At the end of the Second World War, The world is struck with fear and waited for Armageddon due the creation of the Atom Bomb and the emergence of the cold war between the United States and the Soviet Union. Yet something unexpected happened, mankind began to harness Atomic energy not as a weapon but as a nearly limitless source of energy, thus paved the way for a new technological race. The US and the Soviet Union along with their respective allies competed on the development of new technologies and knowledge, focusing more on medicine, agriculture and weaponry. Both factions spread their influences with this newly acquired tech, forming alliances. Life became easier, every world issue such as World Hunger, Malnutrition, Poverty, Racism and Inequality ended in a whim. It was the golden age for mankind, not until a simple false alarm in the USSR’s Air defenses would set the world under nuclear fire.
