“Ah shit” I thought. A sword had Impaled itself perfectly through my chest. My magic had been sealed with this sword, cutting my fighting ability tenfold. The seven hero’s attacked simultaneously, swords and magic intertwining to create a deadly attack. I grasped my chest, hoping to tear the sword out only to find that It was stuck, sealed in my very own mana well. I jumped to the side awkwardly, the sword in my chest making it difficult to dodge.
“Damn, she can still move?” A male hero said
“Impossible! Excalibur went straight through her. Her magic core should be sealed and her body should be disintegrating” Another male hero said
“No matter how you look at it, the demon queen is not disintegrating” A female hero said
“Demon queen? As if” I thought for the thousandth time. I was no demon-although being a queen would be nice- just a woman who gained too much power. Who would’ve thought the moment I broke the face of that scummy priest I would have the whole world looking to kill me. Still, even for a person as strong as me I don’t think I can get out of this.
A female used the magical spell “Emperor’s flaming Tornado” Instantly ten massive tornado’s appeared in the air, slowly coming to the ground, all aimed at me. I ran towards the closest hero and feinted a punch towards his face then swung a low kick. It worked perfectly. The hero threw up his hands only find himself falling backwards. I grabbed the hero by his head then threw him at the fire tornado’s. Instantly they vanished, But a loud scream tore the other hero’s attention away. The mage who had used the fire spell was bleeding from every hole in her body.
“Idiot. Magical backlash is an intensely severe thing. To recall a spell of that strength… I almost pity you” I said aloud. The hero closest to me glared then charged, swinging his sword in beautiful arcs.
“No!” a female screamed. Too late. None of these hero’s were a match for me by themselves, though together they stood a chance. I rushed at the hero, dodging his flaming sword swing then struck all the pressure points on his arm. He dropped the sword then screamed in pain. I had completely reversed the blood flow of his body, adding the small amount of mana I could actually use. I thrust my hand for the killing strike only to find it stopped by a shield. My hand crashed against the shield, breaking the bones in my arm.
“Not good. Without magic I won’t heal any faster than an ordinary person.” I tried to channel magic into my arm but the sword in my chest flared, bringing unimaginable pain to my body. The hero with the shield took advantage of this, smashing the shield against my face. I flew into the air then smashed into the ground, kicked in the stomach mid-air by another hero. The hero’s positioned themselves around me.
“Any last words” A female hero said. Even as she spoke, all of the hero’s were gathering their magic, planning on utterly destroying me.
“Not really. Only a question. Did you kill my son?” My son Kaden was born with little magic power, so I had hoped he would be able to get away from all this.
“Yes. I personally beheaded that weakling” Said a female voice. “Ah, I see.” Tears rolled down my face. I had already known the answer. There was no way that my idiot of a son could get away from a power like the church. Tears fell down my face as I thought about the pain and joy that idiot brought me. Apparently this shocked the hero’s, because one of them said
“Demon’s can cry!?” Instantly I felt a rage never before felt. These hero’s blinded by their ambition to kill a “Demon Lord” without even thinking about it. I got up slowly, my magic power was running rampant.
“You dare… you killed my husband…you killed my pets… you killed my son… now you even have the AUDACITY TO LABEL ME AS SOMETHING NOT HUMAN” Magic power was leaking through my body. The air around us felt heavy and potent.
“Guy’s, Excalibur!” I looked down to see the sword had completely changed. Instead of seeing a golden hilt with a beautiful blade, it was now a golden hilt and beautiful blade with thousands of cracks in it. But I paid no attention to this. I charge the hero who said he killed my son. The second I reached him six blades went through my body, but I paid them no heed.
“I WILL KILL YOU” I screamed. I put everything I had into my fingertips then thrust it at his heart. Right before it reached him my world went black.

Unknown amount of time later
“Look dear, it’s a girl!” I heard a voice say.
“Of course I’m a girl” I thought. I tried to turn around only to find that I couldn’t move my body. My eyes were shut, and no matter how hard I tried they wouldn’t open.
“She’s Beautiful isn’t she?”
“Well thank you. Mind telling me why you are examining me?” I tried to say, but even my throat wouldn’t move. “What the hell’s going on her?”
“What should we name our first daughter?” Said a voice that sounded female
“I think Jace is a good name.” Said a male voice
“Jace! Oh dear that Is a beautiful name”

1 year later
“Say Aaaah” My mother said
“Damnit you bitch just gimmie the food!” I wanted to say, opening my mouth as if to shout. Instead, she took that as an invitation to shove the food in my mouth. I nearly choked but managed to swallow the food before I died.
If you haven’t guessed already, I have been reincarnated. But I have not been reincarnated as a human. I don’t know what I have been reincarnated as. It is humanoid no doubt, but my mother is clearly not human. She almost looks… elfish, though I have intimately explored elves and I know for a fact that they do not have the same feel as her. She feels… Ancient, older. Sometimes I catch her staring at me out of the side of my eye. When I look at her she quickly looks away, as if she is ashamed to look at me.
I’ve learned that this world was different from mine, down to the language itself. It took me a full year just to grasp what they were saying, and even then I still get confused at some of the words.
When I was a human, magic was, in comparison to this body, harder to control. But as.. whatever I am it is almost ten times easier to control.
My parent’s were poor, really poor. My father barely made pay as a fourth rate tailor. But my father was nice, too nice. He would never get angry, never shouted at anyone when he took me to his workplace.
Our house was humiliatingly simple. One room was for eating, cooking and cleaning, the other was for sleeping. We had an outhouse outside but that was it.
I learned my name was Jace, Jace Sablis. I haven’t yet understood how to say my mother’s name, but it started with a T. My father’s name was Kent. Kent Sablis.
It was midnight when I heard my mother get up. I woke up due to my “Baby sense’s” Seriously, it seemed like a person could fart 1000 miles away and I would wake up. I just want to be left in peace!
My mom began to gather all of her clothes into a suitcase. I had a feeling about what was coming but didn’t want to believe it. She wouldn’t leave this idiot alone, would she? She finished packing, putting nothing but her own clothes inside their. I should explain my mother. She is an extremely beautiful but mysterious woman. She had raven black hair in contrast to my father, who had red hair.My mother had red eyes while my father had blue eyes. They were both beautiful/handsome and they seemed perfect for each other. My mother glanced at me and noticed I was looking at her. She stuck out her hand and began to whisper a spell. I couldn’t understand the words, but suddenly I felt extremely tired. I tried to use my magic but my mind was too tired to control it. The Last thing I had saw was a tear rolling down my mothers face as she left the room.

7 years later
I sat in the forest, letting my magic flow around me like a breeze in the wind. I compressed it then softened it, repeating this action multiple times. It still amazed me how easy it was to control magic in this world. I picked up my herb filled cigarette and Inhaled. I was addicted to cigarettes in my old world and I couldn’t forget my old habit. I can guarantee that I had wasted at least 1000 gold on cigarettes. Which is saying something when they were only one silver a pack. The cigarette i was smoking had actual medicinal properties which were supposed to help breathing and relax your body.
I concentrated my magic into my fingertips and aimed at a nearby tree. Instantly that tree was completely flattened from top to bottom. Gravity magic. A pesky bitch of magic if you don’t know how to deal with it. I got up and grabbed my bag full of cigarettes then headed back home. It was a twenty minute walk back to town, thirty minutes in the dark so I used some fire magic and lit another cigarette. During my walk I had thought about the things that had happened over the last few years.
When my mom had left, my dad was a complete wreck. I really felt sorry for the guy. His beautiful wife just left him and his sorry self. I’m pretty sure the only reason he didn’t kill himself was because I was their. He quickly put me up for adoption. Wait, let me rephrase that. He put me in a bundle with some cash then left me in front of an orphanage. I had to sit outside the whole night, the dumbass forgot to knock. I didn’t want to cry because I was finally getting a chance for some sleep. It was morning when the Gretchen-the lady who owns the orphanage- found me. The orphanage was a massive step up from my previous living conditions, and that’s saying something.
When I had turned old enough to walk on my own the first thing I did was look at my reflection in a water basin. In my old life I was a borderline cute girl. The kind that you may or may not give a second glance if you saw her on the street. In this world, I was really cute. Short red hair that barely reaches my neck, I slicked it back because I decided I liked the tomboy look. My eyes were a deep ocean blue, the kind you could stare at forever and not get tired of.
This book's true home is on another platform. Check it out there for the real experience.
I was almost back at the town. I ran to the gates, excited to be able to sell some more cigarettes. I had made a hefty sum selling these, donating nearly all of my money towards the orphanage. I really didn’t need money. Once I turned 15 I had decided I would travel the world. I slowed my pace until I was in front of the gates.
“You're almost late!” One of the guards-whose name I had learned was Heron- called out.
“My bad Heron. Got a little side tracked” I said while apologizing
“S’all good. Go on ‘head”
“Thanks” I walked through the gates then took some back alleys to the orphanage. It took me about five minutes to arrive. When I arrived I saw a disturbing sight. Our “Mother” Gretchen was getting harassed by some men. I considered interrupting them when some town guards came over.
“Well then, that settles that” I thought. But instead the town guards began harrasing her as well, groping her visibly. All she could do was endure it. If she fought back, she could get arrested or even worse. But when they put their hands in her vagina I decided enough was enough. I walked closer, appearing like a shade out of the darkness.
“Hello Mrs. Gretchen” I said, spooking them all.
“A-ah Hello Jace” she said, face flushed with tears in her eyes. I guess that could be considered a natural response to their groping… albeit a pervy one.
“Who are these men?” I asked, feigning ignorance
“We’re some friends of Mrs.Gretchen. Go on back to the orphanage and sleep cutie pie” On of the guards said
“But I need Mrs.Gretchen to tuck me in at night!” I said, whining.
:Too bad! I mean… Mrs.Gretchen is going to be busy, so she can’t do that tonight”
“But!..”
“No! Scram or I will get angry” One of the bandits said, losing his patience. I sat there and thought
“I pity scum who can only fuck a girl by force” I used gravity magic to put pressure on their bodies. Instantly all of the guards dropped to their knees. Funny thing about this world. This world has a lot less mages than warriors. If what I overheard was correct, the ratio is about 3:1, and astounding ratio if you think about it. Apparently, not that many spells have been discovered by mages. Of course, there are probably tons of spells used by high level wizards, but most likely none of them feel the need to share them. Thats why, training as a warrior is far more popular. Mana was thick and rich in this world, making spells stronger than they would be in my home world.
“I don’t think you understand” I say in a cold voice “Mrs. Gretchen is going to be busy… FOREVER” I put even more pressure on them when I emphasized the last word. “Do you understand?”
“Y-y-yes!!” One of them screamed.
“Good!” and just like that, my gravity magic was gone. The men quickly ran away with their tails in between their legs. I looked at Ms.Gretchen.
“You never saw that” and walked inside. I was instantly jumped on by one of the younger kids, gabriel. Gabriel was my first, as he acted much like my old son. Gabriel was a short kid with curly brown hair that laid like a mop on his head. He had beautiful emerald green eyes. He was only six years old, but he will be a real looker when he grows up.
“Hey gabby” I said in a mocking voice
“Don’t call me gabby!!” he shouted, pouting
“Hahaha, alright I won’t” I said playfully
“Jace-neechan, can we go to bed? I’m tired” He said while yawning
“You idiot, Why did you stay up if you're tired?”
“I wanted to sleep with you”
“Fine” I grabbed my backpack that I had dropped when he jumped on me. I picked Gabriel up and held him by my chest then walked up the stairs to my bedroom.
I threw my bag to the side of the bed then laid Gabriel down, who had fallen asleep in my arms. I smiled then laid him down gently, careful not to wake him. I laid down right next to him and thought
“If life could continue like this forever, I’d be happy”
Unfortunately, Lifes a major bitch
I was back in the woods smoking a cigarette. I inhaled then blew out the smoke in a perfect O. I did this multiple times, just for amusement. In the middle of gathering I saw a creature of pure beauty. It was a Silver doe drinking from the water while laying down.
(:AN This part may be a little illogical, but bear with me AN:) It looked to be in pain, as it was making weak groaning noises as it drank. Suddenly it rolled on its side and gave a loud scream, one that broke my heart. I could tell it died somehow. I don’t know how, but it just seemed...lifeless.
But I was proven wrong when its stomach began to move. At first, I thought it was trying to throw up. But when a leg came out its vagina, I was proven wrong. Moving quickly I created a blade of ice on my fingertips. I searched for the baby deer’s head, trying to find it so I could make sure I wouldn’t cut it. I quickly located it, it was just below the spine, a little lower than normal. I plunged my blade into the stomach then slashed all the way to its upper chest. I stuck my hands through the blood and intestines, feeling food and other stomach waste around me. I finally felt the head of the deer. I moved my hands a little lower then activated my body strengthening. I slowly pulled the deer out of the stomach, the leg going back into the vagina. After three minutes of torturously slow pulling the head of the deer came out. It ??? in what seemed to be surprise. Another five minutes and the whole deer was out of the body, lying weakly on the grass. The deer was truly beautiful. Pure silver fur with golden eyes that could make someone get lost in them forever. On top of its head was two tiny black nubs which I assumed to be antlers.
I cleaned the deer of in the lake, using water magic to push all the blood off. I dug a hole for his mother, digging it extremely deep so no scavengers could pick up on the scent. After finishing all this, I was stuck on what to do. I flicked my cigarette into the lake, letting it fizzle and sink.
“Well, I can’t keep you, as much as I would love to. There is nowhere for you to stay. But after going through all that trouble, I can’t just leave you” I said aloud, as if expecting him to answer me. I stroked its head while it laid in my lap, content as to what it wants. There was also another problem. I had no way to feed this creature.
“It’s a baby but...can it eat leaves?” I used wind magic to cut a large branch off of a tree, then used more magic to bring the branch closer. I put a leaf in front of it’s face but it just ignored it. Trying another method, I cleaned the leaf then crushed it, hoping it would take it then. Unfortunately, it still rejected it. A sudden thought came to my head. I made an earth barrier around the deer, making sure that it could breath but nothing could kill it. I triple reinforced the barrier, just to be safe. I used gravity magic to make myself weightless then used wind magic to propel myself in the airl. I zoomed through it at supersonic speeds. Within a minute I was back at town. Saying hello to Heron I made my way to the town market.
“dairy,dairy,da-Dairy!” I muttered as I searched for the dairy market. I ran towards the shop. An old man with a mean look was behind it.
“Whaddya want kid?” He asked, obviously not happy to see me.
“Goat milk and a bottle” I said.
“Whaddya want that for?”
“To kill someone, thats what for. Now how much do you want?”
“Gyahahaha. Alright, since you're a funny little brat I’ll give you 5 bottles of goat milk for one gold” Gold was the universal credit in this world. No bronze, no platinum, just straight up gold. To my surprise, gold wasn’t that rare in this world, which is why they chose to use it for currency. Though, I can bet it was still overly used by nobles. I handed him the money he asked for then took the goat’s milk and shoved them into my bag. I ran as fast as I could toward the gates. Once I was out of the guards sight I repeated my first process of magic then zoomed back to the young faun.
I unlocked my barrier, satisfied to see him safe. I warmed the bottle of milk then using earth magic created a small bowl for it to drink out of.
“This better work” I thought or I would be out of ideas. I poured the milk into the bowl, letting it come out slowly. Apparently, this would not work for the faun. He lightly bit my arm, as if telling me to go faster. I smiled at this. I knew what this meant! After finishing pouring the milk into the bowl I put it down in front of the faun. To my delight the faun began to drink eagerly, sucking down the contents like soup. I went through two more bottles of milk, leaving me with only two more.
I was planning on sleeping here for the night. After all, nothing could hurt me and I couldn’t leave this faun by itself. I used nature magic to create a comfy bed out of grass. I planned on sleeping by myself but the faun decided this was a no go and literally laid on top of me. When I moved it moved, making it seriously irritating. We finally compromised by having it lay it’s head on my chest with my arm over its neck. I went to bed with a smile on my face.
