After finally getting out of her Facility Craig finds a purpose by joining his siblings in fighting against Darcia's experiments.  In saving a young woman and her child Craig comes face to face with his worst nightmare ... Morgan ... another experiment who has a taste for terrorising humanity and will follow Darcia's orders to the letter. Craig and the Agency have to find out what those orders are and save as many innocents lives as they can along the way while dealing with their own abilities coming to life and manifesting in the strangest ways at the weirdest times.
