So this is sort of a multiple story idea as an avid fan of hayao miyazaki and the Studio Ghibli team. one of my past stories was a transmigration into a ghibli world but as per usual i quickly lost inspiration for it.

But i think expanding into that world would make for a very interesting story concepts. Like for example, the robots in Castle in the Sky, like 20+ ideas alone, but i think the problem, (not an actual problem) Is everyone coming up with their own stories an ideas.

But if you search 'Ghibli' on here you only get like 2 results, one of which is mine! though mine was a bit of a larger concept that could include a lot of sentimental things related to Ghibli movies I liked.

One fact that may be apparent (at least to me) is that i get inspiration to write through music like a good epic song can put me in the writing mood sort of deal, and lots of ghibli soundtracks make me nostalgic for it and therefore inspired for a period of time

i feel like whole stories can be formed with like the possiblilities of one item from another universe. Such as the Laputa Crystal, Kiki's Broom, Calcifer, A Curse or even Magic ability. Like so many options to choose from but this may be like offensive to authors to use another creators world, instead of creating their own world and all.

But i feel like worlds that already exist most people dont feel the need to expand upon items in those worlds much, but i figure there would be a pretty neat story using concepts though.

(Spoilers to Howl's Moving Castle ahead)

Like in the flashback to calcifer being created from Howl's heart, he was a fallen piece of a star, so basing a story on a fallen star for a heart might not be a bad idea in some cases, (unless it has been done in that case hmu in the comments with links to those stories.)

That was an example, well anyway here is the first sort of Castle in the Sky fan fiction idea

You get sent to the past and end up in the body of one of the robots on a flying castle, and interact with the people, learning various spells and culture from them, until the story of Castle in the Sky takes place

Well it was an interesting concept i dont know how to put it into practice yet. I suppose i may make a book on that in the future, so you guy should stay tuned for that then.

I already know im not the best as an author so ill take any recconmendations or advice from others, no matter how good it may be, and if im interested i may make a story or chapter using your exact advice.
