After dying, a generic teenager gets the chance to be reincarnated along with a single power. After some debate, the teenager makes his choice. "I want to be able to create anything"  God grants the teen his wish and then sits back to enjoy watching one of the most psychopathic and chaos-loving beings he ever had the joy of spectating.
