I slowly came to a semi-consciousness state. I found myself in nothing. Literally nothing. I could see nothing, hear nothing, smell nothing, you get the idea. I panicked at first but after a little bit, I calmed down and tried to sense something, anything at all.
I remained in that void for an unknowable amount of time, mainly because my mental functions were basic and consisted of mainly; try sense, ... no sense. Eventually, after however long I remained in there, I felt something. Ripples in the blackness washing over me like an ocean current. They got stronger and stronger until I got forcefully pushed out of the dark and into the light.
I got momentarily blinded by the sheer difference in the environment but managed to adjust in a short period of time. I witnessed a massive figure step through the blinding light and stop right in front of me. It- he bent down to get a closer look. The moment I saw his lightly bearded face, my mind-fog got blown away as if a gust of wind blew it out. I was suddenly fully aware of my surroundings.
"A lost soul, all the way over here?" A loud booming voice came from my left and the giant turned to face a ... another giant being, this one with a pot belly and a cruel smirk on his wrinkled and hairless face. "This one is MINE." The Bearded One said, glaring at the Fat One. "I found him FIRST." The Fat One gave a short laugh. "HAH! He wandered here by himself, so I own him and not you anymore!" My mind whirled with thoughts and I ended up speaking, "I didn't wander here, I got pushed by some sort of current." The two giants stared at me and I mentally gulped at the attention of the powerful entities. The Bearded One stared at the Fat One with conviction. "So YOU did it." The Fat One nervously looked around for some way to escape and started to slowly back away.

"YOUR TRICKS CANNOT SAVE YOU NOW!" The Bearded One roared as he pointed to the Fat One who was shivering in his fine linen robes. A point of light appeared on his finger and faster than the eye could see, it zoomed towards the Fat One who waved his shaky hand in the air to make a rippling black shield appear. Layer after layer after layer of shielding was created, and the white bullet broke past them all. It hit the Fat One on his chest and he screamed in agony as it spread across his body, his skin broke into cracks, showing not blood or flesh, but seething darkness that withered in the light. A moment later, and he crumbled into ashes and was collected into the Bearded One's hand by some sort of reality-bending power.
The Bearded One stared at me with golden glowing eyes and a smile that seemed much too wide. "Don't worry about him." He said, noticing I was looking at the ashes. "I'll kill him properly, and not just his avatar." He turned away and stretched his leg out, FAR longer than it should have been able to, and paused. "You have helped me find a reason to kill him and not be punished by the Accords." He said while turning back around and retracting his leg, kindness and madness in his voice, intermixing and warping each other into unrecognisable versions of themselves.
"It is more valuable than you think it is, SO, I shall bestow upon you a great gift upon your rebirth." I raised my mental eyebrows at that. He raised his hand and blew the ashes of the dead being onto me. "Immortality." I glowed with a yellow light. Nice. I thought "Limited Omniscience." A blue eye appeared on my forehead with a flash of cyan light. Cool! I thought again. "Power over Creation, Destruction, Life, and Death." Myriad colours shone and sparkled across my body. Huh, this is actually really good. If this is true of course. I was thinking. But what's the catch? "And finally," He paused a moment, his lips peeled back to reveal rows of sharp triangular teeth.
"You will become a rock."
