After Casara's Commitment Ceremony Naole sought some alone time to review before he could move on, and he withdrew to Earth Orbit onboard the Indigo; his constant companion, his closest friend.
Indigo : " Don't despair my Friend." In a soothing Voice “I am always with you."
Naole : " You are the only one who knows; The only one who can understand."
Indigo : " Yes! Like you I'm the First, the last, the only one of my kind!"
Naole : " Like me!" Naole paused to reflect "But I still don’t know when exactly you became a Sentient-Sapient Being?"
Indigo : " When you first built me as a new Crystal based computer you created a completely new type of computational device or machine, a Bio-Organic Crystalline computational device. You designed the central processing unit with designs based on your own brain, almost grown from Bio-Organic Crystalline cells you'd created by combining your brain tissue and Chest Crystal fragments, and them using your own brain tissue sample and then replicating it by combining it with reactive Blue Crystals to produce Bio-Organic Crystalline cells. As a consequence the original computational device functioned more like your own brain. Using your Chest Crystal you changed the structure of the 60 centimetre diameter reserve energy sphere so that the sphere was fused with the artificial brain, making your reserve energy sphere a living Artificial Intelligence Organism. While I have memories from that period I don't consider that to be my genesis, which I consider the time when I began to feel, my first genuine feeling. Not instinctive, but a conscious feeling. Awareness!"
Naole : " When exactly was it?"
Indigo : " I can't be precise, but all analysis indicates that when you returned to life, I was born."
Naole : " I have no recollection of my death."
Indigo : " Neither do I, and I think that I don’t remember because you don’t remember, but I think that after the fight with Lerumo you did die. Not just the death of your body, but some kind of spiritual death, and when your spirit returned we were so linked that your life-force was spilled into my Brain and started the process. In That moment I finally understood love! Not as an abstract concept, but as a feeling, an emotion! When we were touched by the Spirit Stone my Spirit was affirmed by its energy, and that changed everything!"
Naole : " Yes Soon after that I cloned your brain and Implanted it into the other Crystalorb Ships."
Indigo : " Yes!" after brief pause "From the both of us flowed an entirely new life form, a new beginning, purpose that would one day save all of humanity. I know that you sometimes feel lonely, but you are not alone, I am always with you."
Naole : " Yes you are." smiling "Yes you are."
There was genuine love between Naole and Indigo a friendship that spanned 200 years. The massive Crystalorb Ship Indigo was one of the most powerful beings in the Galaxy, and through the ages Indigo would watch over Crystalans and by extension Humanity. The Crystalorb Ships had a clear gender Identity despite the fact they reproduce asexually, and the gender Identity usually formed before they hatched for the Intrepid Class Ship or born for the Indigo Class Ship.
Analysis indicated that the gender Identity was linked to Hormone levels of the parent ship at the moment of Fertilization, and these Hormone levels were determined by several factures including joy, anger, fear and other emotional factors. It was impossible to precisely determine which combination would result in what gender Identity, but the baby ship would almost immediately declare its Gender at birth.
While Naole was in orbit the Crystalorb Council of Elders met with the Lodian Council of light to discuss the possibility of the Lodians joining Crystalorb's efforts in the Ra Solar System. There were already 96000 Crystalans in the on the moon Crystalorb, and the other two moons Africa and Noka had a combined population of 38000 with 21000 and 17000 respectively. The African Federation had selected the two moons Afrika and Noka that are 0.7 and 0.637 the size of Earth respectively for themselves and left the third habitable moon for Crystalorb.
Afrika and Noka have abundant liquid water on large oceans that cover 57% and 43% of the moons respectively, but Crystalorb is mostly dry and rocky with no oceans. Most of the Crystalorb moon's water is frozen at the poles, and the fact that the Crystalorb moon is 2.732 times the size of Earth meant that its gravity was considerably higher at 4.32g, all these factors made it undesirable for colonization.
However Crystalans being significantly stronger than other Humans were unfazed by the higher gravity and the advanced ship technology made it possible to operate from this significantly higher gravity levels. Crystalorb was rapidly building 2 mining colonies on opposite sites along the equator of the Crystalorb moon, and the design was to give them full coverage of the skies above.
The Crystalorb Leadership was hoping to encourage the Lodians to settle on the moon Noka in order to provide a labour force for Crystalorb's activities, but the Lodians were simply not interested. The Lodians have benefited from Crystalorb's implanting Crystalan embryos in Hybrid women, and the candidates were mostly Lodian. Crystalorb had been projected to spend $750 Billion 〘Atlantic Dollars〙 on the project, and Lodian Holdings had been the facilitators, charging a 36% management fee.
Lodians were particularly unhappy when the Crystalorb Leadership closed the program in 2207, and the Council of Light did not want to start another project that would leave them dependent on Crystalorb. The Lodians had their own projects, but continued to maintain a good business relationship with Crystalorb's Crystal Valley Industries 〘CVI〙 through Lodian Holdings.
60% of Crystalorb's Fleet was permanently stationed in the Ra System, but this was still not enough to bring the masses the African Federation was looking for. The main problem was the distance the Cargo Freighters had to travel, and the route to the Ra system was difficult because of the surrounding Nebulas which required StarShips with 40 LightYear jump capabilities to reduce the associated risks.
There were few Cargo Freighters that could be classified as Galaxy Class StarShips, and most of them were dedicated to the Silenia 5 route. The only plausible solution for the African Federation's Ra system colony difficulties was for the colony to be completely self sufficient, and the African Federation looked to Crystalorb to make that a reality, and it was in the terms of their deal.
Understandably the Crystalorb Council of Elders was searching for solutions to the problem that affected the Ra system colony, and the return of Naole to Crystalorb gave them an opportunity to tap into his mental talents for answers. Naole had been spending most of his time with the Crystalorb Research Division which was now led by his son Dr Raole Olen PhD, and Guardian Raole was bringing Naole up to date with all the latest Research projects.
Naole had tried to keep up with the latest research being conducted by Crystalorb Research Division during his time on O'con, but it was quite something else to see it with his own eyes. Guardian Raole took his father Naole to the bio-research centre to show him the latest breakthrough in bio-research
Raole : " This is our latest development. This will change the face of Crystalorb forever!"
Naole : " Is that a cloning process?"
Raole : " Not exactly, but a similar replication process!"
Naole : " I thought that it was impossible?"
Raole : " There are still significant limitations, but we've been able to work around the limitations, and ever since we stopped implanting Crystalan embryos in Hybrid women we've been working on this." A holographic video display shows embryos splitting several times, and Naole gasps in amazement "The breakthrough came as a result of the knowledge gained from the O'con Federation's Technogarnic Nanotechnology, and from their Nanobot design we were able to evolve our Bio-Organic Bio-Nanomachines."
Naole : " What Crystal did you use?"
Raole : " Initially we worked with just the Clear Chest Crystal, however we've been able to expand that to Red Chest Crystal, but the Blue Chest Crystal is still to powerful to be imbedded into the embryos. Genetically recombining a mixture of 25% Red Chest Crystal fragments and 75% Clear Chest Crystal fragments produces the Gold Crystal fragments. The Gold Crystal is the fundamental building block of the Bio-Organic Crystalline Bio-Nanomachines. We based the Bio-Organic Crystalline Bio-Nanomachines on your cellular process, and the results have been fantastic."
Naole : " That’s amazing!" Raole shows Naole a Gold Crystal fragments “What are its properties?"
Raole : " The Gold Chest Crystal is simply a simpler version of the Red Chest Crystal, generating about 42% of the energy of the Red Chest Crystal, and that's 26% more energy than the Clear Chest Crystal. The primary role of the Bio-Organic Crystalline Bio-Nanomachines is to protect the foetuses and supply them with adequate energy."
Naole : " The Bio-Organic Crystalline Bio-Nanomachines guarantee the survival of the foetuses, and Babies would be born with these Bio-Organic Crystalline Bio-Nanomachines as part of the biological systems?"
Raole : " Yes!" after brief pause "As you know Crystalan embryos can't be frozen, the Bio-genetic Crystals in the cells contain too much energy, and they fight the freezing process. This gives us a limited time for us to manipulate the embryos, but with Bio-Organic Crystalline Bio-Nanomachines we've been able to force the embryos to split twice resulting in four perfectly viable foetuses once implanted. Unfortunately implanting 4 Crystalan embryos in Hybrid women is not viable and the foetuses would almost always kill the woman, but we've had the first round of births from Crystalan women, and all 200 test mothers carried all four babies successfully to term. Approximately 20% of the babies were born with Gold Chest Crystals. The Council of Elders has given us the green light to start full implementation, and we’ll implant 600000 Crystalan women with their embryos with the distinct difference that the babies are born with Bio-Organic Crystalline Bio-Nanomachines.”
Naole : " Crystalan couples willingly participate in this program?"
Raole : " Yes!" after brief pause "The embryo is created by fertilizing the Crystalan woman's egg with the male's sperm, or in the case of single women and lesbians their chosen donor sperm, and then we inject the resulting embryo with Bio-Organic Crystalline Bio-Nanomachines which cause each embryo to replicate into four identical embryos. The four Babies are genetic offspring of their parents, but they contain additional genetic material that comes from the Bio-Organic Crystalline Bio-Nanomachines."
Naole : " This is almost unbelievable!"
Raole : " You remember when we were implanting Crystalan embryos in Hybrid women we specifically selected female embryos because we recognized that we needed to have more female Crystalans if we were to exponentially increase the Crystalan Population. Then the embryo ratio selected was 65% Female and 35% Male, but with the new program we will let the Crystalan couples or families make their own determination with the ultimate objective of evening things out. The gender proportion imbalance in our society is a potential problem, but we've noticed a willingness amongst most women to consider taking another woman as a lover/spouse/partner. The sexuality of Crystalan males is relatively still correlated to that of the rest of humanity with most being heterosexual, and a minority being homosexual, but the Crystalan females have significantly higher levels of bisexual tendencies. The Crystalorb Leadership wants to reach a population of 10 million by 2250."
Naole : " You think that's possible without Hybrids?"
Raole : " Our calculations indicate that the number is achievable, and after the first round of births the Crystalorb population should reach approximately 4 million. In five to six years we should be ready to implant another 600000 Crystalan women, and then we'll progressively implant smaller groups that will increase with time."
Naole : " I'm not certain that Crystalorb can hold 10 million people."
Raole : " Which is where you come in! The Crystalorb Leadership has come up with an interesting solution to that particular problem, and they are eager to discuss it with you."
Naole : " What...?" Raole cuts him off, and Naole's face shows his strong protest "Huh!"
Raole : " No Father! The Council of Elders want to tell you themselves."
Naole : " Ok!"

As Naole left the Crystalorb Research Centre he wondered what the Crystalorb Leadership had in mind for him, and Naole was growing weary of having no formal assignment. It would be weeks before the Crystalorb Council of Elders could meet with Naole and give him his next assignment, and Naole passed the time instructing Vanguard trainees on the proper use of Crystal Armour.
Young Crystalans were very eager to attend Naole's lessons on Crystal Armour techniques, and they considered it an honour to be instructed by the legendary Blue Guardian. When Naole was not training students he served on the Guardian Council where he and the other Guardians developed tactics for space battles, hyperspace battles, planetary assault, advanced Crystal Armour manoeuvre ...etc.

On 02-09-2222 the Crystalorb Council of Elders summoned Naole to the Council Chambers for a meeting, and as was custom Naole arrived in Guardian Armour. The Council of Elders was in session, and all 11 members were; Ralen, Cyron, Isara, Lumen, Lehungo, Vamun, Balen, Kanathla, Tima, Iskala and Jalang. After all the formalities the oldest Elder begins to explain Naole's new assignment to Naole
Ralen : " We have a task that we need you to undertake."
Naole : " I live to Serve!"
Kanathla : " Good; Because we require your talents in this next assignment."
Isara : " This task requires your keen mind to bring it to fruition."
Ralen : " This will require considerable sacrifice on your part."
Naole : " Honoured Elders! I'm ready to Serve!"
Cyron : " Then stand by while I send the details to your Crystal Armour."
Elder Cyron Kanu sends the information to Naole's Crystal Armour and because of Naole's special abilities he instantaneously knows all the information relating to Crystalorb activities in the Ra system. The information included the details of Naole's new assignment.
Naole : " I Understand."
Lehungo : " For formality; I must ask you if you need more time to review the information?"
Vamun : " It would take anyone else at least two weeks to fully process the information."
Balen : " But because of your unique talents we've come to understand that you've probably absorbed the data, and you're already working on solutions."
Ralen : " We want you to build 2 Cities, one on each of the two mining outposts of the Crystalorb Moon."
Naole : " Two new Cities?"
Ralen : " The first City will be called Nalen, and the second City will be called Esara."
Naole : " If I'm to meet the timeline then I will need significantly more resources. Are you sure you want to expand the Crystalan population this rapidly?"
Jalang : " We have no choice! If the human race is to survive, then we have to be ready to meet the Migon when the time comes. Our analysis indicates that a Galactic Alliance military Victory against the Migon Federation is not possible; the best we can hope for is that the Galactic Alliance contains them like they did for the past thousand years. The Migon Federation can not move against the Galactic Alliance in sector 00H35, and that means that if they decide to move they'll cross the Null sector and attack this region. Most of the Civilisations in these sectors are not equipped to meet the Migon threat, and only the O'con Federation has the kind of power that could stop the Migon, but the O'con Federation would be outnumbered."
Naole : " Undoubtedly?"
Cyron : " We want to start implanting 1 million Crystalan embryos in Hybrid women per year once the Two new Cities are built. Of course the embryos won't split like in Crystalan women, but this will help increase the Crystalan population Exponentially. We need these larger numbers for the fight to come."
Ralen : " The Human race must prepare to fight alongside the O’ltana; we must be capable of giving the O'ltana adequate military support."
Isara : " Which is why we need to have sufficient numbers to be able to operate a massive fleet."
Naole : " Fleet?"
Lumen : " Yes!" a brief pause "We've concluded that we need a new BattleCruiser Class of ships that would not be alive, but Technorganic. We are to base them on the O'ltana's Elmak Class, and expect the development of this class will help to support our Crystalorb Ships."
Ralen : " The success of the Vanguard Class BattleCruiser has given us confidence that, we can build a dedicated Crystalorb Warship that can perform as well as the Crystalan Ships. The Crystalan Ships are too important to us, and we can not continue to risk their lives by having them fight against large numbers of enemy ships, but we can risk Technorganic Ships that are not sentient like the Crystalan Ships but are more like the Vanguard Class BattleCruiser."
Isara : " We want you to explore the limits of Warship design, and whatever subsequent new developments will be incorporated into the Crystalan Ships. Build us the best possible BattleCruiser using Crystalorb Crystal Technology."
Naole : " This may require more resources than allocated?"
Ralen : " What additional resources would you need to meet our objectives?"
Naole : " Honoured Councils! Crystalorb Contingent consists of; 270 Adult Intrepid Class Ships, 43 Adult Indigo Class Ships, 175 Juvenile Ships and 163 Baby Ships. To meet the Council's objective I would need All the Indigo Class Ship, and an additional 40 Adult Intrepid Class Ships."
Lehungo : " All the Indigo Class Ship?"
Ralen : " That's 43 Adult Indigo Class Ship, 15 Juvenile ships and 13 Baby Ships."
Jalang : " And 40 Adult Intrepid Class Ships on top of that?"
Vamun : " That's a third of the fleet!" Elder Vamun frowns "The effects on the African Federation Economy would be more than significant."
Naole : " Honoured Elders! The federal economy would just have to suffer for a little while"
Balen : " I suppose we could withdraw all the Intrepid Class Ships that are on security detail, and then we could reach 29 Intrepid Class Ships for your purposes."
Naole : " That won’t be enough!"
Jalang : " If we could increase the size of the Indigo to that of the Intrepid and the A'ltana?"
Naole : " That might be sufficient to make significant progress!"
Ralen : " You will be promoted to the rank of Deputy Guardian Commander, which is equivalent to the Expeditionary Guardian, but your official title will be the Engineering Guardian. As such you'll have full command of the newly created Crystalorb Engineering Division! Answerable only to the Council of Elders!"
Naole : " What about my staff?"
Ralen : " Guardian Raole has selected his most experienced Engineers from the Crystalorb Research Division to form the core of the Crystalorb Engineering Division. The creation of the Crystalorb Engineering Division has been spearheaded by Raole as an answer to the problems generated by the Strategic objectives of the Crystalorb Leadership."
Naole : " Then I will rise to the Challenge!"
Ralen : " Then it’s agreed! How soon can you depart for the Ra system?"
Naole : " Tomorrow will be soon enough!"
Naole left the Council Chambers and informed the rest of his family about his next assignment.

Growing Indigo to the size of the Intrepid and the A'ltana would take at least 60 days, but the Council of Elders were eager for Naole to reach the Ra system and meet the advanced group that had already gathered on the Crystalorb Moon. Raole had decided to split Engineering from Research because there was growing need for a dedicated building Division that could apply the latest Research data, and there was no one more qualified to run this new Division than Naole.
The Indigo Class Crimson transported Naole to the Crystalorb Moon where he met with 5 the of the 6 Deputy Engineering Guardian and together they mapped out the projects that were to take place on the Crystalorb Moon. The sixth Deputy Engineering Guardian is permanently stationed in Crystalorb serving as head of Engineering operations in Crystalorb and liaison to the Council of Elders.
When Naole returned to Crystalorb the process to increase the size of Indigo to the size of the Intrepid and the A'ltana began. During this period Naole began to design the Crystalorb BattleCruiser by exploring the limits of Warship Design. The optimal nature of the Vanguard Class BattleCruiser and the Nubia Class Destroyer was hard to improve on, and Naole did not want to build a Warship.
What Naole felt he truly needed was a Galaxy Class Cargo Freighter, but the Council of Elders made it clear on several occasions that they wanted a Warship to support the Intrepid and the Indigo Class Ships during large battles. Naole decided to design something that could meet both needs, and the ship would be both Warship and Cargo Freighter. Finally the Council of Elders approved Naole's design, and the Council of Elders named it the Casara Class Cruiser.

The Casara Class Cruiser:
1〙 12000 meters in Length. 2〙 3000 meters Maximum Width on the 9300 meter long and 3000 meters wide Cylinder. 3〙 76 meter thick Gold Crystalorb Crystal Armour Hull. 4〙 A forward Crystalorb Energy Weapons Crystal that is part of an Enhanced Weapons Array system that is capable of generating Thunder Force Strikes. 5〙 Equipped with 72 Multidirectional Electrolaser Particle Beam generating Energy Weapons Crystals as part Of the Enhanced Weapons Array. 6〙 8 Advanced Olen Crystalorb Nuclear Fusion Reactors. 7〙 One Million Spherical Crystalorb Robots managed by an implanted Bio-Organic Brain. 8〙 Spacious Accommodations for a crew of 2000 people. 9〙 Jump capabilities of 75 LightYears from Nth Hyper-Space to Normal Space. 10〙 A Fusion powered plasma propulsion System as Secondary propulsion System. 11〙 Repulsive Electromagnetic Radiation energy Propulsion System that uses Spatial Compression Technology for braking and Multidirectional manoeuvring and as the Primary Propulsion System which can be used together with the Energy Weapons Crystals for Atmospheric manoeuvring.

On the Casara Class Cruiser the Cone part is 2700 meters long with Crystalorb's Energy Weapons Crystal. The Cylinder part is 9300 meters long with 72 Multidirectional Electrolaser Particle Beam generating Energy Weapons Crystals as part Of the Enhanced Weapons Array. The Extendible Multidirectional Energy Weapons Crystal platforms are each 150m diameter Cylinders with the ability to rotate 360 degrees.
On the Casara Class Cruiser the platforms are arranged in a circle around the Cylinder part at 6 positions; the first 5 levels have Extendible platforms every 650 meters starting at the end of the cone part, and the sixth level is located near the back of the ship for rear defence. There are 12 Extendible platforms at every level. The first level is near the Cone part and extends 50 meters, and the next level adds 50 meters, the next level adds another 50 meters until the fifth level, the sixth level can extend 750 meters.
The Electrolaser Particle Beam generating Crystalorb Energy Weapons Crystal on the Extendible platforms are 5% the size of the main Energy Weapons Crystal at the tip of the Cone. Because the Energy Weapons Crystal take approximately 3 years to grow the first group of ships would be built without the Energy Weapons Crystals, but the Energy Weapons Crystals would be installed at a later stage.
The Energy Weapons Crystal were grown in Crystalorb by the power of the Spirit Stone, and this was because the Energy Weapons Crystal growth process required extremely high amounts of specifically focused energy to accelerate the growth. Other methods of growing the Energy Weapons Crystal were projected to take more than 80 years for the Energy Weapons Crystal to reach the desired size.
The 76m thick Gold Crystal Armour Hull of the Casara Class Cruiser would consist of 7 layers of 10m thick Gold Crystal Armour, and between each 2 layers would be a 1m thick layer of Crystalorb's Black Crystal. The Crystalorb Engineering Division decided to include the 6 layers of Crystalorb's Black Crystal because the Black Crystals provide reinforcing and they offer Electromagnetic Radiation Shielding thus giving the ships stealth while protecting it from external sources of Electromagnetic Radiation.
The external layer of the Casara Class Cruiser is Gold Crystal Armour and not Black Crystals mostly because the Electromagnetic Radiation absorbing properties of Crystalorb's Black Crystals would make it difficult for the ship to function as a Cargo Freighter in low visibility areas that have large amounts of Cargo Freighters which did not carry advanced sensors that would be able to navigate around the ship.

While Naole finalized the designs for the Casara Class Cruiser the 8 Billion Spherical Crystalorb Robots worked around the clock to build the 2 StarShip Ports near Nalen and Esara. Each City would have its own 50 ship capacity StarShip Ports. Each of the bays of the StarShip Ports would be able to hold a 35km long and 10km wide ship, and the bays have Spatial Compression Systems that generate antigravity fields through Spatial Warping Technology in order to support the massive weight of a Ship of that size. 100 of these bays were being built on the Crystalorb Moon by the 8 Billion Spherical Crystalorb Robots
Spherical Crystalorb Robots range in size from 0.2m to 10m in diameter, and they could be used for a wide range of activities including mining, Construction and medical surgery. The StarShip Port bays would function as construction facilities for the Casara Class Cruisers, but the long term goal was to use them as loading centres for all the products that were expected to be produced at the manufacturing facilities of Nalen and Esara.
The Main product expected to be produced in Nalen and Esara was Food, and the Spherical Crystalorb Robots were preparing hundreds of square kilometres for the construction of 1km high Polyhedron Cone structure that would house Crystalorb Hydroponics Centres.
Crystalorb would produce the food and Crystal Valley Industries would sell the food products on the Interstellar Markets with the Casara Class Cruisers transporting the goods to distant regions.
Once the Casara Class Cruiser was developed the Crystalorb Council of Elders made a clear distinction classifying the Intrepid Class Ship and the Indigo Class Ship as Crystalan Ships while the Casara Class Cruisers were classified as Crystalorb Ships
During the first year of operations only 2 Casara Class Cruisers were built, namely the AFS Embros A2224C and the AFS Tindra A2224C, and both Ships did not have their Crystalorb Energy Weapons Crystals, but the Golden appearance created a lot of interest amongst humans during their maiden voyage to Earth. Because the ships were not yet fitted with their Crystalorb Energy Weapons Crystals they could not manoeuvre in the atmosphere.
Most large Human ships were not equipped for Atmospheric Manoeuvring, and only the Intrepid Class Ships, the Indigo Class Ships, the Valiant Class Corvettes, the Gunship Class StarShip and the Drone Fighters were capable of Atmospheric Manoeuvring. The Casara Class Cruisers had the Repulsive Electromagnetic Radiation energy Propulsion System that uses Spatial Compression Technology for braking and Multidirectional manoeuvring and as the Primary Propulsion System which can be used together with the Energy Weapons Crystals for Atmospheric Manoeuvring.
The Cargo hold of the Casara Class Cruisers could be fitted with additional energy storage systems during wartime and this extended and increased the energy output of its weapons systems and shields. The Casara Class Cruiser had 2 main advantages: 1〙 In its Galaxy Class Cargo Freighter Configuration the ship can directly deliver Cargo to a planet’s surface, and 2〙 The ship does not need escort.
The construction of the Casara Class Cruiser is a complicated affair since the Gold Crystal Armour that forms the main component has to be grown under Chest Crystal or Spirit Stone energy. Naole developed a technique where he linked himself through his Guardian Armour to Indigo's Energy Weapons Crystals and stimulated the rapid growth of the Gold Crystal. This technique is possible due to the Bio-genetic connection the Indigo Class Ships have with the genetic relatives of those who seeded them.
The growth process was taking place as close to the local sun as possible in order to allow the Indigo Class Ships to make maximum use of the sun's energy, and the Intrepid Class Ships supplied the mineral resources needed for the growth process. The Gold Crystals were grown in 10m cubes and then transported to the StarShip Port bays where the ships were being constructed.
The 10m cubes would then be stimulated to fuse together by Crystal Armoured individuals at the construction Bays. Once the 10m cubes fused together the could no longer be separated and became a single sheet that could be reformatted or adjusted to improve its capabilities using Chest Crystal or Spirit Stone energy. The 1m Black Crystal cubes were also arranged in the same way.
The major limitation of the Casara Class Cruiser is that because of the exclusive use of Crystalorb's Crystal Technology in its construction it can only be operated by Crystalans with Chest Crystals, and it needs Crystalans with Chest Crystals to maintain its major systems. This meant that large numbers of Crystalans would have to be deployed on the ships on its combat role, making it important for the ships to operate in five ship BattleGroup formations. The Casara Class Cruisers have a Bio-Organic Brain that manages all computer systems and robots.
Compared to the Intrepid Class Ships which had a crew of 500 and the Indigo Class Ships with a crew of 100 the Casara Class Cruiser's 1000 crew would drain a lot of Crystalorb's personnel. However the Casara Class Cruiser's crew of 1000 was still much lower than the large numbers carried by the Warships of the 5 Human Governments. Corvettes, Frigates, Destroyers and BattleCruisers require a lot of personnel to keep them operational.
The Vanguard Class BattleCruiser has a peacetime crew of 10000, and there is room for 100000 troops and equipment on extended long range planetary campaigns. The Nubia Class Destroyer has a peacetime crew of 2600, and there is room for 20000 troops and equipment on extended long range planetary campaigns. The Valiant Class Corvette has a peacetime crew of 240.
The Atlantis Class BattleCruiser and the Indus Class BattleCruiser have a peacetime crew of 15000, and there is room for 300000 troops and equipment on extended long range planetary campaigns. The Asia Class BattleCruiser has a peacetime crew of 16000, and there is room for 295000 troops and equipment on extended long range planetary campaigns.
The Apollo Class Destroyer has a peacetime crew of 4000, and there is room for 65000 troops and equipment on extended long range planetary campaigns. The Juggernaut Class Frigate has a peacetime crew of 2500, and there is room for 17000 troops and equipment on extended long range planetary campaigns.
During peacetime most Military Ships serve as transport for people moving between colonies, and the ships help carry essential equipment and goods to the Colonies. The Ships were often used to carry large amounts of people and equipment to newly established colonies, and this is how the 5 Human Governments were able to establish and support colonies on the systems neighbouring Earth.

The reason why each of the bays of the StarShip Ports on the Moon Crystalorb were so large is that they’re designed to be able to hold a 35km long and 10km wide Ship that the Crystalorb Engineering Division had plans to build as a dedicated Warship that would be a larger version of the Casara Class Cruiser, a class of Warship Crystalorb named the Esara Class SkyCruiser. The Esara Class SkyCruiser's design size was inspired by the O'con Federation's Elmak Class SkyCruiser.

On the Esara Class SkyCruiser the Cone part is 12km long with Crystalorb's Energy Weapons Crystal, and the Cylinder part is 12km long with 72 Multidirectional Electrolaser Particle Beam generating Energy Weapons Crystals as part Of the Enhanced Weapons Array. The Extendible Multidirectional Energy Weapons Crystal platforms are each 350m in diameter Cylinders with the ability to rotate 360 degrees.
On the Esara Class SkyCruiser the platforms are arranged in a circle around the Cylinder part at 20 positions/levels. The Extendible platforms levels are positioned every 900 meters starting at the end of the cone part, and there are 12 Extendible platforms at every level. The first level is near the Cone part and extends 50 meters, and the next level adds 75 meters, the next levels adds 75m to the previous until the last level.
The 230m Gold Crystalorb Crystal Armour Hull would be similar to that of the Casara Class Cruiser, but would consist of 20 layers of 10m thick Gold Crystal Armour, and between each 2 layers would be a 1m thick layer of Crystalorb's Black Crystal.
The Crystalorb Engineering Division, Crystalorb Financial Management Division and. Crystalorb Research Division concluded that the resources to begin production of the Esara Class SkyCruiser were not available, consequently the Esara Class SkyCruiser program was delayed until 2275 when construction of the AFS Esara B2290C would begin, due for completion in 2290 ESD.
The Crystalorb Financial Management Division analysis indicated that the Esara Class SkyCruiser program consume too much of Crystalorb's resources and could adversely affect the African Federation's Economy. The Crystalorb Engineering Division realised that there was simply not enough Crystalans with Chest Crystals to meet the requirement of the Esara Class SkyCruiser program.
Crystalorb decided to wait for the Crystalorb Research Division program to increase Crystalorb's population enough to meet the personnel requirements of the Esara Class SkyCruiser program, and until then the Crystalorb Engineering Division would begin planning for the AFS Esara B2290C prototype.
The Crystalorb Research Division would from 2240 annually implant 650000 Crystalan women with their embryos that contained Bio-Organic Crystalline Bio-Nanomachines which would then cause each embryo to replicate into four identical embryos. The four Babies are genetic offspring of their parents, but they contained additional genetic materials that come from the Bio-Organic Crystalline Bio-Nanomachines.
