In an instant,
(ΩДΩ)!!
Her long hair, which reached down to her ankles, instantly frizzed up as if struck by lightning.
Behind the curtain, a blood-soaked young man, holding a chainsaw with a sinister grin, was straddling the demon hunter’s body, the chainsaw buzzing as it scraped against the exposed flesh of his shoulder.
Sparks flew, and bone shards scattered.
It seemed like the demon hunter had noticed a customer outside the curtain.
Lynn immediately looked up, his face shifting seamlessly into a professional smile, flashing his gleaming (chilling) white teeth, and said:
"Welcome! We have plenty of potions, please come in and wait a moment. Once I’m done with this customer, I’ll get your order right away. It won’t take long, hehe..."
Lynn emitted a friendly laugh.

"Ah—Ah—"
The long-haired ghost clutched her head and let out a shrill scream of terror, almost resembling a wailing, frightened howl.
With Lynn still staring blankly, the long-haired ghost, now trembling, suddenly dashed off, her head buried in her hands, stumbling and shrieking as she vanished into the black mist.

[Ding! You have successfully terrified a customer into developing psychological trauma. The personality trait of Long-Haired Ghost, previously “Lively,” has now changed to “Timid.” You’ve unlocked the achievement: “Customer Scare Master!”]

Lynn froze.
A whole bunch of “???” appeared above his head.
How did I become the Customer Scare Master?!
I’ve always followed the principle of customer first, serving with sincerity and a smile!
This damn system can’t just give out random, weird achievements like this!
“Trying to escape?!”
Lynn scowled, slamming down on the demon hunter who was crawling away. With one hand, he seized the chainsaw and revved it up again.
“Forget it, let’s just finish treating this patient first!”
Vrrrrr—Vrrrrr—
"God! God!!"
Finally.
After a dozen minutes,
Lynn dropped the chainsaw, feeling satisfied. He smiled at the now-polished, pristine bones, blowing them lightly.
“Customer, it's done! The toxins that had seeped into the bone's surface have been completely cleansed. Now we just need to help your flesh regenerate, and your shoulder will be as good as new!”
Lynn wiped the sweat off his forehead, his face glowing with the pride of a job well done.
The feeling of saving a life was truly uplifting, like a moral victory.
“Customer, do you feel satisfied?”
“Customer?”
Lynn turned his head in confusion.
And immediately saw the demon hunter’s body twitching uncontrollably, his eyes rolling back as foam started to pour from his mouth.
“Customer! Customer!”
Lynn was shocked.
...
An hour later.
[Ding! You’ve used unique methods to incapacitate a Legendary Demon Hunter. You’ve unlocked the achievement: “Pain Inflictor!”]
[Pain Inflictor]: Achievement title. Permanently increases the pain value caused by various tools you use by +5]
Lynn stood frozen, the ridiculous system prompt echoing in his mind.
Meanwhile, on the operating table in front of him, the demon hunter slowly regained consciousness from his delirium.
The tale has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.
“You’re awake?”
The moment the demon hunter opened his eyes, Lynn’s professional smile reflected in them.
With a reflex, the demon hunter immediately sprang up from the table, pointing his gun at Lynn, firing off ten rounds.
“Don’t come any closer! Don’t come any closer!”

The demon hunter was in a panic, still holding the revolver, barely holding it together.
On the other side, Lynn, eyes wide open, leaned against the wall in the shape of a large “T,” the bullets embedding themselves around him, outlining his silhouette.
“Calm down! Please, calm down, customer! Forget those unpleasant memories. Don’t worry, your injuries are all healed now!”
Lynn stretched out his hands, speaking authoritatively.
He discreetly kicked the chainsaw to the side with his foot, making sure the customer wouldn’t associate it with any bad memories.
The demon hunter panted, trying to calm himself.
He turned and looked at his shoulder.
To his surprise, the thick bandages around it now felt much smoother. The deep, hollow feeling that had once been there was gone, replaced with a soft, almost healed sensation. No more pain from the poison either.
It was like the terrifying experience never happened at all.
The demon hunter gasped, “So quick?”
Lynn answered seriously, “It’s almost healed. After removing the necrotic muscle tissue and superficial bone fragments infected by the toxins, it’s all about letting your flesh regenerate now.”
Lynn held up an empty vial.
“I used the best flesh regeneration potion we have in the shop. Plus, with your extraordinary physique and strong vitality, most of the tissue that was lost has already grown back.”
“Only a small part in the center, due to its distance from surrounding tissues, I had to give you a little extra meat. Don’t worry, I’ve already neutralized any rejection!”
The demon hunter froze.
He ripped off the bandages.
To his shock, his shoulder had indeed healed completely, smooth and pink. Right in the middle of the wound, there was still some muscle tissue that didn’t quite match the surrounding skin color.
It was white, and there was even a single hair growing from it.
[Pork!]
The demon hunter immediately lost his temper, grabbing Lynn by the collar and lifting him up, glaring at him with gritted teeth.
Lynn quickly raised his hands in surrender, looking innocent.
“Customer, though the process may have been a bit unpleasant, the result is perfect, don’t you think?”
Lynn blinked his eyes, survival instincts at their peak.
“And I can guarantee you, if there’s any relapse in the future, you’re welcome to come back for a follow-up service at no charge. I’ll make sure you’re completely satisfied!”
The demon hunter trembled, “Follow-up service?! You still want to give me a follow-up service?!”

“Customer!”Lynn said seriously, “I’m a doctor, and though there were some minor setbacks during the treatment, think about it!”
“Compared to the black butterfly poison slowly rotting your body, that little bit of pain from the bone scraping doesn’t even matter, does it?”
“Being alive is the most important thing!”

[Ding! Target’s danger level is decreasing...]
Finally, after Lynn’s intense motivational speech, the demon hunter, grinding his teeth, slowly released Lynn.
He took a deep breath and let Lynn go, growling through clenched teeth:
“Truly, as expected of one of my kind. To survive in the dark world this long... you certainly have your methods!”
Lynn scratched his head, smiling, “You flatter me, you flatter me!”
“Are you complimenting me?!”
The demon hunter immediately grabbed Lynn’s collar again, his eyes bloodshot, gritting his teeth and growling:
“Have you never performed surgery on anyone before?!”
Lynn quickly shook his head, holding up three fingers and saying earnestly, “I swear, I have! I just performed a C-section recently! Both the mother and child are fine, and they even gave me a thumbs-up!”
