Enormous waves crashed against an over 200 feet high scarp while enormous white birds that looked down at the water were circling around a ship in the distance. The wind ontop of the scarp was strong enough to lift a normal person into the air and throw them into the strong flow of the sea below. There was a wooden fence set up at the end of the scarp so that any traveller could hold on to it in case the wind was too strong.
The scenery was so peacefull that there couldn't possibly be anything in the world that could disrupt it, in fact the sea was so clear, that one could even watch the colorfull fish and beautiful creatures inside swimming. Atop the scarp, next to the fence there was a green tree growing. It was giving off a scent that wasn't comparable to any other living creature and was unique to plants. The tree could calm one's heart and make an outraged person instantly calm.
*Crash*
"Waaaaaah, I hate this stupid geezer all too much! Why is he so unreasonable!?" A red haired girl in a black dress with countless reddish patterns flowing along her dress as if they were alive cried out. Her hair was as red as fresh blood and was tied up into a ponytail with a white flower sticking out of her hair. Her figure was perfect enough to captivate almost any onlooker even though one could clearly see that she had a lot of time to grow left.
"Linn... You reap what you sow. He punished you accordingly and you can't really blame him can you?" A tall, black haired youth in a white dress on which were flowing dark blue patterns said to her. His demeanor carried an air of childishness but on the contrary to his looks he wasn't as naive as he looked. "Whatever you say there's no reason to complain anymore since the punishment period is about to end anyways."
"But how could he? I'm only 14 years old... He wasted almost 4 years of my cultivation!" The red haired girl retorted and her look became even more annoyed. She deep down knew that elder Ming wasn't really unreasonable but she couldn't really forget it, even after so much time passed. She just didn't want to accept the fact that she got flung back almost 4 years with her training.
Confronted with the annoyed mood of Linn the white clothed youth just sighed. 'How many times have we already talked about that? Can't she just stop complaining and accept the truth? It has already been four years but she's still complaining to this day. That level of persistance is really bordelining stupidity.’
"Ah, right Jan... I've heard... That you advanced to the Weapon creation stage recently... Is that true?" Linn started to hop up and down when she got excited. She suddenly grabbed onto Jan's hand and started jumping up and down like a rabbit that tasted freedom for the first tim in its life. "What weapon did you manifest? Which?! WHICH?! *WHIIIIICH?!*" Right after she started shouting at the top of her lungs because she couldn't contain her excitement.
The narrative has been illicitly obtained; should you discover it on Amazon, report the violation.
Jan got overwhelmed and his face instantly blushed when he saw the demeanor of the girl in front of him before quickly withdrawing his hand. "Oh *Cough*, yeah I forgot to tell you since you always talk only about that punishment of yours. Well my weapon manifested as a throne... Elder Ming said that only a rare genius could manifest an object that represents his actual character so well and it is apparently rare to manifest a throne anyways... As for you... He also said that you should see him once the punishment seal disappears."
But Linn didn't seem to listen what Jan said after the word "throne" and instantly clicked back into her "excited state" while shouting "I WANT TO SEE IT NOW!" She didn't really flip out as hard as before but nonetheless got excited again.
*Sigh*
While Jan regained his cool he formed a hand seal equivalent to the release of ones soul weapon, he sighed in amazement at how energetic this girl in front of him really was. 'From the Merge Stage to the Merge Master Stage to where I am at the moment, the Weapon Creation Stage, she only just started cultivation 4 years ago and was at the Initial Merge Stage when she had to receive her punishment, so she couldn't advance at all throughout those years.' But deep down he knew that Linn was possibly an even bigger monster than he himself was and had to acknowledge that despite how prideful he was.
*Fwosh* Jan's weapon appeared right after he thought of how much Linn had to go through, just because of that one incident back then... He rapidly dismissed those thoughts though and asked while looking down at her from his throne. "You like it?" He grinned in a very arrogant manner while at it.
*Hmph* Looking at how Jan displayed his weapon Linn looked away and said. "I will surpass that measly throne of yours as soon as I will get the chance, just wait!" She didn't seem to be happy with how he acted right now and her expression turned a little cold as well.
"Hahaha" Jan clearly found that funny and laughed out loud, he just couldn't contain his laughter when he saw how this girl behaved when someone looked down at her. It was akin to a small dog wanting to fight a lone hungry wolf... When he though of that though he rapidly pulled back this thought because he also knew that even if what he was thinking of right now was still the truth... He felt kind of uneas when he saw that expression. He didn't like it when she made that expression. Even if it was cute she was always serious about it.
Hearing his laughter Linn stomped her feet and instantly started walking off to not have to look at him for now. 'What a stupid asshole! He's mocking me despite knowing that he's just being nothing more than annoying and expects me to play along with his game! DREAM ON!' Linn then proceeded to walk back to her house. Her house was a small ordinary house that you could expect would be in a small village that was because the village of Wave House was placed on a small island south to the nation of Cherde. The nation wasn't extremely big but was very important to all the other countries surrounding it since it was pretty much the divide between the two great nations, the Soul Union and the Darkness Palace that were peacefully using the Cherde nation as their trade routes and because of that the Wave House was also placed in between them.
Linn smashed the door shut behind her. In front of her was sitting an old man who was smoking from a small device that used Merge Energy as its fuel. He was basically addicted to it. "Grandpa Yun... Can't you stop smoking inside for at least a second? THE WHOLE HOUSE IS FULL OF SMOKE AGAIN!" She instantly lost her temper again and walked back to her room while shouting at him.
"Hahaha. It's always good for my old soul to see you so lively and upset. What was it today? Hahaha. Why don't you cool down using the Merger Pipe with me once in a while?" The old man called grandpa Yun by Linn did instantly start laughing when he noticed her bad mood.
"Just don't bother me until tomorrow and I'll forgive you old fart!" Linn instantly got even angrier when she heard grandpa Yun's words and shut the door to her room.
