Death games are… | Chapter 1
In certain night around a small park in Japan, a certain unique individual was spawned from the past era of Rome. He came after a flash of a bright bluish white light erupted from the ground where he was now standing.
He was a striking young man whose looks are far unique than any human being currently living in the face of earth. That is due to him having quite the collection of rare scars.
One of this scars that you can visibly see is the familiar marks left by a shackle each in every wrist and one on the ankle. A faint scar can also be seen on the neck.
But out of this scars the most noted and unique among them is the long deep scar on his right eye which luckily didn’t ruined his eye in the process.
His posture gave of the dignified air of a noble and the terrifying presence of a warrior despite him wearing just dirty tattered clothes which in a first glance you will mistake him as something like just a common beggar.
Reflecting the park’s light post is his rich silky thick long raven hair, easily reaching the back of his ankles which was braided on the left side with his long bangs easily reaching his shoulder blades covering the right side of his face. Some of it was then further tied into a long but thin ponytail with the rest freely falling down at his back.
His eyes were as cold as ice and as sharp as an eagle despite it having a joyful color of ember and full shaped eyes.
His skin was rather smooth and white despite the scars.
His standing height exceeds the average length as it easily reaching or passing through the seven feet threshold as his limbs where quite a bit longer with, more or less, ten centimeters.
His muscles peeking from his tattered vest were not ripped where you can easily bulging veins but rather more akin to an athletic type of person.
“???” The person was confused on what just happened.
It was because he was just resting at his quarters earlier and now found himself standing in between of a park which he don’t know where.
“W-where am I…?” he said in small words as his head was slowly turning from left to right and from top to bottom.
It was then he noticed a couple of items on the smooth stone paved ground.
First he stared at it curious of what it was the after sometime he decided to kneel down and identify in what it was.
They were a leather briefcase, a certain small box with leather bound book and a piece of paper presumably a letter atop of it.
Among those, the letter is what he picked up first. He opened it and read.
The following is its contents:
Dear Somebody,
Hello!!! And congratulations!!! You just have been awarded by this bored supreme-being with a new life in a new dimension. As for the reason, there is none!!!
Now, I have already prepared your documents and some currencies for you to spend lavishly which were all inside the leather briefcase, a set of clothes and footwear for you to wear which was inside the small box since I can’t change your attire during the teleportation and finally, the book which contains the necessary knowledge you must have to adapt in this world I brought you in, so study hard!!!
Though I think I wouldn’t worry about that since you have always been studying hard even inside your quarters which you made me further impressed.
Okay then, that’s all and Good luck!!! And have fun on your new life!!!
- From your dearest coolest magnificent supreme creator,
Me,
The words were so tiny as it was all rammed inside the small piece of paper.
“…”
After reading it, he can’t help but be confused of what just he read. So just to confirm it, he read it again twice.
Then, a momentary heavy thud from the ground was heard.
It was him who bashed his head at the floor.
“Ouch that hurts!”
“Sigh* so this is not a dream then…
I am now no longer in that accursed place

and my revenge can’t be fulfilled…”
He then again heaved a sigh.
Though somehow he somehow felt happy no longer it that place, he still felt bothered not fulfilling his role as an avenger.

Understanding that I was stuck there forever and that I may never be able to return and fulfill the promise, I opted to face the new life that was given to me.
I decided to change my clothes first as it seemed to be inappropriate to be dressed with only my undergarments so I opened the small box.
Inside it was a plain white long-sleeved shirt made from pure cotton, black cargo pants with three wallet-chains in the side, a fresh new underwear, a pair of white cotton low socks, a pair of leather steel toe shoes, a black leather jacket with white fur around the neck, a pair of black steel rimed eyeglasses and then lastly a pair of white leather gloves.
‘Hahaha… seriously this god…’
Putting them on, I proceed to search for the other one and it appears that it holds a total of a hundred million yen. In which an envelope was among them with a glued ATM cared in front of it.
‘Lavishly… so he really meant it’
Before closing it, I had the urge to take a peek at my legal documents to see what am I in this place.
This is what I found out:
Name: Shimazu Shien
Age: 19
Birthday: 1st day of January
Zodiac Sign: Dog
Blood type: A+
Educational Attainment: Ph.D in Physics, Master in Mathematics, Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
Skills: Too many to state
“But… didn’t I know nothing about those?”
“…”
“Hmppp… whatever.”
It was weird though that I was able to read it and much more understand it but a little vaguely.
So since I still don’t know anything about this world, I decided to grab the book that the supreme-being said to contain knowledge and information to adapt in this place.
Opening it, I was then again faced with the tiny writings.
“Okay…, ‘Is the supreme-being can’t write bigger letters or is he just messing with me?’” is what I muttered as I unconsciously expressed a tired face.
Grabbing my other belongings, I then found my way into one of the park bench and sat there with ease and started.
Reading on, the first parts seems to be pertaining to culture, ethics, and belief of the race called Japanese which resides in this country. Next were then the laws and protocols that these Japanese people follows. After that were the lessons about academics and then after that was about professions and vocation which covers trade, management, and production it was not in-depth though only barely scratching the skin of each subject except for the subjects that seemed to be related to those that was mentioned in my educational attainment and skills.
Finally finished, I closed the book with a gentle thud while releasing a small breath of relief. Somehow, I noticed that the things that I read were quite familiar and it gives the feeling that I only did a review as I finished it quite fast.
It was only at that time when I finally noticed that I was up all night reading the book. The sun was already mid-way to the peak when I figured this.
“So it was already morning… that was interesting though! I think I should further read something in the field of those incompleted ones.” I muttered to myself.
Then a pleasant smell waft towards my position and followed it by my head.
“I wonder what is that smell… Hmmm, it seems tasty.” I muttered again silently to myself.
