"You can run from those of your level, but you can't run from me!" A furious voice roared as it chased after a sorry figure.
The chased person was a man, looking like he was in his early 20's, however, the ancient air around him told a different story.
"Leave me alone you crazed freak! I already told you I'm not interested!" The man cried out in indignation. He felt like he was being wronged, but in front of this crazed person, there was nothing he could do.
He was the absolute king of the Fourth Grand Demon Kingdom under the Sovereign Demon Empire. He could be considered one of the biggest powerhouses of the Demon World, but even then, despite all his backing and power, everyone had turned a blind eye when this person smashed through his palace and tried to capture him.
"Just let me have you for a couple years! I promise it won't be so bad, I'm really good! I swear!" The person behind him roared as a huge wall of fire erupted in front of the man, blocking his way.
"Fuck off for heaven's sake!" The man cried out as he dashed to the side, barely dodging a furious tackle from the person behind him.
The figure emerged from the fire it had thrown itself into and revealed it's true form. It was a beautiful woman, around the same age of the man. However, she didn't look fully human, as she had a long tail lined with small spikes and she also possessed scary-looking claws instead of hands.
"You should consider yourself lucky, kid. I've spent 200 years searching for the perfect seed, and after so much time spent, I finally found you! You won't be able to escape!" She roared once again as she dashed after the frightened man.
"Damn it! Ten Thousand Years of Despair!" A huge shadow as large as a country spread out from the man as it charged the woman and tried to extinguish her soul.
"That's cute." She laughed as she poked the shadow with her claw, and it immediately collapsed. The man's face turned ugly and he tried to dash away once more, but the attack had left him open, and the woman soon caught him.
She grasped his neck and squeezed a bit. The man's eyes bulged out as he tried to defend himself, however, the woman slammed him into the ground, knocking all the air out of his lungs.
"Heh. A small Soul Transformation kid tried to run from me. That's funny." the woman broke into a fit of laughter as she stripped the man of his everything.
He coughed a mouthful of blood as he stared at the woman with hatred. "Who are you? What do you want from me?"
"I want your essence..." The woman said with a strange smile and narrowed eyes as she began the ritual.
----------------------------------------
Twenty years had passed since that day. The events that transpired left a deep scar in the man's heart, one that would take a very, very long time to heal.
Nonetheless, the woman got what she wanted and then simply left. Since she did feel somewhat bad about having abused someone so much lower than her, she left with him a couple of very interesting treasures that, although not useful for her, it seemed like the man appreciated.
Now, inside of her Immortal's Cave, the woman laid in a lotus position as she swallowed pill after pill.
She had spent a fortune getting her hands on these pills, in fact, even though she wasn't a stingy person at all, even she felt heartbroken as she ate away at so much wealth. However, she still thought it all to be worth it.
"Come on... Work damn it!" Her eyes blazed with fury as she ate 300 pills at once, the equivalent of 1.000.000 high-grade spirit stones at once.
Finally, she felt a reaction from inside her body. Her smile grew extremely wide, so wide in fact that it reached all the way to both her ears.
She quickly sent a lot of her qi [life energy that every animal, plant, and object has and blah blah blah, you all should know what it is] down slightly below where her soul stayed. There, a small soul, independent of her own was growing.
It was incredibly weak and feeble, but even then, it contained an aura so unfathomable and deep that even the woman gasped.

"Yes! Yes! Fuck Yes, Thank you to whoever I worship that is not the heavens, because the heavens hate me. Hold on, who is it that I worship? Wait, better things to do. Focus!" She slapped herself and quickly got back to feeding the small soul.
A couple hours later, the soul wasn't as feeble anymore. Instead, it had grown to the size of a grain of sand. It was still very small, much smaller than even a mortal's soul, but that was to be expected.
The woman revealed a smile as she rubbed her belly. "With this, I'll finally have a chance at achieving enlightenment. Thank god I was born female, or it would have been a hundred thousand times more difficult..." She shivered at the thought.
Her dao (way) was the Dao of Life, one of the most powerful daos along with the Dao of Death, Destruction, Creation and the six elemental daos (fire, earth, water, air, metal, thunder).
They all had their own struggles and bottlenecks, but hers was especially harsh. The dao of death was the easiest to break through, one just had to slaughter a couple hundred planets and they would be set for Ascension.
She didn't have it as easy. For years, she had struggled to grasp some insight, but she had never been able to. Only when she had taken a small trip to the mortal world and witnessed a pregnant mother hanging out with her husband below a beautiful cliff did she finally understand what she needed to do.
Now, she couldn't stop smiling. From the moment the small soul had appeared, she had already made a breakthrough, and as time passed, she kept smashing bottleneck after bottleneck, quickly reaching the absolute peak of her current cultivation level.
40 years had passed since the small soul had appeared. The woman was on the verge of breaking through and finally reaching Ascension. However, as time passed, she realized that there was a problem.
She looked at her belly, still the same as it was 40 years ago. It wasn't that the child hadn't grown, it was just that cultivator's bodies were different.
What plagued her was that, after ascending, it would take a very, very long time for her to be able to come back to this realm, and she couldn't bring the child with her during her ascension, as it would endanger both of them.
"Shit. I have to be quick, I can feel that it will have to be born soon." She bit her lips nervously as she swiftly left the small cave she had made for herself the past years. Not wishing to leave any trace behind, she snapped her fingers and the small planet she had been residing in collapsed into nothingness.
There was no life on the planet, but even then, she wouldn't have cared. Every cultivator had his or her hands stained in oceans of blood, some of the more crazy ones had slaughtered thousands of planet's worth of people.
As she dashed through the void at her maximum speed, her divine sense spread out as far as it could, trying to find a suitable place.
Finally, after a couple years of searching, she found the perfect spot. It was far away from the chaos of her home region, and it was in uncharted territory. She could only sense a couple people at the Soul Transformation stage in this world, and all of them were only at the starting point.
After masking her cultivation and descending on the planet, she casually appeared next to one of the Soul Transformation experts and placed her hand on his head.
The man didn't even have time to open his eyes as his very being was laid open before the woman. She checked every single secret of the planet, every sect, and every treasure. She sighed in content as she ate his soul, a treat she rarely got to enjoy due to her regular seclusions from the rest of the universe.
After teleporting, she reappeared in the middle of a forest. Her aura quickly scared away any potential predator looking to die. Sensing that it was time, she took out a shining knife filled with symbols and runes and used it to carve open her belly.
Sticking her hand in the opening, she finally found what she was looking for and took it out with utmost care. In had hand was a small child, extremely similar to a human infant if not for his small tail and aura.
The woman healed herself in a matter of seconds and used her qi to clean up all the blood and residues on the small infant. Despite only having been born, the infant was already at the fifth stage of Qi Gathering.
As the woman checked her baby for problems and found none, she smiled happily. "I shall name you... uh... Blackie. Yes, you shall become Blackie, master of all and controller of... umm... I don't know, you're gonna be super-duper cool, so I'm sure he'll figure something out."
It was a boy, and the naming came from his extremely black hair and tail. Such a name would drive anyone insane, but being an old and eccentric hag, the woman didn't blink an eye as she named him.
After this was set and done, she reached into her robe and probed around a bit before finding a spatial pocket. She smiled and took out a bag from it. Inside, there were over 100.000 different kinds of food.
"This should be enough to sustain him until he reaches 20 or 30 years... Eh, I'm sure it'll work out somehow." She shrugged and teleported over to one of the more famous sects in this world.
She appeared inside a large and luxurious office. In it, a man that looked to be in his 30's sat meditating. His eyes shot open in fear and he opened his mouth as the woman touched his head.
"Hi, I'm the Absolute Sovereign of Life, Liberty, and Desire of the First Immortal Heaven located in the Fire Pits of the Second Division of the Demon Realm. You'll have to repeat that 100 times in successions every day for the next 1.000 years. Also, you're now my slave, and you'll take care of my son from now on. The imprint should give you all the necessary information you need. all good? k bye."
Just as she came, she left, leaving behind a sleeping child and a bag of holding. The man could barely say anything as he stood there, mouth open.
Slowly, he regained his senses and looked at his hand. On it, there was a devilish rune that seemed to stare back at him with a smile.
"What... was that?" He asked.
Nobody answered.
