Chapter 1-birth of a new adventure

Emperor Minami Yoshiro was swinging his sword furiously to dodge the incoming attacks from the soldiers. He kept fighting and dodging until he accidentally stepped on a rock and fell onto the ground. Without understanding the situation and he was swiftly stabbed by the multiple soldiers.

“What a disgraceful death.” He whispered to himself. Minami Yoshiro was an emperor with a big goal in mind. But now that he is dead, he knows that he will never be able to accomplish his goal.

While he was contemplating his death, his soul was slowly drifting towards a white light. As the light got brighter, Yoshiro finally noticed and started panicking. He didn’t have a body so the only thing he could do was start shouting in his consciousness.

As the light got bigger. It started devouring the whole dark space that Yoshiro was in. He knew that this was his last time he was going to remember his past so he closed his eyes and just hoped for the best.

*Bam*

A sudden force pulled Yoshiro out of the dark void. He thought that the devil pulled him out to punish him but as he started thinking, he felt a gust of wind passing his body. Yoshiro was confused, he knew that souls can’t feel anything so he started to wonder if he was dead.

“Congratulation! It’s a boy!” A sudden voice echoed throughout Yoshiro’s ears. He felt frighten by the unknown voice but he could not move nor make any noise. Yoshiro felt vulnerable at that moment.

“Whoa! What is going on! Why do I feel like I am floating?!” Yoshiro shouted as his body started floating upwards.

“It’s our son!” A voice came out. Yoshiro was surprised by how the voice sounded like a girl. It was soft and soothing to the ears.

“What should we name our children?” A deep shallow voice said. Yoshiro was quite scared of the deep shallow voice because he thought that the deep voice was either the devil or god. Yoshiro’s mind thought that he was dead.

“Let’s name him Wells. Wells Maynard.” The soft and soothing voice said in an excited voice.

“Name?! Why are they giving me a name?” Yoshiro questioned what was going on. He was confused as to why they would be giving him a name after his death. “Wait, am I a baby?!” A sudden realization occurs inside of Yoshiro’s brain. He finally understood why the voices were talking about babies and giving him a name.

“Wait so if I am a baby that was just born then the sudden pulling force would be…!” Yoshiro wanted to vomit after realizing what he just experienced but as he is just a newborn baby, he could not see or move his body parts around.

A few minutes passed by and Yoshiro felt that his eyelids were moving. He tried opening his eyes again and a burst of light blinded Yoshiro for a second. After recovering from the blinding light, he looked around and what he saw surprised him a lot.

Yoshiro saw a beautiful lady holding onto his body while a stunning man was looking towards me. Yoshiro did not know who they were but after a while of thinking he figured out that they were his parents.

He continued looking around his surroundings. He was also quite surprised at how grand the room where he was born was. The room had high sealing with a gold chandelier hanging downwards. Yoshiro was stunned in the room. He was an emperor of a nation in his last life and he himself had a ginormous castle. But he was an Asian monarch so he could not enjoy the luxury that he saw in the room.

He quickly figured out that he is either born in a western nobility or royalty. He also figured out that the name they gave him was a western name and also that they use English as their first language. But one thing he could not comprehend was how he was able to understand their dialog. In his past life as an emperor, he did learn some basic English to understand what the ambassadors from western countries were saying. But he was aware that his basic English was not enough but he could completely understand what they were talking about.

As he could not think of any other reason why he suddenly started understanding English, so he just prayed to god for giving him an ability to understand perfect English. After trying to get his head around what was happening, the beautiful lady abruptly took out her booba and started trying to feed Yoshiro.

Yoshiro resisted as hard as he could but failed to so he just gave up and started drinking. He became irritated because of how he who was an emperor is being treated but after a while of thinking, he knew that it was not to harm him and also no one is going to remember anyways.
