Chapter 2

As Dante was walking through the hallway of Lucifer high he faintly heard silent footsteps behind him as he was getting a drink. As he turned around he saw around Beezle the school bully.

What do you want now Beezle! Nothing much half breed but I believe you owe me something for that little stunt at class today. Dante silently growned remembering he transfromed into Beezle with a big head and squeaky voice. Beezle come on it was just a joke no harm no foul Dante said hoping to be left alone to finish the rest of his classes in peace get him boys!Bezzle said and two of Bezzle's goons steped up from behind him and grabbed me.

Let me go now Dante said with a scream that would put a navy seals instructor to shame hoping to intimidate Bezzle. But unfortuantly Bezzle was not fazed and Dante realized how stupid he was considering he was being held and couldn't even move. Bezzle come on I'm sorr- as I was punched in the stomach and was airborn.What was that half breed I couldn't hear you? I said im sor- too late another punch to the stomach as I was clutching my stomach though and got ready for the next strike.

Then when Beezle sent another uppercut Dante dodged and it hit one of his goons knocking him out and I was able to break free from the other goon. As Dante was trying to steady his breath from the earlier punch he saw another uppercut from Beezle and he dodged it and punched Beezle in the nose.

Then Beezle's goon came at him.

Luckily Dante was ready for that and as the goon threw a punch at Dante he grabed the goons arm and pulled it behind his back.

"This is enough Beezle" Dante said hoping for beezle to back off.

"Fine fine let him go and then i'll leave."

Then as Dante let go of the goons arm he ran away with beezle while dragging the body of the other goon who Dante knocked out.

As Dante was walking back from school with bruises after getting jumped by Beezle again with more goons he thought he could see a light

Dante knew that was impossible there was no light here this was hell and the closest things to light here was the flames of despair and those flames held the screams of the damned.

Dante thought back to the time when he was first being taught by Lucifer how to fight

7 years earlier

"Come on boy faster harder quick" Lucifer said with a stern voice that had a hint of sadistic glee and amusment that watched his now adopted son try to land a hit on him when he felt the air of one almost hit his face as he was absorbed in his own schemes of what he would do to the boy when it was time.

Dante was now seven and after being adopted Lucifer he had to learn how to fight or his life would be much worse than hell it would be being tortured and killed and simply coming back after being kille afterall he was already dead considering he never knew what life was like he always had a empty look in his eyes since his parents died.But after two years there was an odd fire in his eyes it wasan't the look of despair or fear but the look of hope and as Lucifer looked at the now hopeful boy he was wondering what he was thinking.

Present time

As Dante was walking away from another hand to hand combat battle he was angry he knew Lucifer wasn't even trying against him but adleast he could actually get hits on Lucifer now but he still thought what would happen if Lucifer actually tried and he shivered thinking of the power of the dragon that Lucifer could change to and imagined fighting against that power in hand to hand combat.

As he thought of this he wasn't sad or in despair because he knew all he had to do was try harder and eventually he would beat him right?

Dante laughed at this thought and knew it would take a very very verrrrrrry long time until he could defeat Lucifer against hand to hand much less a real battle where you can do anything from biting all the way to ambushing someone with everything you had against just one person.

As Dante was absorbed in his thoughts he spoted a weak red dog and found it to be a hellhound he laughed at this thinking of the human worlds equivalent of a pet dog and decided to raise it himself and went to look for food for the dog he was carrying while muttering to himself where he was gonna put him and what his name would be.
