The cold wind blows as it pushes his hair into his eyes. He raises his hand up to his face, trying to block the harsh winds. Was this a hurricane? That's what the news had said it was. A Catagory 4. It was bad. Hurricane River is what they were calling it.
The wind howls as the raindrops dig into the raincoat the main was wearing. He stumbles into an alleyway, trying to keep himself balanced. It was cold, wet, and windy outside. The perfect weather to be having inside with a warm cup of hot chocolate with mini marshmallows by a fire. The complete opposite of the outside world.
The buildings on the side of the alleyway block most the wind and the stair ramps going up blocked some rain, so it was better here than on the street. "So. Finally decided to show up?" Someone with slicked-back hair emerges from the shadows with what looked like two bodyguards behind him. Who was he? And, Why was he here?
The Man that had stumbled into this wet alleyway stays silent, pulling something out of his pockets. "Oh. Whatcha got there Holtzlander?" The man with black hair says as he steps forwards towards him. "Your money." He says, his voice giving away how scared he was compared to his confident demeanor.

The other man snatches the yellow envelope out of his trembling hands. He rips the money out the bag and starts counting it, bill by bill. "What do you think your tryna pull here?" He drops the money to the floor and snatches the man off the ground by his collar, making it so their faces were only inches apart. "That's only half my fucking money!"
"T-That's all I have! I swear!"
The black-haired man smirks, kissing his teeth. "Oh? All you have? How about that 100 bucks you keep in your daughter's room? Huh? What about that!?"
"H-How did you-"
"You don't think I keep an eye on you at all times, Holtzlander? I'm not an idiot." He says, finally dropping the man as he falls to the ground from not being ready to stand. "Get me my fucking money, Holtzlander!"
"I don't have it!!"
"Yes, you do. Guess I'll have to get it out your wife."
"No! No, don't hurt her!"
The man pulls a gun from his pocket, along with a silencer. "Fine, your daughter then."
"Don't hurt my family! Please! I'll do anything, just don't hurt them!"
"That ain't gonna cut it. You know this." He takes the safety off the gun and aims it at the man on the ground's head. "No, don't kill me, please. I-I can get you your money! I promise!"
Bam!
"I will get that money from you one way or another, Holtzlander. Watch and learn." The man on the ground lays still, even tho the bullet hadn't even hit him. "Boys?"
"Let's start with Phase One."
