On top of the Empire State building stood two silhouettes, one black one white. The black one was a 6 feet tall man with muscular frame, manly angular face and red sharp eyes. His dark brown hair about 3 inches long was swept back completely, resemble 'Albert Wesker' in 'Resident Evil' series. Simply speaking he was your typical vampire in modern novel, the only thing missing was a pair of fangs.
The other one was a girl, she wasn't very tall and was shorter than the man by a bit more than a head. The silky straight white hair that rested on her shoulder help bring out her piercing blue eyes. If an otaku was here, he would definitely shout out loud the word 'loli' due to her small frame. Her face was your typical cold beauty, but a mischievous smile never seemed to leave her face.
The two were of course, Abigail and Lucius. [So what do we do ? And why are we here, my lord ?] - Lucius asked looking confused. As clever as he was, he could not figure out why they were here, on top of the Empire State. The place was empty without any sign of life after his lord used her magic. Even he himself didn't know what happened to the people who were here just moment ago.
Smiling brightly, Abigail took a glance at Lucius for no longer than two second as she averted her gaze toward New York city, then she chuckled mysteriously. [Don't you think it's rude to leave without saying goodbye ?] - Even though he didn't understand his lord words at all, but he still nodded his head. [Forgive me for my ignorance, but i don't understand the connection between Empire State building and saying goodbye at all. Please enlighten me, my lord.] - Lucius said.
Abigail didn't answer but chuckled instead. [You will know soon.] - Then she directed her gaze at the beautiful city again. They waited for an hour or so and just when the clock about to hit 12A.M, Abigail swung her right hand. As if on cue, a shockwave swept through the whole city, sucking electricity everywhere it go. In less than a minute, New York turned entirely black.
Abigail then swung her hand again, but this time it was her left hand instead. Rainbow shot out from her palm, covered the night sky, it was an aurora with multiple color. At that moment all the people everywhere in New York marveled at this scene. The sick, injured,... Everyone except for criminals was all healed after the rainbow aurora appeared.
All those time, the smile never leave Abigail's face. That joyful expression of hers also made Lucius happy as well. [We can go now.] - Abigail called out to Lucius and he replied. [Yes, my lord !] - Abigail right hand then pierced what seemed to be space itself and she pulled downward. As her hand moved, space disorted, ripped open like a piece of cloth.
After a 6 feet space crack was created, it slowly grew larger in size until it was as big as two door combine. Looking at Lucius, Abigail chuckled. [Brace yourself !] - She flew up, grabbed Lucius colar and screamed. [To infinity and beyond !!!] - The two of them shot like a bullet inside the space crack, surpassing even the speed of light.
No more than a minute later, they reached a big wooden door but there was nothing around except for the door. No floor, no ceiling, only endless void, seeing Lucius terrified expression, Abigail laughingly said. [Here, my dear servant, is what i call 'The Void'.] - She opened the door and behind it was a huge maze consist of so much door that even Abigail herself can't count.
Unlike 'The Void', this place has a completely white floor, stairs connect to doors were all over the place. And each door has their own uniqueness, there was even a door that look like a cyclop skull. [And this place is what i like to call 'Worlds Maze' !!!] - She dropped Lucius flat on his but, closed the door to 'The Void' and walked toward a plain white iron door. [Doors like this all lead toward a world.] - As if to demonstrate, she opened it.

The thing behind that door made both Abigail and Lucius dumbfounded. It was a huge dragon with crimson scale, spikes grew out from its spine all the way to its tail. Awkward silence descended as the three looked at each other in the eyes, not knowing what to do. But that silence was soon broken by the dragon as it roared loudly and spat out a huge ball of fire
[AAAAHHHHH!!!!] - Both Abigail and Lucius screamed in terror and Abigail quickly slammed the door close. Unfortunately she didn't close the door quick enough and the edge of her pure white dress was burned to crisp. Looking at her now ruin of a dress, tears welled up in Abigail's eyes and she... Cried.
Lucius knew the dress wasn't much and his lord could fix it immediately, but this was expected, his lord was born from 'Primordial Chaos' itself after all. Her personality change faster than he change his clothes. She could be a cold beauty at this moment and then suddenly turn into a mischief little kid in the next. But he didn't hate it, he even thought it was cute actually.
Pulling out the handkerchief in his chest pocket, he walked toward Abigail and gently hugged her. He said in a soft voice while his right hand patting her back and left hand cleaning up her tears. [It's okay... I'm here for you, my lord.] - Abigail buried her face in his bosom and choked. [Tha...*Hic*t... Dragon *Hic* was so mean.] - They stayed like that for a few minutes until finally Abigail stood up.
Her face now held a bright innocent smile as if the crying little girl before never exist. [Let's go Lucius ! I've explored all of the doors down here so we'll go up a bit.] - Finished, she grabbed Lucius collar before he could agrue and rocketed up. After three minutes, they reached a black wooden door, carved on it was a golden Asian dragon.
The moment he was released, Lucius knelt down on all four with a pale white face. He almost vomitted all of his dinner, bit somehow managed to hold back. Seeing the sorry state he was in, Abigail turned away and said. [What a weakling.] - Lucius couldn't help but sighed to himself as he thought. "*Sigh* Here's her stundere personality again".
He soon felt a warm feeling in his body as pure white light poured out from Abigail palm. This was why Lucius called this personality of hers 'stundere', even though she acted like she didn't care, she still helped him in the end. And although this personality wasn't too bad, her verbal attacks could be extremely brutal sometime. [Don't be mistaken ! I just don't want to waste my precious time !] - Yup... 100% stundere.
Abigail soon ignored Lucius though. Her hands traced along the acient language carved next to the dragon on the black door. Its texture was really good, smooth feeling and glossy black color made it seem more like it was made from precious jade than wood, but Abigail knew this was just normal 'Devil Wood'. This type of material didn't cost much, she even has a whole villa in one of the fantasy world and the floor of that villa was made entirely from 'Devil Wood'.
As for why a material could be found in different world, it was because the gods ran out of ideas and decided to bring them tio their world. That also explain why there's so many worlds with the same races. There was even a board about the popular rate of each races in 'Gods Domain'. Stood at the top was elves, continue by angel and demon at second and third places.
Back to Abigail. Her hands slowly traced down toward the doorknob and... *Creak*... The door was opened with a loud creak. Behind it was a forest infested with huge ancient trees. Abigail turned around, her face remained cold and indifference, but there was clearly concern in her eyes as she asked. [Are you coming or what ?] - Lucius stood up, his face still a shade paler than normal but a smile hung on his lips. The two of them soon stepped through the door.
