“Well…” Elisa began to chuckle softly, causing Erica to raise an eyebrow. “She would have a lot of responsibilities piled on her once she ascends to the throne, and that's what she wanted to avoid.”
‘So she wanted to pass that responsibility onto me!’ Erica fumed inwardly, biting down on the handkerchief in her hands.
Elisa continued, “But one day, while my princess was exploring ancient magic, she stumbled upon a spell that linked souls, and she found you. She enjoyed observing your life and all the things of your world.” Elisa revealed, and Erica was taken aback before shuddering. ‘The more I think about it, the more it feels like she was stalking me. She's definitely a stalker pervert!’
“She was so amazed with your world that she wanted to experience it herself,” Elisa continued, and Erica perked up, “So she switched places with me?! Why must I stay here while she's there?!!” She whined and rolled on her bed.

“Since when?” Erica asked, raising an eyebrow, indicating that she had never heard of such an agreement.
“Are you certain? Because the spell wouldn't work unless both parties consented,” Elisa said.
“Hmm,” Erica pondered deeply, trying to recall if she had indeed agreed. Suddenly, a memory flashed into her mind. “No, that wasn't a dream!” She exclaimed.
It had happened after a long day of architecture and business classes. Erica had collapsed onto her bed, feeling bored with life.

Suddenly, Erica found herself in a void, facing Princess Erica. The princess approached with a warm smile and spoke, “We're both bored of our lives, so let's swap. I'll live in your world, and you can go on adventures in mine.” Erica heard the voice but couldn't discern the person before her who appeared as a shadow.

“What kind of world is that?” Erica wondered, intrigued.
“It's similar to the fantasy video games you play. Monsters, diverse races, and a lot of places to explore!” The voice pitched with excitement.
“Then why would you want to switch with me despite having such an amazing world?” Erica wondered suspiciously.
“Because I've seen most of it, and it doesn't captivate me as much as yours!” The voice spoke honestly.
“I see…” Erica said, contemplating.
“There are cute and handsome inter-race men,” the voice cooed, and Erica perked up, clearly interested.
“Handsome men? Elves, beastmen?” Erica asked.
“Yes!”
“Let's switch!!” Erica eagerly shook the shadow’s hand, and the lady smiled happily.
“It wasn't a dream!!!” Erica gasped as she started to worry about her choice. ‘I can't believe I agreed because of handsome men,’ she thought with teary eyes. How desperate was she??
‘I switched with her because she told me there would be handsome men, how shameless and foolish can I be? To be tempted by the possibility of meeting a handsome man,’ she told herself, though in reality, she did want to meet handsome men.
“I can see now. But she's so damn selfish! She asked me when I was sleepy, how despicable!!” Erica thought, trying to shift the blame.
‘But then again, it's not so bad to be here. I just hate the toilet and bath systems!’ She grimaced.
“My princess may be selfish, but I'm sure she wouldn't have done it if you truly didn't want this,” the maid stated calmly.
“Alright, I believe you.” Erica shattered the orb, and suddenly an influx of memories poured into her mind. All about the former Erica's childhood. Everyone she had met through the years and all her fighting skills. How she trained tirelessly over the years to develop her skills. All the books she read and gained knowledge of and how she also tirelessly practiced magic. However, once she learned everything and could learn no more, she became bored. Neither could she go anywhere, so she used magic to see the rest of her world from the comfort of her room. But when she saw the other Erica's world, she was even more enchanted by it.
‘I can see why she was so bored. This world's technological knowledge is so limited compared to the amount of information we have in 2040,’ Erica thought. “And she wants me to help her kingdom…” she mused.
‘This witch dumped all her work on me and went to enjoy herself with my body!!’ Erica finally concluded with rage in her eyes. “When I get her one day, I'll beat her ass!!” Erica declared with a determined look as she cracked her knuckles.
