Blade & Battle is the most popular game in human history.
It has to be, because playing it is the only way to survive.
Ollie’s future is shattered when a criminal breaks into his home and sabotages the best chance he has at success — an in-game Pass to join his friends in The Elthen Fields.
Thrown into a different game-zone — one that is plagued by mediocrity and false hopes — Ollie must do everything in his power to keep up. He’ll have to deal with renegade players, foreign invasions, ancient powers, and everything else that the real world decides to throw on top.
This book's true home is on another platform. Check it out there for the real experience.
If Ollie is going to regain what he has lost, he will have to play the game perfectly.
Unless he can break it.

Readers can expect a bit of everything, because I like writing everything. The World’s Game is primarily a story of action and adventure, but there’s comedy, slice of life, a very hard-fought romance, and undoubtedly more to come. Please enjoy!

- The game elements begin early in the story, however the MC’s first exposure to stats and numbers starts at Chapter 8.
- The ‘weak-to-strong’ part comes later on, once it is sufficiently earned.
- This is a story for Adults and Young Adults.
- Updating daily at 5pm for US East Coast and 7am for Aussies.
Small warning: I use a mix of American and Australian English, because I agree that ‘Mom’ should be spelled with an O, but I like ‘flavour’ with a U.
Hope this isn’t of consequence :)
