Part 1:

To protect themselves, to secure their own safety after the death of their parents, they bought an entire island which was ninety percent covered of mountains and jungle and a mansion was erected in the middle of the jungle on the foot of the mountain with no road to travel by.

The only transportation was the exclusive helicopter that was modified for stealth purposes and increased of mobilities. Such technical and strategic craft was not meant to be sold for public because of its capabilities is dangerous if it get to a hands of the bad guys, but with connection and the right amount of money it is possible to buy one.

The mansion may look ordinary because of its simplicity and made out of wood, emphasizing an antique design back in before the cement was not often used, and transportation was still cart pushed by horses.

And the wooden mansion was not actually made of wood but made only to look like it, the composition of the whole mansion was made of Chobham armor that was secretly smuggled from Britain in exchanges for allowing the current PM and the collaborators hide their money outside the state to avoid tax.
