. We walk for 30 minutes into the more up and coming noble houses and onto their merchant district. We go into a store that says Aunt Maries Supreme Taylor. My knight says " Aunty I am home on buisness." I hear a clatter and a women says comming. Aunt marrie comes in through the door. She says "what you need nephew. I have 2 orders to fill by tonight." I need a grey cloak for the ball tonight for my lord. She looks to me and smiles arnt you the upstart tonight. She says "I have enough for 1 grey cloak lets get started shall we." She takes my measurements and says one moment. Walks off into the back. 15 mins later she comes in with a shimmering grey cloak finer than anything I have ever seen. I ask "how much?" For my nephew's lord nothing but give him a promtion when this is over and all goes well." I said "sure."  5 minutes later she said all done. I walk out with the cloak on. I ask my knight where he wants to eat. He nods his head with a distraught face. He takes me two buildings over that says steaks and custom orders. We walk in my knight said "4 special orders for nephew of aunt Marie." We hear plates drop and the manager comes over saying How much time you got. The knight said two and a half hours. The manager said "runner we got a 4th portal 2nd choice order go get it." A young boy runs out of the shop in a jiffy. The manager asked the knight "sure he can afford it?" I say sure I have plenty of coin its a celabratory meal. My three men nod their heads and say special drink too. The manager says runner 8th portal 10th choice. My knight goes white faced with that and says make that one to go and for 1. The manager nods and says runner 7th portal 15th choice. My knight nods and then we are seated in our own sound proof room. We eat three hours later and I have to say its better than any meal I had in my area of town. Everything was top notch and reasonably priced too except for the bottle to go. 300 blue coin for one bottle of vintage wine. Most lords dont make that much in their lifetimes. My knight said I'll take that and give it to the king as a gift with your name on it.

  We walk to the Human Alliance HQ after normal hours of course. The guards allow us in with a nod. As soon as we go in the CEO walks up to us and says lets go we have been moved up to 5 and its 4. He says we have to double time it. We do a light jog to the royal court. What normally takes 2 hours takes 30 mins. The CEO hands over an invintation and the invintation is handed back and then we are alowed to enter. Next we are introduced by the anouncer. I am anouced as a plus one and men. Next the CEO takes me to a knight with a yellow cape. The knight raises his eyebrow as he sees my cape. His face is puzzeled as he does not recognize me. He then takes an envolope from the CEO and says I will take this to the king to get aproved. He nods to me to give me faith and leaves. Next thing the CEO takes me to a Knight with the same colored cape the knight nods to me and the CEO hands him a letter. The knight looks at the paper nods hands it to the boy behind him and mumbles something quietly to the boy. The boy runs off to the door with the other grey cloaks and goes through. The CEO says to me the grey cloaks have changed about the time I was forced to change the name of the Alliance. Grey stands for elite knights with unimaginable strength not how many men they command. I say, I dont have those qualifications I specialize in holy magic then the sword. The CEO says your boy is being tested for strength in beastman lands though. I then say but he will also be tested for holy magic as required for my house too. He raises his eyebrows and asks are you sure. I say yes. I thought it was a possibility since it was you follow me said the CEO. We go over to a man with a white cloak that is aged beyond me and I bow before him and say Headmaster. He nods to me and the CEO hands over a sheet of paper reluctantly. The headmaster nods and asks is this true? I say yes and the CEO says he says it is so. Then your house shall wear two colors if the king agrees to your words house of Jacob. I nod and the headmaster says I will expect him in two years time or whenever he passes the tests in beastman lands. I will also send someone to give him the invitation to our school. Then the CEO said thats done now all we need to do is wait. 45 minutes later after mingling with the other knights and their different color capes none disclosing what they mean. The Knight with the yellow cape comes to me and hands me a medalion and a letter and says open it at home and give the medalion to the boy. The CEO says time to leave I do not want to stay for the dance and you can not stay without me. After exiting the CEO says you can make it home from here right. I say sure have done it a few times without escourt though the roads home are unsavory from this road. The CEO nods to me and says to the guard behind me guarding the entranceway can this man have an escourt home. The guard goes inside 15 minutes later 10 knights in white cloaks and 15 in grey cloaks come outside and guide me home through the slums and then to old old nobility mansions which are mainly vacant and have for sale signs that have been worn off. Lastly to the last surviving street of old old nobilty with my home and guard houses taking half of one side and 10 other buildings on my side and 30 other buildings on the other. The street heads directly to the commoners district and to old nobility and so forth.

When I get home the Knights go back the way we came.

I open the letter and ding

You are now a baron instead of a lord You will recieve 600 knights plus 5 white cape knights and 5 grey cape knights within 2 weeks. Your new title comes with new land and will be given when Jason Moore earns both the white cloak and the grey cloak. The medalion is made for Jason Moore and is to help expediate anything he wants.
