sorry if the writing is a pit bad as this is my first fiction and i am not very experienced.

thank you for any advice and or tips on how to progress the story.

Chapter 2:

I have begun my new life in this world. My mother’s name is Helena and my father’s name is Bradley. my fathers is the village head guard due to his element of lighting, but my father didn’t have good talents but he still was a really good swordsman and was 3nd rank of warrior and my mother is a farmer who has darkness element but the talent was low so she also got stuck at the 2 bottleneck of mage training. I have also learned that this world has a huge amount of magic as everyone can use magic, I currently don’t know when. I know from my time out #side with my parents that we live in a large village. I called it a large village as my mother told me that it was a large village and that it’s called Mikavi. Our house is a small 2 bedroom home with a kitchen and bathroom. It seem that the technology is very low the same as medieval ages but with magic is like the 30 century.

1 years old:

I could understand the language when I was a baby so learning was too easy. To me it all sounded in English and I tried to read the books which were in English as well which I was very happy about as it would same me all the work. I was a very lazy person in my old life as it was too boring, waiting for the next chapters to come out so I learned all the necessary languages so that I would have to wait but English is the simplest and easiest language of them all.

In our home there were 5 books which is guess were for me as one was the great gods, the world, the great Astalil Empire and I was reading a book about the geography called the atlas, the last book was empty so I left it for now. In my old life I took geography for GCSE and was a toper but when I look at the map I was shock as the radius of just our continent was 500 times bigger than earth and there were more than 7 continents on land and 2 in the sky which are near the same size. And from one the books it’s said that the planet was cover 50% water which makes this planet massive. I learned that there are 55 minutes in an hour and 55 hours each day and 5 days makes a week and 5 weeks make a month. There are 5 seasons each season has 5 moths which makes 25 months in a year. Time is also different in this world as I counted and each minute is 200 seconds of earth. So a year here is close to 12 years on earth but I still age slowly. It seem that there is a different perspective of time. It seem the more logic I think the more impossible it become as this universe has different laws of everything so I kicked logic out of my mind and focus on where we are.

The village is in the state of Arona, each state has 5 major cities and then cities and towns and villages, if compared to earth each state is the size of china. The state is in the province of Adanwan which had 5 states and the size of the province is about Asia. There are 50 provinces in each empire. The empire we live in called the great Astalil Empire. There is a single empire on the Violetmont continent which all follow a single major god. The empire covers around 30 of the continent the rest is dark forest in which the Sovereign leaves strange creatures that he picks up, this continent is the biggest the most unexplored. The forest has breast of all kinds as well as treasure which can even make the 5 major gods drool. There why there is 5 repetition.

I looked up another book the 5 great gods. There are the only beings who have reaches the peak of the higher 5 laws. There are 8 elements Fire, Water, Earth, wind, Lighting, darkness, light, Nature and there are 5 laws Time, Space, Death, Life, Arcane. Every person will have a minimum of a single element in their body and a maximum of 3 as any more and the person would die. The mortals can’t practice the laws only gods can. And it doesn’t say much on how many are there or how to become one.

The 5 supreme gods are Amphelice for arcane, Khalies for space, Uniter for time and Lass for life, the name for the god of death is lost. These name which the public knows are not the true god names only a god can know. Each of the 4 gods rule 2 continents which the 9 continent is known. There is no information about the names or anything else about the continents.

I was amazed at how big this world is and I still know nothing about it. I waited a whole year and when I was 2 I started speaking which was a big deal as normal children start to speak at 4 or 5 and learn to write and read easily at 10 or 12.

I spent the next 4 years learning and train my body and learning from my father about the world and swordsman. My father had a freestyle type style which is basically aim for least amount of movement with the most damage like assassin and is incredibly hard to learn and advance. In this world the poor don’t celebrate birthdays expect for the decade or 15 as that one will become an adult.

Tomorrow is my 6th birthday and I will be going to the village chief to check my affinities and check the talents. My mother told me that Talents are divided into 5 ranks:

• Below average

• Average

• Above average

• Exceptional

• Above Exceptional

My father has below average that why he chose a warrior while my mother had average.

I also learned that the ranks are divided into 5 as well 10 D, 10 C, 10 B, 10 A, and 100 S.

Each rank has 10 minor ranks to simplify and to increase a rank you either must have the talent required or a god to help you. A person becomes a god after entering S and are able to practice laws and when a person breakthroughs 100S they become a true god which has a different ranking which my father nor mother knew. I also learned that the rare 4 Lighting, darkness, light, Nature area much easier to cultivate and practice then the lower 4. If the rank is same then the rare will always beat the lower. It was a given fact and even a lower 1C will lose to a rare 9 or 10 D.
