Vulture was a devious demon and despite his relative obedience to his Goddess, he was nonetheless a cruel demon. His main rival was Demodragon.

Their wickedness and cruelty were legendary among all the generals of the infernal legions. And they abhorred above all General Hirrax, who had become the concubine of a dragon lord and daughter of a golden dragoness. Her father, a demon general, had fallen in love with the dragoness, captured during a military campaign eons ago, and they had General Hirrax.

When they were separated, he took his child to Faërune where she underwent the harsh training of the infernal generals and was raised by Tiamat herself, who hid her and her father's half-golden nature. Because of this grace, she did not need to devour souls like the other demons. And this saved her life during multiple defeats and also gave her an absolute resistance to blessing and light spells.

But she was the antithesis of the 2 horrible creatures, one a hideous and bipedal vulture and the other a dragon with 2 heads but which merged to become its true nature: a snake with spider legs.

These were in all the wrong moves and having seen the memory of Levi who was for them a big toy to break or a pigeon to pluck without any value.

They decided to strike a blow at Hirrax by taking her appearance or any other red dragons. Dantinne and Ignar were the best candidates...

The orphanage!

As soon as Tiamat's ship deposited Tania and Marise, her adopted dragon daughter, in the hands of the human cavalry, they went back to do their dirty work a little further...

Tania was desperate and did not understand why her "mother" Tiamat had abandoned her to her sad fate. She was being punished and Tiamat didn't want to get her hands dirty and handed the dragoness over to the humans who were enraged and terrorized by the prophecy.

But the outcome was not the logical continuation, but that's another story. All we know is that Marise has fallen in love, Tania is chasing our dragons and the human warlord wants her dead for sleeping with her sister. Tania has a severe lesbian libido (she's not a rapist...) equal to her raging madness!

Vulture looked at Demodragon in the ship and they smiled. Tania and Marise did too, wondering what was going to happen. They didn't know they were going to be "landed" and Marise was just waiting for an order or a gesture from Tiamat to punish and demolish her "mother", Tania.

The latter had "dragonized Marise" against her will, as a punishment or to avoid rape... who knows... and Marise was very angry with her! She had followed Tiamat in her expedition to make sure of Tania's punishment.

She hoped for a death sentence or a mutilation well proportionate to her crimes. But Tiamat had other ambitions for Tania... to make her lose her remaining humanity and make her an arch-demon, a general. And Tiamat was rarely wrong. Especially since she had the name of Tiamat "the Infernal".

She came as a conqueror and knew why she came. The calls for help, the rescues were only excuses. The kind of excuses that warlords make with their respective armies behind them to justify their presence. They had to be on the "right" side, facing their troops.

In her ship and in her shadow, Tiamat alone was pulling her generals, her army and her legions.

Only the last two were left on Earth, finally her son's land, in the untouched world, the one where the cataclysm that destroyed another land in another world and created the Destroyed World came from.

While Tiamat made her plans and watched Tania contorting herself with the humans, like a movie at the cinema, the two arch-demons ran off as usual.

They knew the vices and pleasures of their goddess and they knew that when she was stuffing herself with snacks and watching the adventures of her protégés (so to speak, they might as well be dead...) she didn't care... except that Tania and Marise had a few drops of her divine blood in them and as a matter of principle, she would never kill her offspring, clone or descendant.

On the contrary. She would not let them die but fight to survive. She wanted them to grow, to be strong. They were also her pawns in her huge chessboard and training new generals was an absolute necessity and there was nothing like a blood bond to avoid any betrayal...

The generals had free rein while the goddess looked the other way and then it was carnage.

The 2 archdemons arrived in sight of the protectorate.

Demodragon: "General Vulture... you have seen and thought as I have!"

Vulture: "Yes, by the way, it's time to renew our soul supply. They are tired and many are useless. I'm taking on the appearance of Dantinne..."

Demodragon: "HAHAHA... we're going to have fun... I'll take Ignar!"

The two arch-demons blew black mana to the ground and out of the darkness came 3 dragons of the Infernal Zodiac.

"As you wish, archdemon lords...!"

The infernal dragons were as cruel as they were evil and their strength was unheard of.

Demondragon: "Death face, pointing to the Infernal Cancer dragon, you will take on the appearance of Ruby."

"You, lord of the abyss, designating the dragon of the sign of Infernal Pisces, you will take on the appearance of the sea dragon.

"You, lord of the eternal ice, pointing to the dragon of the Infernal Aquarius, you will take on the appearance of the mother Sanguine"

They took off from the rocky overhang and the false Dantinne went to the orphanage.

The bells and alarms were rung but the orphans who were playing recognized their goddess and jumped for joy when they saw her again

"Dantinne! Dantinne! Come and play with us!"

Vulture, in the guise of Dantinne inspected all the little boarders and scanned their minds, and memories to make a master stroke.

Dantinne(Vulture): "Call the others and take refuge in the church. Evil dragons are hunting us and we come here to seek refuge under the protection of the Golden Lion, of Midas!

Child: "Is this true? Where do they come from?"

Vulture: "But from the red sphere! They're breaking through and ravaging the land!"

So the guards and everyone else sounded the alarm and the people ignored "Dantinne", obviously under the cursed spell of "Appeasement"

The troops, the guards, everyone arrived at the orphanage and lined up behind Dantinne.

Then Ruby, Sanguine and Ignar arrived, followed by the false "Panthalassa".

Then, Dantinne turned to the child most loyal to the dragoness.

"Listen, kid, you have a mission now. You have to survive because we always leave a survivor... to tell.... look carefully."

The child did not grasp and went to the hill, amazed at the order given by Dantinne, a kind and friendly dragoness.

Then, Dantinne having made sure that David had taken cover and looking carefully at the show that was to follow, she asked the others if everyone was well here, safe.. "SAFE???"
