In the Fiernian empire outside of lands controlled by undead lies a sprawling kingdom still at war on two fronts, the elves sieging several cities and castles straining the empire in logistically, economically and militarily yet where most of these cities and castles continue to hold firm Colstarn Castles defenders are beginning to lose steam after 8 months of defending it they are growing weary as the bodies in and around the castle continue to pile up. The days attempts to break through the defences have been repelled new dead elves lay at the bottom of the castle walls, new siege towers burning in front of the defenders who watch the remaining elves retreat to their siege camp with their morale sinking just as low as that of the defenders with each passing attempt. Within the command tent stands Norilas and several elves pouring over plans and schematics attempting to figure out a way to finally break through the defences yet none of them were prepared for a soldier rushing into the command tent.
"Commander Norilas! There's someone here to see you!" The soldier shouted clearly confused by the situation himself
"Tell them to wait then we have things to discus " Norilas commanded
"We can't, it's that guy that commands undead, the chosen of the human god of Death and Justice" The soldier responded
Norilas immediately snapped to look at the soldier and walked out of the tent heading for where the soldiers are gathering where see sees some green light around the middle of them, as soon as one soldier notices Norilas coming they nudge the one next to them and they all soon separate so Norilas can make her way through, just as the last of them move Norilas sees Yorun sitting down around a campfire he has turned green. Norilas hardly recognises him as he sits in the armour made from dragons, with the cloak over it all and the missing arm but that cloak as well as the scythe he carries in his remaining hand are undeniable proof.
"Raeknar?" Norilas asked hardly believing this figure before her was the same human mage she met before the war began
"It is good to see you again Norilas, it has been some time" Yorun said as he looked at her making the visor of the helmet move up with magic to reveal his face
"Gods it is really you, seems you've been through it" Norilas said
"Haven't we all?" Yorun asked noting the morale of the elves
"Well that is certainly true, why are you here?" Norilas asked
"My undead army has had a lot better success when it comes to sieges given the multiple places we've taken and the increase of the army's undead yet we face a problem which we hope you and your army may be able to aid us with" Yorun said
"We have a siege of our own to finish so I doubt we can just help" Norilas said
"Between here and the castle itself lies a field of corpses and corpses spanning months of combat, you know I can raise them and suddenly the defenders of that castle have a force thats roughly doubled in size against them plus adding my own forces I can bring here and whatever number of dead defenders lay within the castle itself" Yorun said
"You must really be needing our help if you're coming here to try and solve this siege this quickly" Norilas said with suspicion
"Honaril Ghohalan and his naval force is coming to Kelinrask. He will be coming to take it back from my forces and start to take me down, I ask for aid because he has a larger army than I can bring without compromising the border security and because he is a threat to the elven campaign as well both at sea and on land were he to destroy my forces" Yorun said
"Since given your position it'd hand him control of some strong points and give him a place to attack us from directions we are not protecting ourselves from right now, adding on to that it'd make the oceans far safer for us and give us and you naval superiority" Norilas said thinking it over
"Correct, I'll go do what I need to for this siege to end while you think it over" Yorun said before standing up with the visor of his helmet moving to cover his face once more
Yorun starts walking to the siege camps edge while Norilas looks at him.
"He has gotten very confident in his abilities" Norilas said in her native tongue
"Well he has reason too, no strong person of note on the humans side here and certainly no chosen. He will do this" Sunhale said stepping out of the darkness attracting Norilas's attention
"Sunhale? Is that you? Your tattoos... Have you-" Norilas asked before being cut off
"Been gifted the abilities of the Great Reifal? Yes, Otaper granted me these abilities to help out our friend Raeknar. Think what he said over while we watch" Sunhale said telepathically before walking to the edge of the camp as well
Norilas shrugs in slight disbelief at everything going on and follows Sunhale, upon reaching the edge Norilas watches as Yorun begins to walk towards Colstarn Castle. Yorun sees a field of elven dead as he walks towards the castle, the human defenders exhausted from the days defence barely notice the single figure approaching but then they see more movement as Yorun begins to raise all the dead around him. The defenders quickly get summoned back to the wall as the field of dead who'd been killed over the months the siege has lasted rise with green eyes illuminating them, archers and mages alike fire at Yorun who shrugs off each hit as the arrows do not penetrate the armour and the magic attacks dissipate upon the dragon scales, Yorun walks until he is in earshot of the castle where he looks up at the walls defenders who look shocked.

"Surrender now and you will not be harmed!" Yorun shouted up to the battlements
The defenders look at each other and look out at the field of undead still rising behind the armour clad figure at the bottom of their walls.
"We've heard about you! You're human why are you helping those damn elves!?" One soldier shouted confused
"Our interests align! Now surrender or we'll break down your defences and see how quickly you regret fighting!" Yorun shouted
"Please give us a short time to deliberate!" One mage shouted
"You have five minutes and if you do not come back and surrender I break this castle!" Yorun shouted
The soldiers step away from the battlements and pass by some corpses from the siege breaking attempts earlier in the day that have yet to be disposed of before stepping into the nearest tower then collectively sigh.
"We have to surrender, the elves were already beginning to run us ragged and now this guy shows up and brings back all the elves we fucking killed" One soldier said
"And his magic is unknown and for some damn reason unsensible though I imagine its because of Raeknar, who I certainly don't want to piss off" One mage said
"We have to speak to the others and put this shit to a vote regardless of what our commander says, I don't want to die and come back as one of those fucking things" another soldier said
The soldiers and mages quickly begin going around the castle and speaking to the other soldiers but while they do it only one notices a few soldiers standing at the battlements above Yorun, he heads over to go ask their opinion when they are suddenly taken to the ground by an undead human soldier newly raised, the soldier screams in fear attracting the attention of other soldiers who quickly rush over and fight the undead, they kill those undead soon enough and look over the battlements.
"We had fives minutes! WHY!?" One soldier shouted confused
"I sensed you going around that castle talking to everyone, an admirable thing but its been five minutes and you gave no answer" Yorun said to them coldly
"Too many seek to follow the commander though there are those of us who surrender" One soldier said
"Traitors! I should execute you now!" The commander shouted as he showed up
"Those of you who surrender hide yourselves away and make it clear you surrender" Yorun said
"I won't let you!" The commander shouted as he drew his sword ready to cut down the soldiers and mages before him
Just as he was going to attack them he is stopped when a booming sound emanates from the sky above them, everyone looks up and sees Kragrum filling the skies, a portal has opened and all the castles defenders and even the distant elves see is more undead including a giant who reels it's arm back before delivering a crushing blow to the barrier around the castle shading the ground and immediately straining the castles defences while shocking all the castles defenders.
"Everyone who surrenders hide or abandon the castle now!" Yorun shouted
The ones who surrender immediately comply, those one the battlements jump off leaving the castle behind and joining Yoruns side whereas those not on the battlements hide inside ready to surrender when the undead come in. The commander quickly marshals his soldiers to the battlements to attack the army outside their gates and the one in the portal in the sky but they watch in horror as 2 dragons fly down out of the portal and begin circling the castle breathing green fire onto the barrier with the giant reeling its arm back to attack the barrier once more, Yorun and the undead outside the gates begin to get shot at and while undead begin to become pincushions Yorun stands still, he still feels the impact of the arrows even lessened as it is but is otherwise fine. The ground shakes as the giant punches the barrier once more weakening it further, Yorun gives magic to several undead and they all attack the barrier as well even using magic from the souls bound to him except for Golanier causing screams of horrific pain to come from around him sending more chills down the spines of the defenders. The giant attacks the barrier a few more times while Yorun waits but he doesn't want to wait too long so he gets closer to the barrier.
"I should see if I can get it to work" Yorun said to himself
Yorun begins to channel a stream of green fire towards the point in the barrier with the gate behind it and he closes his eyes as he focusses on the magic that emanates from the scythe and the death magic he has access too, he channels it to his hand just as he would when he has to kill someone with a touch making slight black flames come from the hand. As he continues to shoot green flames he tries to combine the stream of flames and the black flames until he feels them merge slightly, recoil hits his arm hard as if a cannon was shot from his arm in a constant motion but he holds firm and opens his eyes, the green flames have all turned black and the barrier as well as gate behind it have had a hole put through them, no ashes or anything left just completely gone. No orders are given and the undead immediately rush through the whole in the gate while other undead drop from above as the hole in the barrier forced the whole thing to break and dissipate.
"Oh gods..." The commander said under his breath as he watched the undead rush into the courtyard and begin to attack his men while Yorun teleports onto the battlements next to him his eyes a blazing green as he stands opposite the commander
"The gods will not help you but I will send you to one" Yorun said before teleporting next to him and touching the commander killing him instantly
The undead in a matter of minutes kill off the rest of the soldiers leaving only the soldiers who surrendered behind, Yorun gives magic to the undead mages and gets them to raise any more undead still around the castle of fields around the castle. Yorun teleports back over to the elven camp right next to Norilas.
"The Castle is taken, how many did you lose over these months?" Yorun asked Norilas who was in complete shock just as the rest of her soldiers are
"We lost half our number and we are around 25,000 now..." Norilas asked
"And how many were reportedly in Colstarn?" Yorun asked
"30,000..." Norilas said
"Discounting the I'd wager 10,000 who surrendered much to their allies horror be it before or after the portal opened. in terms of undead we've gamed around 45,000 still less than Honaril Ghohalan has but with your forces we would be near even" Yorun said
"We'll aid you as soon as the shock ends" Norilas said still staring at the army before her
"When you come to aid us be at Kelinrask before Honaril gets there in a week. We'll need to strategize a bit and you have the only idea of your forces strengths" Yorun said
"Let's return Yorun" Sunhale said getting a nod from Yorun
Yorun heads over to the undead army and gets rid of the portal in the sky and opens a portal on the ground for his forces to march into, it takes hours of watching the undead march before the portal closes and Yorun teleports back to the Kolakinta Mountain Fortress with Sunhale leaving the elves to ponder how the war could shape out with the undead army growing so large and strong and worry all the more about Honaril Ghohalans skilled force against this new coalition of undead and elves...
