Therefore, in a perfect world it should be the responsibility of those in power to raise up those who are unable to break their own bondage and protect the people from vile machinations beyond their control. This can be an important task to those in power, not for altruism, but because a happy cared for populace doesn’t revolve, a fact the cruel and stupid often fail to recognize.
