Chapter 2 - Heaven Path

Boundless and majestic mountains appear one after another. Those mountains are a forbidden ground, hiding a secret. This secret has caused the area to barely have any vegetation.

He just knew.

"Heaven Path? What kind of name is this? Where did this book come from?"

Folau keeps having more questions but without an answer for anyone of them.

"And what about those sounds of fighting? Are there monsters here? Is this still Earth?

Folau mind is confused, he opens the book. He thinks" Could this be a gift for trancenders?

The heavens are in my heart and my heart is in the heavens. My heart creates my path. The heavens are my end.

The bull roared, and its voice starts hurting Folau's ears. He quickly closes his ears. The bull body is completely black like the night sky. Its height reaches over 4 meters. Its tail end has black flames burning on it, like a big ball of fire, it quickly rushes to the bear with its big horns.

With its claws, the bear attacks the bull's horns trying to cut it in half, but it fails. The Bull's horns and the Bear's claws are evenly matched. The fight still continued with great speed. Making the two beast body looks burry.

Folau stands up and runs away without a second thought. He knew, if he stays there and watches, he would definitely die and if he tried to fight…

Finds himself in holy places, forbidden land or somewhere with treasure, that would power him up quickly, but trouble comes before he can get that power up, however by some heaven luck. He wins the battle and gets stronger and the loop continues, trouble comes, he wins and gets stronger."

Folau starts getting tired, he has used his mental energy too many times.

"Fuck, did I kill the heaven's mother or something. I didn't ask to become the main character. There are so many people on Earth, why does it have to be me."

Folau kept complaining while checking the surrounding. The place was huge. It was big as 100 football fields together.

"Wait, if this will be like those novels, then…" Folau started trembling. His face showed great fear. "I am going to die."

His knees suddenly felt weak, his heart losing hope but then his expression took a 180-degree turn, his face showed great hope.

"How could I forget that I am the main character in this shit? There should be a way to escape or maybe…"

The cave started shaking. It kept increasing with each passing second. "Fuck, they are here."

Folau quickly started looking around for anything that can help him. After searching the trees and rocks or anything that looked out placed for 4 minutes. He didn't find anything.

"Where could my ‘hope' be?" Folau couldn't help but start worrying. "Was I wrong? Is this a counterfeit novel or something?"

Folau stopped, "How could I be so stupid." Turning back, he quickly ran. After 2 minutes, he was in front of the waterfall.

"It got to be here. It's the perfect place."

Folau turns and looks at the way he came in. He could already see the two beasts coming. He jumps into the water.

Swimming deeper into the water, he sees something red, moments later he sees a red spear. It didn't take a second to make a decision. He swims straight to the spear.

When Folau touches the spear, his eyes lose focus and his expression becomes blank. After 5 seconds, he regains his focus and his expression shows a shocked look and a little bit of fear.

‘This spear; Soul Spear. It's too terrifying. It doesn't attack the body but the soul. How would a person defend against that and I am sure I could kill those beasts with this even if they have 10x my strength. There are many tricks I can use but with my strength, the Soul Spear won't let me use it.'

Folau is disappointed that he couldn't use the spear but he suddenly saw something at the corner of his eyes.

He goes closer.

It looks like a ruby stone, its size was like a tennis ball. When he touches the ruby stone. It feels hot however it doesn't affect the water around it. The heat didn't hurt him. It was like the heat was tickling him.

"What is this?"

Folau starts running out of air. Having no choice but to head back to the surface, he swims and reaches the top. He slowly comes out of the water and checks the surroundings.

Suddenly he feels great pain in his hand. He sees that it is the ruby stone.

The pain starts getting too much for him to handle, he quickly comes up with an idea. He doesn't have any time to think it through. He throws the ruby in the direction of the two breasts.

He takes a deep breath and heads back down the water.

He starts hoping as he swims to the Soul Spear that his quick idea works. When he gets to the Soul Spear. He stops moving and waits. He doesn't want to waste his air from moving around too much.

After a minute of waiting, he starts thinking his idea failed.

BOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!!!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOMM!! BOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

The cave starts shaking. Folau's expression lits up. He looks up and sees a red sky. He quickly swims up to see what happened. When he exits the water, he is shocked. There are flames and only flames from every direction.

"So it did explode."

Folau thought that the ruby would explode and it seems that he was right.

"So the water keeps the ruby from exploding. It seems this water is kind of special somehow."

After 5 minutes, he didn't hear anything but flames burning the area. He sighs in relief. He doesn't know the vitals of those two beasts and he didn't want to try his luck to find out. Having waited for so long. He was sure that he is safe.

"Now I have to wait for the flames to cool down."
