Prologue [My Way]

Prologue [My Way]

Deafening thuds and fierce gales heralded the arrival of the celestial host, their resplendent forms glittering alongside the ethereal fairies and spirits. They stood poised, weapons and charms at the ready, before the magnificent Goddess Castle. The golden marble walls, imbued with ancient runes, radiated blessings that enveloped the luminous beings.

A lone Valkyrie emerged, her golden hair flowing in the biting winds of war, and her silver crown sparkled in unison with her celestial armor. Her blade, adorned with blessings and gems, gleamed as she held it aloft. Before her lay an unprecedented army: Dragons, Golems, Robots forged by human artistry, and mythical beasts. Mortals of all kinds—Dwarves, Elves, Humans, Elder Dragons with human forms, and Spirits—stood united in defiance.

“You mortals are fools to even think of slaying the Goddess who has breathed life into you! Prepare to face her divine wrath!” The Valkyrie's voice ricocheted across the battlefield, triggering the assault of the armies of light, who launched beams of radiant energy while others charged with raised blades.

In retaliation, bullets, enchanted arrows, and devastating spells rained down, parried by conjured stone walls mustered by the Dwarven magic. A red-haired Elf, agile and fierce, zoomed through, her fiery daggers cutting down the holy warriors. An enhanced man with cybernetic precision wielded rifles fused with blades, mowing down adversaries as his jetpack propelled him through the fray. A dwarf piloted a colossal mechanical beast, crafted from mystical materials and human technology, unleashing rockets and magical blasts upon their foes. Among them, a human formed Elder Dragon with gleaming golden wings and matching blades cleaved through the enemy ranks with formidable grace, reaching the castle gates first.

The coalition surged through the massive doors, donning enchanted shades to guard against the blinding sanctity saturating the room. Elite Angels surged forth, emitting beams of purified light, only to be thwarted by the Dwarf's machine which conjured a deflecting holy shield, allowing his allies to strike down the angels effortlessly.

A formidable force filled the chamber as a radiant being materialized. Its form, a kaleidoscope of morphing shapes and colors, assumed various humanoid visages as it began to approach.

"MORTALS OF EIGHTGUARD! I APPLAUD YOUR LOVE OF COSMIC TREASON! YOUR PATHETIC ATTEMPTS WILL BE YOUR DEATH WISHES AND I SHALL GRANT THEM!"

Gunshots of dark energy bore into the distorted deity. The elf conjured blazing wolves, their fiery maws snapping at the Goddess. She transmuted their assaults into searing beams of light, which the Dwarf's construct intercepted, sacrificing itself in a brilliant blaze of holy magic.

Abruptly, the Goddess felt an agonizing force tearing through her essence, warping her form as she screeched in distorted rage. "DIE, MOTHER!" the Elder Dragon bellowed, triggering a radiant explosion that illuminated both the castle and the world outside. The heavens and the earth were bathed in all-encompassing light, marking a climactic surge in the battle.

"Aaaaaaand now! The end is near..." A song played through the radio of a young man stretching his arms.

He then faced his computer, rubbing his black spiky hair and rocking that white shirt with a train on it. "Yo, EpicVee67, hop on Alverie real quick." He typed, as he booted up his game.

He reviewed his satisfying stats of hard work and grinding sessions. Then he turned to see something in the distance.

There was a light going towards his room; it was beautiful, yet he just turned his head back to his game. Slaying enemies with ease.

Soon, his character stopped moving.

"Yo, I'm on."

"FredCury, I'm already here."

"Yo are you AFK?"

"Oh hey you're face cam is on..."

"WHAT THE FUCK!?"

A woman with brown hair opened the door to his room, dropping a plate of spaghetti on the ground. She then screams and cried in agony as she sees a skeleton slowly falling apart on the chair.

"And I did it....myyyyy wayyyyyy." The song kept playing, followed by sobbing.
